Had ordered for two kurtis xxl size bearing model 011, and 004 however what ultimately reached me were two flimsy sarees.
I demand immediate replacement of the sarees with the original order of two kurthis. Alternatelly please refund my money immediately.
If my complaint is not attended to i will be force to go to consumer court and the police station.

I have ordered for gown and I got cheap Saree and now I cannot return back too because triviyaa has no return options. I spent 662 rs on my product. This is a fake App. Please take action on this site triviyaa . Looting money from customers. Please take strict action

I received wrong order from the website triviya.com.. Where i ordered 3 kurti and got two cheap saree delivered. The delivery person refused to collect the order.. I had ordered a maroon colour gown and product price was 699/- . These people have sea very cheap quantity saree which is not even worth to mop the floor. overall I have paid 750/- including tax& delivery charges.

I ordered a gown worth RS 662 and what I recieved was a. Blue colour sumthng which was not the product I ordered .
This was my first order on this site and this was very disappointing . How can u dispatch wrong product to your consumers .
I had asked asked the salesman who came to deliver bt he also denyed for cancellation.
If you can't work properly please close your association .
Kindly let me know how do I get the actual gown which I need else please reverse the amount which you have taken for giving me your fake product that cheap 100 RS piece of cloth.
We are paying you so don't provide anything or else consumer regressal forums are more active...

I have ordered 3 products from triviyaa.com on 6th june 2018 with payment mode as Cash On Delivery of amount 1392 INR.

On 13th June 2018, I received the orders but I found out that it was not the products that I had ordered, in stead the packet had 2 cheap Sarees.

The company customer care service number which given in site when I try to call the number was disconnected every time I try calling.

Please I request to you to exchange or return it as soon as possible.

Recently, i faced the same experience ... trying to take strict action against such fraud company... the company The gids pe global is a cheater comany. most people have given negative reviews against it. i would like to suggest you that, please call or email to courier company. prefer to email correspondence...they will provide you all the details of those cheaters who are operating the company.

I ordered a designer gown worth rs 746.92 from triviyaa.com online, but received a green color saree. I ordered it on cash on delivery. I would like to return the product as soon as possible. But there is no option provided on site and both phone and email address.

I have ordered the dress from triviyaa as "triviyaa designer gown for women's-34 with order no. 214087, awb no.[protected]. I have received sari in place of gown that to of very poor quality. I have received this parcel on 12th june 2018 and i have paid rs.749 for that. I am very disappointed after seeing the product. I am attaching all the photos and descriptions. I need refund for this. This is in regard to the dress i have ordered from triviyaa.com, dresses which are visible on their site from which they book their orders are totally different from what they actually deliver and that too with delay in delivery time, i have placed a order of white anarkali shirt dt 24may2018 (Of rs 600 + 147 for delivery charges i. E. Total rs 750) & what i received today is saree of orange colour. Please look into the matter & take suitable action against it. I am attaching a picture of suit which is available on their site, from which they took the order and in return they send the useless saree.

I ordered designer gown 069 of rs.747/- on 05th june 2018 and i have recieved cheap quality saree on 11th june.. My order number is 210702. I would like request you to replace it and refund my money or else il take some legal action.
On the day of delivery courier person warned me that triviyaa shows different dress and deliver different ptoduct. But i didnt rely on him..
Courier person also know that your site is cheap.
Also i have attach cheap quality of saree recieved by me and the gown which i ordered for your refernce purpose.

I feel like its a joke they have sent me. I ordered two dresses for total of Rs 1393.84 and what they delivered is some cheap quality cloth pieces.
This absolutely unacceptable. I need full refund.
