I have ordered Triviyaa Designer Blue gown -34, I have paid Rs.747 but product is wrong Saree which is not more than Rs.150/- . I want my Gown or my money refund...They are showing wrong picture n sending wrong product, There is no bill also. also tried there number but it's not reachable, please refund my money, So many complaints are there but they are not responding

    My order number:147166.
    I have order a dress from triviyaa i got the parcel today and i paid rs. 747/- when i have opened the parcel i am shocked to see ugly, worst purple sareee. I want to complain and i want my money back. This is really very worst online app ever. Haven't seen such a fake online app. Bcuz o[censored]ll now people will not buy any kind of products online. You have cheated us. You are soo fake.
    I want my money back in next 7 days or else i will do police complain.

    I ordered a dress from this bogus company triviyaa. They send me a different product altogether which is a very cheap quality they should be taken immediate action as they are fooling people ..pls get me a refund

      Triviyaa, s help line and customer care numbers are fraud.i called customer care 8 or 9 may 2018 for cancel the order but there is no response and the agent was cheated me.He did fraud with me.He downloaded V mpesa app and transaction by my mobile number and told me that "mam Apke Pas OTP send Kiya hu mane plz send me, then I sent him.triviyaa is fraud

        I ordered a 2-dresses from triviyaa website, today i received the parcel and pay a amount about 1393 rs/-. When i open the packet i am shocked to see that they sent me a wrong product that products i am not ordered the sent me a 3 sarees which are too ugly, cheap. I want to return my order and i want my money back. This is the biggest online shopping failure in my life. So plese suggest me what can i do to get my money back.

        I Ordered a western wear from Triviyaa with ID 138316 for amount rs 530 but they send one saree which is very cheap.

        Now I jst want to get return the product & get my money back, there is no return policy shown on their webpage.

            Have paid rs.747.. Person holding[protected], on calling says.. He is from triviyaa.com, this nut replies saying gowns out of stock so we send this..

            Arrange to send the money back... Within the next 7 working days,,, or a police complain will be resisted against the web site and the person holding the above mentioned mobile number

            Please cancel my order number 150602 as I do not want the order. I won’t be able to pay the money. The company is fraudulent and I do not wish to continue with the order. I shall not pay as the order was made by mistake.

While booking the product i could see about return policy and now i unavailable with this option. This website is fake and they trying to cheat everyone. I want my money 530 rs back..                     I orders a dress but i got duppata i opened the packet in front of courier man he is refusing to take it back.
                    But i paid him money now i want to return the item and want the dress which i ordered.
                    It is totally waste of money for me this duppta has no use for me please take it back. The packing was done wrong.
                    If you will not take it back i am going to file a complaint in district consumer forum.
                    This is totally unfair trade practice with the customers. You showed the different item and i ordered the different item but you delivered the different item.

                            To return and refund, i dont understand why triviyya guys want card number, expiry date and CVV number ? Cant they transfer to bank ? i feel very fishy.

                            Shirty i am going to go for consumer court for the same . It is not safe to give cvv number etc to unknown .

                              I ordered a kurti worth 530 instead got a cheap saree. The customer care is not reachable and this is a fake website that cheats people by showing misleading images of high quality product and actually delivers a low grade saree.
