I placed an order on 29/05/2018 for triviyaa designer gown for women's - 58. Order number 203935. Still no information on the delivery or tracking information.

No option to check the order status online

When i mailed the query to [protected]@triviyaa.com, mail doesn't go and i got below message

I want to return my order. I have ordered lehnga and they have delivered me only 1 cheap and local dupatta. And the delivery is also very poor. Also there is no tracking service. Order id-2983251 and i payed the amount 854.92.
Thus this is too annoying and getting very angry for me. And i[censored] not help me as soon as possible then i m going to take very serious action on this....

You send me wrong product, i got wrong parcel. I want to return that parcel.
I was ordered two saree, i got parcel but this parcel is not those. I got different saree. These sarees colour pattern work all are different so i m so disappointed. Send me wrong product. Please change or return my order. How can you do this.??

I have a complaint about online shopping of triviyaa as i have seen full western gown n gown type full length suit with dupatta and i ordered that and after the delivery i got some cheap sari type material with totally different colour n material and after seeing that i called the no.in my parcel for any complaint that mobile no. Is not in coverage area. This company is cheating the people with with wrong clothes and it's delivery also giving...

I have ordered a desinger gown but instead of it i got a saree.. I want to return it. So please return my all amount which i had paid for it. /746₹..

When i received the material very quickly.. But was shocked to receive a cheap material saree against order of designer gown.. Was so disappointed.. The ref no. Is 198936 for rs. 746.92/-.. I order the designer pretty kurti-001 but i get the wrong product saree what i order is totally wrong pls don't do this again. When will u get the product from my. I have recently seen the reviews about the products. They are totally adverse, so i want to cancel my order.

My order id 2983292, reference id 190883 was booked on date 25.5.2018 was a designer kurti of cost 530.92₹. Sir it was not kurti inside the package and saree instead. I want my refund money back else send my order as it was booked.. I think you are running bogus site.. Very bad service. I will try to inform each and everyone not to shop from your site

Order placed for long gown on 29/5 refer id: 188094 but yesterday when received found sari inside the packet which is third class product. So you are here by asked to take return of the product without any further delay & return my amount of rs.531/-. Further phone. No. [protected] which was noted on your delivery slip, why non of your person is not responding. If its is a wrong phone no then should not show....

I've ordered one designer gown for women's 34 of 746.92 Rs. from triviyaa online shooping but recieved defective saree that also of very cheap quality. My order no.
