I had ordered 3 kurtas on 25/5/18 and get 1 saree of very low quality instead of kurtas. Now i want to get back my rupees and return this saree. But no option at their webpage to return and also contact number is not working. Plz help me getting out of this situation.

Ek received ka message aia, mene unko par 24 hours ke andar mere asli product mere pass vegne ka reply bhi diya.. Ap jaldi se jaldi mere high quality green gown within 24 hours ke andar mere pass di jie and upka uo poor, bad quality ja red saree le jaie.. Mere pass jda time nehi he.. Mene ek green color ka high quality gown order diya.. Uplogne pahele order dene ka 1mlnth bad mene product veja. Fir uplogne green gown ke badle me ek poor, low quality red saree mujhe veja diya.. Triviyaa is a group of frauds looting costumers. Please check whether u received the right item and than pay the blue dart personnel or courrier personal.
I ordered for a gown worth 750/- but i received a ugly low quality saree which will not be costing even 150/-
Please be alerted.
I think all are frauds.. Every mail i'm sending is getting rejected saying it's wrong mail id

I am sooo annoyed by this company named triviyaa... It's a fake company. I had ordered a full floor length gown near about 2 months ago and what i have received is is a cheap really very cheap saree. I have been trying to contact to the officials of this company but neither the contact number nor the email id is correct. I don't know what should i do. Please file a complaint against this company n block it as many other people can be easily fooled by them. Please i want a refund n this company too be blocked forever.

Product received is incorrect. Unhappy with the service. Proper packaging with incorrect product. Order placed for gown and received saree of low quality. Incorrect product received not worth of the amount paid. The product is totally different from the image shown in the triviyaa shopping site. I'm completely cheated by wrong product and request refund. Do the need immediately.

The product received is not worth of the amount paid. Order number #200589. The related picture has been attached. The package received with reference number [protected]. Complete fraudster on the product. Unhappy with the service and product. Immediate action to be taken and refund is required. I want to my money back. The saree received is of low quality. Do the seller know the difference between gown and saree. If not genuine in the delivery of the product do not cheat customer s with wrong hope.
Refund required immediately.

Had order for gown of rs 599 and received saree today. Attached the copy of gown which i had ordered and saree which i have received. Also attached the bill copy of same.

Kindly let me the return process and how i can get the refund as soon as possible. I had 746 including taxes. I m expecting 100% return of my money.
Also triviyaa should stop making such spam promotions and business, else get ready for the consequences.
Also when i had dropped a mail, it is incorrect.
Please help

Ordered lehenga from Triviyaa.com But on receival of products, I found that I am fooled completely. It was plain ash coloured saree type material bearing no resemblance with the one I had ordered. Also my Rs 530 gone in dust for such rubbish items. Amazon, flipkart gave us faith in online shopping, not makes it necessary for other sites to fool us using our faith in online shopping. I want my money back as early as possible, and take away this product. Money is born in trees, misusing it by frauds like this is unforgiven.
Kindly arrange for my refund at the earliest

Regarding complaint ID: 1973737, regarding wrong receival of order by triviyaa.com, I got contacted by COmpany representative and demanded for card details. I had paid the money by cash, then why should they enquire my card details. Atmost I can give account number to send cheque, I will preffer to receive money by cash or draft whichever possible.
Please look into the matter and solve my refund case at the earliest.

I had ordered a lehenga from the website triviyaa.com order number 196402! I’ve received the wrong product and i demand a return and refund! I ordered a lehenga and i get a saree? This is the worst online shopping site. Fraud website and just making money by frauding the customer. Also, sending cheapest quality of material. Isn’t there a difference between a saree and a lehenga? The shipper needs to be charged for all this!!

This website triviyaa .Com ailed me a very much my utter request to you is please don't buy anything from this website . I ha ordered a kurti but I was shocked when I opened the packet which was delivered by blue. dart it contained a saree .I think a sweeper's wife would not wear that saree it was a full wastage of money.

Updated by Shruti Dive Hi team, I have received 03 calls from various number saying they are calling me from Triviyaa.com. All the three person said, they will refund via card to card transaction and asked me to share my card details; however I denied and they disconnected. Request you to kindly look into the issue on priority.
