I have ordered for 1 saree and 1 kurti, but i have received 2 sarees which are very poor in their quality i did not expected these items. I have paid money (1070) to the delivery boy without checking the items.

The contact number ([protected]) given on the pack is not working.
The address mentioned on the pack is 53, ganga park, yogi chowk surat.

Few days back i had ordered 1 gown from your website, i saw the add on facebook the photo shown on add was different from the product which i received please provide me refund or atleast replace this product it would be helpful..

I want to return the saree. The saree was not in the same colur as it was shown in the picture so i want to return it. Plz return as soon as possible plz i rqust u. I have been already paid money to the delivery boy... So as soon as possible plz return this product. Or i should complain to the head of the manager. The saree is very low quality so plz i want to return it so return it as soon as possible....

I have ordered something else n received something else n the quality is so cheap that i wouldn’t take it even if it’s guven for free. I have placed an order for a designer pretty kurti[protected]m order number 122657. But delivered to me a very cheap quality saree instead of kurti. Very very poor customer service and also it's price given as 399 but when it comes on delivery it's 530.98.
I don't want this company's product. I want my money please return back.

I had ordered a kurti from triviyaa.com and I got a product delivered that I didnot even ordered from your website which is a third class saree. This saree will like net and it will not been even bought by any maid. This website is completely fraud and they didn't have any phone no. Or mail ID. I want to return my order and want my money refunded immediately.
