On date[protected] I got an email from Tradus.com that "Thank you for shopping with Tradus.com.As per intimation by our courier partner, we wish to inform you that your order has been delivered..".But I have not got any item.

I tried to contact Tradus.com but no response.I contact Blue dart service and gave them the Tracking number but they said they have no information on this number.
I am really frustrated!!

    sir my name is hrishikesh chinchalikar and on 8-10 i had paid to tradus.com for rs 199/- for digital table watch but transection was failed so i asked for refund but Refund not initiated since i am compalined again and agian to them but they didnt they said ask refund to bank So i gave compplaint to bank but after a month they said that contact with tradus.com

    what to do then ?

      I have purchased Full HD 1080p Media Centre from Tradus.com on 18-Nov-2012 but till today i have not Received the product.
      Order history shows pending dispatch on 25th Nov 2012.I also mailed to them and also contacted seller but they didn't reply at all.
      They have bearing a number[protected] but takes 10 minutes more time to contact customer care.


      Tradus.com is HIGHLY FRAUD AND UNPROFESSIONAL SITE.
      They will never reply your mail and will not deliver your product also.

      PLEASE DO NOT GO FOR ONLINE PURCHASING ON THIS SITE, they are not delivering product at alll.

        Order Missing
        HI,

        On 19th October, I have ordered a Sticker 2x15=Rs.30 from Tradus.com. The amount deducted from my account and the order was displayed in tradus.com order history page,

        But unfortunately after two days, my order history was not dispalying in order history page.

        I have mailed them regarding this, and they replied as there was no record about the order.


        Are you really looking into my issue or not. Still how many days you need!.. And afer 45 days there will be no transaction records, so you are waiting for that?..

        consider if the amount was 30k insted of 30. I need to shut my mouth???

        you considered that my transaction will be fake? Since 2 orders in my history was not processed???.

        i dont know what you are thinking?? I demand a clean explanation.

        There is no response hereafter.!! The thing is that, Thank God, the amount was small Rs.30 only, consider if the amount was Rs.30000/- What can I do..???

        I don't know about the error!!! I haven't received any order related sms or email.. so now i don't have any proof other than bank statement. I have mailed them all the proof including bank statement, reference number and BRN (since am working in the same bank, i got this BRN from netbanking team).

            Hi I ordered an "Senorita Double Bed Sheet With 2 Pillow Covers Sub Order ID: 6087056. The product sent by the seller Shri Balaji Worksweell is a wrong product".

            Hence, I requested them to refund my entire amount to me. Then they told me to send the product to the seller "Shri Balaji Worksweel" and they will initiate a refund for the entire amount to you, within 2 working days of receiving the product.

            I returned the product to the seller its being delivered to the seller & "AFTER 10 DAYS OF RETURNING THE PRODUCT TO THE SELLER THE ENITRE AMOUNT OF PRODUCT IS NOT BEING RETURNED TO ME"

              i ordered a 2 pcs set of jockey elance underwear on 11 nov 2012. order number 6279281. i applied a hdfc150 coupon on rs 310. rupees 160 should have been deducted but 310 was charged on my debit card. i sent the cancellation request the same time. again today 13 nov 2012 i sent the cancellation request but no response . order is showing pending dispatch till now. please do the needful and cancel my order and refund back my money.

                  Hi i booked an order from Tradus.com. Order id is 6087056. The shipment has to be deliver within 7-10 days. But its is being undelivered after 20-25 days. And even after 25 days they are deliver the Wrong Delivery, i booked an order of "Senorita Double Bed Sheet With 2 Pillow Cover, SKU : SENORITA-06" but they delivered me "SKU : SENORITA-03". If they dont have the requirement o[censored]sers then they has to be stop booking, why they "TRADUS" cheat with the users.

                    Few days back i started online purchase and i started with tradus (most untrustable site). My initial two purchase was good but after that i made three purchase and unfortunety all the three items delivered was defective. Given below is the details of order:
                    1. Sub Order Id: 6192890 I ordered but I got it of different brand packet but more surprisingly the product under packet was not having any labels and size (coz it was very small. It seems like road side product is packed in branded packet. Its a serious fraud with customer.
                    2. Sub Order Id: 6064878, for bedsheet I got the product of same brand but design was different from what i chosen. it seems the design which never gets sold is delivered to me. Even in Rs.100 no body will take it. I made the complain and its 8th day but tradus didn't responds.
                    3. Sub Order Id: 5717409, for Giordano watch, this watch was delivered defective and even after 15 days of complain tradus dint respond. No separate bill was there in some of the product.
                    In tradus goods once ordered will never be given importance. They only spend money of advertising. No body cares about complain nor they reply. I will suggest people on net to not to shop anything with tradus because of the following reason.
                    1. No guarantee of genunity
                    2. Bill is not given with the product (though they claim to send seperate bill)
                    3. Wrong & defective product delivery very often.
                    4. No reply on complain.
                    5. In Branded packet non branded product.

                      Unfortunately, my order is not delivered yet. I am disappointed because inspite of wrting so many mails to TRADUS and personally going to courier office still not got any satisfactory answer and the worse secenerio is both the courier company and TRADUS is showing my order status delivered on 9oct2012..
                      By personally going to courier office I came to know the courier company has lost my order but yet they are showing on their site that my order is delivered and signed which I find against the law as transaction was already done Transaction ID: 5623433.


                      To resolve the problem, I would appreciate you cash back my money in my account as soon as possible or else I have to lodge a F.I.R under act of article 420.

                        I have ordered an "Transcend 8GB TS8GJF500 Pen Drive" on[protected]dd-mm-yyyy) and have done the online payment also, website shows delivery in 3-5 working days but still i have not received my product. I have written/mailed them many times about the order but they are not giving any positive/satisfactory reply. They mailed me AWB tracking number "[protected]" of courier company "Overnite", but when i go to the courier company website and try to track my order it display the error message
                        " Delivery information not found. The reasons can be
                        Tracking information is awaited. Please try later.
                        Incorrect Number. Please check the number you have entered."

                        Now i request to take this problem as very serious problem, because this can be done with other people also.

                          The main motive behind writing this is not to get what i've already lost but just to warn others to not do the same mistake what i did.
                          I am talking about two online shopping websites tradus.com & bookadda.com.What they do is provide you with fancy discount offers + they don't provide you with a "cash on delivery" option & you end up losing your money & time. I placed an order at tradus.com & they took my order processed it to the seller site bookadda.com(which i hated for some reason..i dn't know the reason exactly but i used to hate bookadda already) & it's almost a month now. I am sick of calling them & they never respond .I lost my bucks .What's gone is gone. I am not sad or anythin.I am just angry because it's not just the matter of money it's the matter of trust & belief.
                          So guys never ever in your life use tradus.com/bookadda.com. I[censored] use any of'em u'll end up losing your money!!

                            Its been 15 days and I haven't got any call from either courier service or company to check whether I got my product or not. I have been calling tradus phone for 4-5 days but they put me for hold more than 10 minutes and no any executive came to resolve my issue.Even I sent a lots of mail to them but all the time I get automated answers generated by computers. Nobody care to reply.
                            I want my money back from them.

                              Tradus is a fraud site.

                              I have booked Casual Shirt Combo pack against Order Id: 5857416. But what I receive was a defective shirt.

                              It is very much possible that one in hundred orders something may go wrong and if something like this happens your customer care service should play a vital role.

                              The customer care service at TRADUS.com seems to be an automated email sending software. I send a complaint twice at their customer care helpline. But no reply. Then I googled with supplier name Coolstuff Retail Pvt Ltd Bangalore. The supplier of faulty shirt. I am surprised to know this supplier is a founder of one more site SEVENTYMM.com. I also sent email to seventymm.com customer care. But no reply.

                              PLEASE DO NOT SHOP ONLINE WITH TRADUS.COM and SEVENTYMM.COM. Cheating guaranteed.

                                Yet I have not received any feedback from them .Moreover they are not lifting the phone .

                                  This is Koustav Roy from kolkata. I was purchased One Polo Club Watch from Tradus.com And the seller is Compact International, Mumbai. Order ID : 5721835. my Contact number is [protected]. i got the item 2 Days ago and seen that the item is Not come with that Box which Polo Club is used. No invoice is provided by Company, Warranty card is not filled up. Fully Blank. So i visit to Polo store at Esplanade at Kolkata, And i was shocked that they refused totally about this watch, they said that this is not a genuine Product. Original Polo Club watch is much more heavier than this, i was checked by my self with this same product. And also seen that this item is comes with a beautiful Box which is not provided. And with in 2 Days i checked that the Belt is starting Damaged. So what type of item is provided by Tradus? Also i suggest every person Never buy any item from Tradus, they always try to make customer fool. i want "A GENUINE POLO WATCH" Which i seen in Store in this particular Design. Else i have all heard copy from tradus. So see you them in court.

                                      i buy a tablet from tradus.com last month's 14th sep 2012 . it was not exactly on its specification as tell on site when i said to tradus get it back on same day the refuse to do it they said 1st they will ask to the company if they will do than we will do . if they cant why they not put full information on there site. they tell its have gprs edge 3g but they not tell its don't have sim option . ..... i thought it have sim option for gprs edge and for 3g but its not as i tell i wont like this its speaker's voice is also so very low they said its like this we will not take it back do what eve you like its 1st time i see this kind of behavior of tradus . i want you to help me out to refund my hard earn money from this kind of company . i contact tradus many time they even not contact me single time
