I have ordered a gown (Order no. 207507) and i received a cheap saree. I want to return the product. Give me the gown or return my money back. Irresponsible company. Order delivery dates were also not mentioned. The saree is not also a worth rs of 300 and we wasted rs 749 on it please i resolve the problem as soon as possible. And so irresponsible company.

I have place the order in this company called triviyaa western wear for women-2 but when i got the product i got saree which was totally opposite of my order pluz toned saree, i was very much disappointed & i feel cheated by this company, is this how triviyaa company treating to their customer? Collecting other person money by cheating is horrible,
I request to everyone never place your order to this company call triviyaa or whatever...
Trust me, you will get cheated & disappointing always by this company, they are thief... They upload attractive picture in their website but they never deliver as same as in the picture you see.
Shame on triviyaa company by cheating your valuable customer

I had ordered a red colour gown and what I got was a piece of cloth of sky blue colour, I paid 746 Rs. I want my money back, I want to return this cheap product.

I ordered a triviyaa designer gown for women's and my order id is 3025448 and reference id is 204775. But the delivered product is saree, so i want to return it as soon as possible. And this saree is also of very low quality which can't be used for any purpose and they have taken rs. 746.92 for this. And on website no procedure for returning is given.

I received wrong product from the company. I ordered for suit but received saree.

I informed my complain their customer care but person asked me my all details of credit card.

And in the last he told me that it is compulsary.

Triviyaa order id 197502, I ordered red gown in May 2018, the triviyaa delivered me wrong very cheap red colour saree on 4 June 2018, which I never ordered, I tried contact no, from there webside- its giving me airtel information how to check balance etc(its might be airtel customer care no.) I tried to mail then which given on there site mail return saying can not be deliverd. I think that's also fake. return may product and return money.

order date: 05/29/2018 and on 04/06/2018 i receive the order but the dress is totally mismatch than what i have ordered and i talk to customer care of triviyaa regarding the refund & return of product. But they didn't corporate and i finally register a complaint under National consumer court and my complaint number is 762009.kindly refund my amount within 7 days otherwise legal action will be taken against your company.

I ordered Burgundy colour saree lehenga with order no - 27713 costing Rs. 854.92 dated 31st May, 2018 from Triviyaa.com and received cream colour cheap quality cloth.
Request to kindly provide mode to return the product or atleast exchange for something good.
Don’t cheat people to this extent.
Send the needful information to registered email ID n contact. No proper address or customer care number is even mentioned on the site.
