My name is krishna and iam from cochin. I have orderd for "triviyaa designer gown (Blue colour) for women's-58 × 1" and i received an enitrely different product and that too a blue colour saree. I have paid the full amount on cod basis. I dont want this product. And iam sending back the saree. Request you to give my money back. My phone no is [protected]. Iam attaching here with the dress i ordered, dress material i received just now[protected], delivery chellan i received from courier boy and confirmation sms i received from triviyaa. And also please note that i tried the several times on the number mentiond in the delivery chellan. But it is continuoulsy swtich off. Either return my money or send me the same product which i orderd. I will be waiting for one week. After one week i will file a suit on consumer court. Kindly do the needful.

I ordered a cream and golden color gown. My order number is 127212. I got some wrong delivery in which their is aome 3rd class quality maroon dupatta. Please return it and give my amout back. This is totally fraud... Pick up your material from the same adress on which ot was delivered today.
Please pick up from my given adress as soon as possible.
And avoid doing these mistakes.
Today i have to wear that gown for my cousin's wedding, when i got the call that today i will get my gown i was so happy.. Now as i saw this # again i am upset now.

Dear team,

Please be informed that video order no. 122555, i have ordered a gown but in spite of that i received something else. And this is not at all exceptable.
Neither i have seen the item i have received nor i have ever clicked than how could the same delivered to me. Secondly there is no place to put return request on site than how it is working.
I am not going to except the same.

Hence requesting you to kindly lodge a return request for above mentioned order and refund my money at the earliest else i need to go to a consumer forum for the same.
Moreover all the information on the site is wrong. How u people are doing business. U are cheating n no. Of people.

I had order women's gown_16 and have not received correct product. I have received black cloth which is not related to my gown.

I need to return this back and want my money back.

triviyaa site cheating every people I think so blue dart sport in cheating site for cash every people delivery via blue dart company
So I complement both company blue dart and triviyaa site .

I ordered 2 gowns from triviyaa.com and what i received is terrifying!! I received 3 sarees that too of very bad and cheap material and I'm completely terrified right now! I want to return it and get my money back!! Do it as soon as possible. I am very upset as my money is wadted and was expecting much better than this . It was my first time i ordered from this site and I'm very disappointed with the result

My order no: 127200
I have ordered for 1 kurti but what i received is one dupatta. I tried reaching them on contact provided but no use i also send them mail on [protected]@triviyaa.com but mail is getting relay access denied error.

And now if i order some other thing then order is not placed for same mail id but if i change mail id and place then it is getting placed. It is clear that it is an fake site.

I had ordered kurti on 22.04.2018 by name varsha gawde. Today i have received some saree which is very cheap.
Message by you your order no.123131 has been successfully placed with triviyaa.com. It will be delivered in 7-8 business days.
Now, you give me the refund otherwise i will launch a police complaint regarding your misbehavior with customer.

Had ordered a kurti on 22nd Apr 2018. I have received a wrong product. I do not want tHis product. I need the kurti ordered by me or cash back. I have ordered designer printed kurti -008 from the site triviyaa.com having Order No.117745 on[protected]. But to my surprise the product which I chose and ordered is totally different from the product I received . I have order kurti of blue and cream but the product I received is a mere piece of cloth in pink colour.Moreover many people have seemed to face the same grievance as i browsed the facebook comment sections of the page.Even their call number does not seem exist and so does the provided mail account.It is supposedly a scam site.
