I have ordered designer gown order no 121403 and i received sari. I request to refund my money. I get delivery today and paid for this packet but i didn't get gown instead there is sari.
I request u to please refund my amount as early as possible. And kindly acknowledge my complaint.
Do register my complaint n return amount paid by me.

    I have ordered sarees under rs. 499/- category from your site triviyaa.com with order number:.140381

    But i have received different sarees which are waste material and completely different from one which i have ordered.

    Received packet through xpressbees #[protected] on 9 may18 and charged rs. 639/-.

    As it is not the one which i have ordered, i want to return this, please send somebody to collect the packet and give back money or sarees which i have ordered.

    No return policy details available in website.

      I have ordered a designer gown... N i have revived a saree... I don't need it... I request to refund my money as soon as possible or else replace me the product i ordered... I need to resolve my problem as soon as possible from your side... Very bad service from triviya... Not going order again ever and will know every one about it... Fake site fake people...

      I have ordered two dresses costing me 1177.84 and have received a package containing two cheap sarees and have seen a pattern in the companies delivery as many of the customers have the same complaint of cheap sarees being sent to them, This is a serious offense and must be sued against if not taken serious measures to solve this issue.

        I have order gown online from the given website but i receive very cheap quality saree
        I have checked website customer care but the number was invalid i even tried sending email to the given website i. E. [protected]@triviysa.com but the email was undelivered and returned back
        I found the reference of this website on facebook the stuff that time appears to be good. I even check the reviews so i ordered

        Now i want to return the product and want my money back order no.145496 placed with triviyaa.com.

            Please cancel my order no 159401 dated 08.05.2018 for amount 1285.84 as it is wrongly placed... By mistake the order got placed without editing the the cart items. I wanted to place one of them out the two items in the list and also the size of the item is also not selected properly... Will place the order again if this issue is resolved.. Moreover there is no option on the website to deal with any such issue apart from just placing the order... So this should kindly be taken into consideration...

                            I have purchased a long dress from triviyaa.com and when I got the parcel I got to know that it is actually a saree and the material is nowhere similar to what was shown in the website.

                            I would like to return the product and I need the money back.. this is completely cheating as when I try to call the customer care given in the website it is triggering to Vodafone customer care. Looks like this is a cheating website as they don't have online payment option, only cash on delivery available and no messages or mails once we book the product.

                                      Please cancel my order which is having order number 159623. Which is ordered on date 8 may 2018. I have mistakenly placed order it, your site is not asking for any confirmation and directly order is getting placed. Same way i have placed the order.                                         I have ordered a kurti of blie & green colour of m size on 04/05/2018, but i got a cheap saree. Order no.141903, today & i paid rs.530/- for the same. I would like to return this product & want the refund. I got this website on facebook page. There is no contact number of customer care or proper mail id to contact. Please direct me for the same.
