I have ordered ghagra choli on this website and what i have got is 2 cheap saaries worth rs 854.92/- and if you ask for refund they are asking for debit card numb and the CVV no. Which no body suppose to share if you do that so they will steal your money online, plz share this to everyone, this is a fraud company dont order anything on this.

Got the wrong product... i want my money back and yes i made a call on customer somebody received and was asking for debit card details.. Such a fraud they are .. never purchase anything fron this store ... when i refused to give the details they started abusing

We had ordered a triviyaa designer gown for women s-34 through order number 202565

It was delivered after a loooooong delay on 10 june 2018 through awb no.[protected].

When we opened it was a very poor quality red colour saree in the packet. We had already paid cod and the courier person had left. Their enquiry number [protected] is not responding.

This is the worst form of cheating i have experienced on online shopping. When i checked about reviews the internet was full of complaints of forgery by triviyaa.com. I am very upset by this forgery a

The product has the worst quality. Kindly let me know on the return procedure. Your actual customer care email id does not exist.

What kind of a game is this, you deliver worst quality products, there is no customer care number or email id through which we can file complaints.

If this is not redressed or responded to i have no choice to register a "fraudulent consumer exploitation complaint against the company and bring it down.

We had ordered a gown and have received some low budget saree... Exchange it to the gown else return my money as soon as possible. As it is ramdan, we had ordered it for the festival but it is very disgusting to receive such a waste and cheap saree. Our whole festive mood is off, cause i had a fight at home so please please kindly refund the amount or exchange the saree for the selected and booked gown thanking you.

The delivered products were not as same which we have ordered. So i want to return the products and refund my money (Rs. 638/-) that i pay the delivery boy as soon as possible. I ordered a skirt but they have given me some cheap saree. Please return my money back or send me what I have ordered. I don't want this product please take it back. Reference id:209202. I got that product today itself and I am lodging my complaint today itself. So please resolve this ASAP.
I don't understand why these people take care in packing things. This looks like fake website. If my issue will not be resolved then we will have to take step to ban these kind of sites. I called the customer care number but it's of no use the person didn't talk and just cut the call... All these emphasizes that this is a fake one. Fraud people who are taking money from everyone.

I ordered one kurti gown from Triviyaa with their order number 193887 on 23 May n delivered on 1st June. But when I open it I got a very cheap quality nylon saree. I tried to contact to customer care however the contact number only get connected to IVR with the only option to mail regarding return. I mail it on the same day but no response so far.

I have ordered gown-91 and gown-15 but I got sarees instead of gowns that too of cheap quality ! I want my money back which I paid to delivery boy I.e., Rs. 1393.84. Refund me as soon as possible ! And these sarees are very cheap of 2 pieces! Please provide some better quality !

I ordered a designer preety kurti 017 but recived a cheep saree i have been waiting for long time but I decieved i wanna return the product with my rs 530 refund...Even there is no return option...

felling very annoyed and angry.. return my money else strong action will be taken...

stop playing with the feeling of the costumers..Very bad way of thug just stop this types nasty things...

Send the delivery boy along with my money n take back your stupid product delivered...
