Cancel my order which was placed on 5th may 2018. Order no. #150790. I ordered 3 suits few hrs ago but going through mostly bad reviews of triviyaa and the fraud stories, i want to cancel my placed order. Though i would have gone first to the reviews before ordering but as this site was shown in facebook and mostly social shopping sites are not fraud and reliable i placed my order. I had ordered for blue color kurti and received product is a pink color saree, it is really bad, and there is no contact number to reach them and convey this,
I want to return this product and kindly refund my amount.
I want this complaint to be rectified at the earliest.

Would like to advice these kind of people who does a fake business, i don't know how do people do all these things, you might think that your cheating humans, you are just cheating us and eating others money which is worthless, but don't forget that the people who give they money and feel bad, it is been seen by god, who ever you are take this issue serious and try to resolve all the problems & ensure that you don't continue this kind idiotic business. You can play with humans but u can never play with god. This is will really lead you into a very bad situation we will not see what will happen to you, but there is a day you will suffer, the reason why am saying this is because as we suffer other people should not suffer, it might be a 500 rs amount, each rs is important for everyone, don't think your fooling others, your taking yourself into a bad situation. I had made an order in the 1st week of may 2018 for the following products (Dresses):
Triviyaa western wear for women-14 (Mrp = 399)
Triviyaa western wear for women-15 (Mrp = 399).

I did not receive an email after order was placed. Additionally, the product delivered was some unstitiched material of extremely poor quality, whichand of a totally different colour.

The cash on delivery was taken from me of rs. 960. I paid rs. 1000 as the delivery man did not have change.

Basically, i have been delivered the wrong product. Please deliver the correct item that i had ordered.

I have ordered 2 gowns nd 3 kurtis but now i want to cancel my order. Plz dont send me as now i don't need ur products any more... Earlier i don't know to to that triviyaa company is fraud but as i read reviews about company, i decided to cancel my order right now... Hi, I purchased a saree from your website triviya. com, but it is totally different from the original product that was shown in your website. I want to return the product and want my money back. The delivered product is of very poor quality. Please let me know the procedure to return the product and get back my money Rs 640 as soon as possible. This is very disappointing. Totally different saree received. I want my money back.

Am really frustrated i need my money back . product ordered was different from product delivered and quality of the delivered product is really worst and i dont need that . Customer care is also not supporting only morning 10 to evening 6 the customer care will be available. Is this the way you treat your customer. We have ordered a kurti of rs.399/- and delivery charges was rs.131/-.total amount was rs.530/-.but instade we have received a saree of bad quality.the courier boy also warned us not to take the delivery as he has confirmed thhat the company does not provide ordered product and they have received many complaints .so kindly refund back the amount and arrange to take back thhe delivered product.

Product what deleivered was different from ordered... I ordered 2 kurtis and one gown and i got three sarees this was like fraud to us i would like to return all my product and want my money back as soon as possible. This product is not what i ordered and i got different product like three sarees and i ordered 2 designer kurti and 1 designer gown of white and blue coloured and kurtis of one white coloured with long jacket and one blue coloured with long jacket

I have ordered two gowns from triviyaa.com have received a package with my name and address having two cheap sarees, please refund my money or give me the desired quality and item i have ordered. I have tired calling all possible routes to get to know if anything can be done no step has been taken to solve this. I have called the delivery service people they have not found a solution, i have also called the sender address contact which is on the parcel no respond, in fact they haven't picked any calls. I am furious about this order that i have made and will make sure i report every where i can and until i get this sorted out. Please sort out this situation. Thank you.

My order no is 136602, for two product one is saree and another is kurti but i got two cheap saree i want to return them but i didn't get any guidline on that and i think this is a fake company becoz others company have guidline on return the product but this company don't have that. If this is a fake company than they must get punishment of this fake business.

I have ordered a kurthi with order number: 123833 on 23rd april 2018 from triviyaa.com, however received a saree (Which was wrongly delivered) and the sender name was mentioned as the gridspe global on the delivered packet. I did not check the product as i was unable to collect the delivery (It was collected by my father)

I request you to please help me regarding the same, (Either to contact the seller to exchange the product or return me the amount) as it had costed me rs.530/-
I request to please ask the team to call on my contact number : [protected] urgently.

This to inform you that I had ordered a dress from your website on April 23, 2018 bearing order no 125268. Mismanagement on your part has resulted in a completely different product been sent to me than what I actually ordered.

I ordered preety kutri but recived chief sarees. And amount paid by me is 1392. So please help me in refund and this site should under scam. No response from company. Email and mobile are fake...

I had ordered for a peach gown for an amount of 746.92 (Including taxes) which was paid by cash but the product delivered was a saree which is not even worth 200 rs. Since i wanted the money to be refunded back to me i did some research on google and found a customer care number on the website http://www.icomplaints.in/triviyaa-customer-care-number-[protected]-[protected]-...⇄ so i called # [protected] and a hindi speaking man answered the call, asked for the order # and initially said that he will register my details online and i will receive the amount back to my bank account for which he would need my debit card #, expiry date & cvv. When i questioned him as to why he needs these details he only kept saying if i dont give the details i wont get my money back. This is a big scam, pls dont share any account details or call that number also pls do not order any products from triviyaa

This is my 2nd reminder to triviyaa to kindly refund my amount, i have complained regarding the wrong product delivered, as of now no one have approached to refund my amount. Triviyaa i have mailed you immd. But till now not received the amount of rs 962/-
Kindly take the matter on priority and refund our amount immd.
If this will take time we will not able to get the trust to you again.

I am complaining about my order. I ordered for a dress but i got only one dupatta in the packet. Please do needful otherwise i will go for the escalation.

I paid for the dress rs 531.

Please do the needful. Return my money or dress.

There is no option to return the order on their app and thetmy said you can return the order within 10 days.
