hi am lalitha. I ordered ivory gown and i have received saree that too very worst material. i have attached the saree image also. and i mentioned al details of pracel. kindly do the needful and get my money return....

Please take back your saree and return my money. I guys are looting people. Please answer my complain as soon as possible or i'll take some major step. You have given my sarees instead of kurties which i ordered. And that too of very bad quality please take back your parcel as soon as possible may be in 2 days or else i'll file a complain against your company...

It was delivered after a loooooong delay on 10 june 2018 through awb no.[protected].

When we opened it was a very poor quality red colour saree in the packet. We had already paid cod and the courier person had left. Their enquiry number [protected] is not responding.

This is the worst form of cheating i have...

The product has the worst quality. Kindly let me know on the return procedure. Your actual customer care email id does not exist.

What kind of a game is this, you deliver worst quality products, there is no customer care number or email id through which we can file complaints.

If this is not redressed or responded to i have no choice to register a "fraudulent consumer exploitation complaint...

We had ordered a gown and have received some low budget saree... Exchange it to the gown else return my money as soon as possible. As it is ramdan, we had ordered it for the festival but it is very disgusting to receive such a waste and cheap saree. Our whole festive mood is off, cause i had a fight at home so please please kindly refund the amount or exchange the saree for the selected and booked gown thanking you....

I have ordered a designer saree 04 (Order no 192950) in triviyaa.com and were delivered on 12th june 2018 very different and very cheap saree. The delivered products were not as same which we have ordered. So i want to return the products and refund my money (Rs. 638/-) that i pay the delivery boy as soon as possible. I received a parcel on 5th june which contains a green saare & i want the exchange or refund asap.
I have tried e-mailing but was not delivered. Please have a look at my complain and provide me with exchange or refund....

Delivered saree instead of gown i ordered it on 4june n received e mail confirmation n received a saree instead of gown on 11june order no. 214432.
