I need the gown i ordered originally to be delivered to me and the saree collected or my money refunded. I ordered a kurthi but I have received a unfinished poor quality saree. I want to return the product. Very much disappointed. There was not even proper return policy. Please help to resolve my issue. This a pure consumer exploitation.

Hell Sir! This is Ishika Sinha. I had ordered a triviyaa designer lahanga for women through order no 209241 on 1st june 2018. I have recived the parcel and when i opened it the item delivered is not the item i oredered.
It is very unfortunate that trivuyaa is committing such mistakes and disatisfaying the customers.
Now i want to return the item and want the refund.Kindly help me in this regard.

But when i get the delivery it is totally different as per i order... Everything is different, color and all... And it is not kurti it is saree...

This is really fake . I ordered for a gown but I got a saree and when I contacted the person who brought this to my home said file a complaint and your I will take this back but the money will be put into your bank account . But I dont belive this so I want the delivery man to take this and pay my money back.

I ordered worth of 599 including shipping charges it came for. RS640..
But delivered 50 rs cheap saree ...i want my ...money back what should i do...i will raise complaint and i will make that cheaters shop to be closed...

I ordered a western wear dress and got delivered (17th june, 2018) a cheap saree not worth rs 200/- also. I am not able to contact company customer service. No email, no contact number is working. Even i did not get any update of my product, when it is dispatched, when it will be delivered, nothing.. Nothing at all, directly i got a call from courier guy in the morning that your product is about to deliver today. I want this cheap saree to be return picked and refund my total amount of 530.92 which i paid by cod.

Looking forward some quick action on the complaint and hope my amount will be refunded to me asap.

Request you to kindly take quick action and pls dont make me follow up again on the complaint. Else i will have to take some legal action over your company.

I have ordered gown but i received a ugly looking cheap quality saree of merely rs100. My order no is 205383. Return the ugly piece of # and give back my money. I have ordered for a gown but u shipped a saree, do you ever look for what customers actually need and what you forcibly sell to them. Have some shame. Moreover there is no option ro login and search for return policy or cancel the shipment.
Where this filthy sales policy will land you, not more than months.
Need my money back you nerds
U guys are fake and should stop marketing your company.

Not getting the right product which was ordered i had ordered a lehenga which is a wedding lehenga but when i purchased the ordered i recieved two saree that to with a very very old quality its is not done we our trusting them so much n they are cheating us i sugesst them to stop their services as the quality is also not good no customer care number it is just not done

No action has been taken till date by triviyya company. V disappointing there is no phone no. To contact with n even after filling a complaint here in consumer complaints forum no response... It seems there is no use of submitting complaints here as i have seen no complaints resolved here. Pl take action against such fake sites other wise people will lose faith from online shopping

Please make note, i had ordered for two designer kurtis but received some useless saree's. Kindly replace the product with the actual ordered product, if not available please return my money. I am trying to call on the number given on the receipt but not available. Hope you work on the complain and return my money. By doing this you are not fulfilling the customers requirements. If the customer is unhappy, how do you accept to look into your site for more products.

The number mentioned is also incorrect where in we can complain about the product. No response received for my previous complain. Kindly look into this matter and revert at the earliest.

I have seen triviyaa online fadhion site on facebook... There was discount on that so i thought to oder that one. My order no.-214695 but when they deliver. It was not a gown it was h cheap pink color saree😭😭😭.. On 10 of june.. And the number on tha product was fake and i'm writing mails to refund my money. But all mail site is also fake.. I want my money back at any cost the black gown was shown in picture and pink was deliver to me.. This site is fake my 750₹ is waste.

Ordered a designer pretty kurti last week from triviyaa. The cost mentioned was 531. Today we received the delivery and it was a cheap saree that would not even cost rs.100.
I have just gone through other complaints and seems that everyone had the same issue.
I urge the government to take immediate action against these bogus and cheaters. They deserve imprisonment and shut down of this business.

I have ordered 5 products from triviya.com. On 14 th june 2018 i received three different products of very very cheap quality. They have collected from us rs.2470.. We tried to contact in their phone number, email and through fb page. They are not even responding to that.. We have to get refund for the amount we paid for these cheap quality items. Please do the needful at the right time and get them punished, and make sure that nobody in future get cheated by this kind of frauds.
