Sir i have ordered a pretty kurti which is yellow in colorado but i received a orange red colour saree length. I don't know y this site cheating public like this. We are not supposed to return or modify option also. Only cash on delivery is available and the courier boy not accepting product. He ask me to check for option to return. But there no option.

I ordered i gown but i opened and found a dull quality saree blow 100 rs or total weste of money

I want my refund and want make a case fir so it's never do same like to others

I am very angry by this type fraud in our country it's an serious matter please not that here many trusted websites gone to this way

Is 139665 because after ordering i felt that product is not too good and quality is not much good as i checked into market so that's why i want to cancel my order, so please cancel my order because i[censored] deliver after i again follow the process of returning policy and so much trouble to me so now don't deliver my order.

Order no. : 153570 was wrongly placed now. Unable to cancel the order in any of the way. Given customer care contact & email id is fake. Must cancel this order. Cancel it asap. If it is delivered 7-8 business, then i will cancel the cancel. During delivery time. So cancel this order to avoid ur wasting time to deliver the product. Its not my fault, completely their fault for faking website.

I have placed order no.118863 where i ordered two western wear dresses. But i reveived two dirty pieces of cloth, not worth a single penny.
There is no customer care number, the email address provided on website is fake. I tried to email them to which i got below response..
The response from the remote server was:
554 5.7.1 : relay access denied

Please take necessary actions on such fake websites who are fooling innocent and common people..

Recently a packet of product recieved on[protected], we have paid rs. 530.92 (Rs. Five hundred thirty and paise ninety two) cash for the packet. Then after we open the packet, but in the packet a piece of cloth is found only in place of our ordered product, which is useless for us.
I am trying to contact on the mobile no. Given on the packet but call immediately forwards to another no. And cuts before connecting. I calls several times but fail to contact.
I emailed my problem several times to email address:

Please consider my complaint as soon as possible.

I have ordered white anarkali long gown on 30th april 2018.. The order number is 138431

And unfortunately they delivered orange coloured different product which i have not ordered.
The delivery was done on 5th may 2018.

So please.,

As early as possible return the product which you people delivered wrongly to me which i have not ordered..

इस तरह से आप कंपनी के लोगो से जो ट्रस्ट बना हुआ है जनता का वो खोता जा रहा है कृपया इसे बदल कर जो प्रोडक्ट मैने आर्डर की है उसे भेजे काफी असुविधा हो रही है मुझे।।

I got to know about this site through an advertisment in facebent.I went through the online site and ordered 2 Kurtis which was described as pretty Kurtis free size worth Rs 961with the order number 137561 .but to my astonishment I received very cheap torn pieces of cloth..there was no Kurtis ...postal address mobile number described in the packaging every detail is wrong..such fraud people have built this company.Triviyaa and The Gridspe grand people should be kept in bars.What u people think...anything u can pack and send to the buyers in name of online shopping.What amount of fraud is it..either u send my money back including COD charges or I have to complain to the consumer forum..Stop cheating people...and wherever u r advertising about the product and ur site I will make sure I will comment ur company as fraud..Strict action should be taken against your site as u people are making money out of innocence of online buyers.Return my money as soon as possible .

I have ordered a saree on triviyaa and received in place of that cheap n damaged saree...... I have ordered it on 30th april 2018 and i received it on 5th may 2018... I was surprised to see a cheap n damaged saree... I can't understand why these fraund companies will play games on people... Are they feeling any kind of satisfaction by gambling people... Hi. I had ordered one gowns (One white gown) from triviya.com (Order no. 139102).
However, i received below average looking material that aren't even close to the appearance of the gowns ordered. Are of really cheap. Material and this is very very disappointing. I would want to return these cheep material because they're of real bad quality. I would want a refund or a replacement asap. Please assist for the refund or replacement asap.
Otherwise i will have to take an action against your site...

I had ordered an ethnic saree on 28/04/2018 but i got a local saree on 04/05/2018. What is displayed in facebook and what is send to us is entirely different. I don't understand why the facebook as become so cheap in displaying such a local company who is cheating everyone.
I want have money back, otherwise i will file a complain regarding your product and company.

Hi. I had ordered two gowns (One pink gown and a white gown) from triviya.com (Order no. 134434).
However, i received 3 below average looking sarees that aren't even close to the appearance of the gowns ordered. Thesarees are of really cheap. Material and this is very very disappointing. I would want to return these sarees because they're of real bad quality. I would want a refund or a replacement asap. Please assist for the refund or replacement asap.

The order i placed is different from what i received. Order 134506. I was charged 638 rupees and received a very cheap 100 rupee saree. Tried calling seller at phone number mentioned on parcel [protected] and it is not reachable... Pleas refund my amount by taking back ur product asap. This website support [protected]@ triviyaa.com also doesn't work and website doesn't have link for return... So customer like me or lost.

I order a gown and delivery other products so o will be returning product other wise i complained and action l need some problems then i have a money and receive the goods the product will changes i have a gown and product change in saree other wise i return the product and give me a same product and i am so nervous because this is a fact i'd i really return this product

I have given order a kurti as image attached below but wrongly dispatch saree. Kindly return the courier & refund amount if required stock not available. I have contact your customer care number also but they are responding properly. Mail address also incorrect which is updated in site. ([protected]@triviyaa.com). I did call for complaint on [protected] they asking my debit card detail when i ask why need debit card detail they disconnected call. Order image is attached.
