My name is seema Singh from jamshedpur .I have ordered for kurti and my order is 123290 designer pretty kurti 004 .I received different products saree . I don't want this please return it and give my amount back .Pick up your material from the same address on which was deleted today. Maine jo mangaya tha ye wo products nahi hai . Kurti ke badle faltu saree aaya hai jo mujhe nahi chahiya .please is product ko return karke mare paise mujhe vapas de.

I had ordered gowns for rs1392.. But they delivered cheap dupattas instead. N the phone no on the parcel cover is fake. While purchasing they had said return within 7 days.. Now the website itself is fake. Fraud company. Serious action to be ton against this company. I want to return their product n get their money back...
Pls get my money back..

I have placed an order for 2 dresses but i got simple cloth piece that is of very bad quality. May i please know why you people do this kind of fraud. Now please tell me how i can return that. I spent 1000 bucks for it which is totally waste for me now.
Very bad expiernce.. Will spread bad words about triviyaa.com.
I want to return the product please tell me policy. Due to these kind of bad websites people cant trust for online shopping. Somebody had given me warning dont place order it might be fraud. But i thought no its fine. I hope i could have followed him and could not have wasted my 1000 rs. Please take this product back. Its simply wastage for me.

I ordered a product and the wrong product was delivered to me. So when i asked them to refund they took my debit card details and otp and they took 4999 ruppees from my account instead of refunding. They were threatening me if i didnt give them my otp they will deduct all of my money. So i had to block my card. The number which i called was [protected]. I want my money back.

I want to raise a complaint against triviaa and delhivery. I ordered two products, however got some old sarees. I almost sent 7-8 e-mails to delhivery team and triviaa team to take actin and resolve the issue and refund. None. Of them responded properly. They gave me an incorrect email id and contact number where i cudnt reach. I want my money n compensation. Atleast they should know to respond emails when they are dealing with such a huge bisiness. Can this matter be taken seriously and respond. My awb number is[protected].

I have placed an order for 2 kurtis from this website triviyaa.com... One was white and the other was blue.
Bt the products that i received today was absolutely different.
I have received 2 sarees
Both the sarees are same and are of worst quality.
The contact number provided is wrong.
The email id provided is also wrong... As mail is not getting delivered on that email address.
I want my correct product to be delivered or return my money..

This is really bad...
Cheating with the customers is something very wrong.

Today I really shoked to see the triviyya online product...Please return this product is totally wrong ...n my money746 Rs. tottaly waste...by this cheap unknown product ...

There are many good online shopping sites but because of these type of sites online shopping become rediculous.
Delivering a wrong product is first mistake
And while lodging complaint throwing message as complaint is too small.
People go for online shopping because of time shortage but because of these type of sites public are not only have time loss but also they will loose confidence on online shopping

Jo lehnga dekhe the online me wo kapra same n mila hai... Isiliye ise waps krna hai.. Ar money v waps cahiye. Apko dhayn dena cahiye ki jo kapra internet me dikhaya ja rha h ar use online delivery krna hai to wesa hi dress dena cahiye.. Na ki kuch ar dena... Mere lehnga me kuch v same nai hai... This is unfair. And plz ye lehnga waps le kar mera money waps kriye.

I ordered a lehenga. My order number is 122198. I got some wrong delivery in which their is very bad condition saris. Please return it and give my amount back. This is totally fraud... Pick up your material from the same address on which it was delivered today.
Please pick up from my given adress as soon as possible.

Archana kashyap shimla i had order a party wear green kurti and have not received corect product i received a cheasp saree which is not related to my kurti order no for party wear kurti 122202 this was my first order on triviyaa am really disappointed is there any solution to get my right product this was really very bad experience for triviyaa i want return this back or return my money back kindly help..

I ordered two kurtis from triviyaa on facebook. My mode was cash on delivery. I did not receive any email about my ordered product. Only i got 1 sms that the product will be delivered within 30th april and also i received it on 28th april. I paid cash without checking the product as it was written the same on the packet which i ordered. But surprisingly on opening the parcel i found two sarees inside. This was my first order on triviyaa. Am really upset. Is there any solution to get my right product.

But against that order i got two cheapest red colour saree having order no 123335 on[protected].
I want to return the material and want my money back. How will i get money.
Tell me the procedure to return the material as well as to cancel the order.
Trivyaa is a fake online shopping site because they are not satisfying the customer.

Myself divya, i had ordered triviyaa designer gown for women-22 & 23 but i have received saree's instead of gowns. What nonsense is this, before dispatching the product cant u all check the product whether u are sending the ordered product or not. If the product is not available then please do not send the product which ever u all want. I have ordered for 2 gowns but received poor quality 3 saree's. Is this the service which u all give to the customer? I think your company is fake & fraud, # today i saw all the complaints of everyone regarding the same issue, if i would have seen before i would have not fall into ditch. I have not even received the tax invoice for which u have added tax. The mob no. Which is mentioned in the blue dart courier copy is also wrong no. & address is not proper.
So please refund my money at the earliest.

Don't cheat the customer by doing same mistake always. It brings bad name for your company. I have also sent the mail as soon as i received the parcel to [protected]@triviyaa.com, but no response from your end. Is this the way u all are giving the service the the customer's. Unhappy with service & company.
Please take away that poor quality saree's & refund my amount rs.1, 393/-
