Hi.. Am nithya. I had ordered a kurti in triviyaa site. After 15 days they had send me a poor quality saree. For this i lost 531 rs. I want either that kurti or my cash back. This is a cheating site. Please nobody buy anything in this site and get cheated. This is the very worst online shopping site i have seen so far. Please take action on this site.

Sir, i ordered 3 kurtis that cost is 1823.00 but i opened the parcel there is 3 saree's. And saree's cost is very low. Also that saree's are defective. So i want to return that product. I have recivied wrong product i have to return it back n get my cash back.. The product is such a low quality i can't even use it..
I had ordred a gown n they have send me a low quality saree which not even worth for rs 530/-.

The website provided all fake information and worst quality dresses. The wedding lehenga which I have ordered is delivered as a saree worth of Rs. 100 and I tried to contact through mail and cal and all. But all fake info.
Friends never ever buy from this website.
Don't cheat people like this. U can't grow up in ur lfy by doing such things.
Try to satisfy peoples need by providing right dresses.

I online book a beautiful gown after parcel recieving and payment we open parcel and see a cheap sari and i felt it' s not mistake it's totlly fraud to make foolish of customer to show beautifull dress and chear her money on the name of online shopping within 2year more than customer face this kinds of problem trivya clothes is not improving services and every day increase cheating . I want return my money or exchange product otherwise i m complain in consumer forum against of triviya clothes in india with all state is must to learn lesson of this fraud

I deeply express my sad feeling and disappointment on the product and your service in delivering my order 103492, Red gown worth Rs.746 on date 14/04/2018.
I have received a red saree instead of a gown that I placed. such a worst and bad service how can some one deliver a ### like this, are you people blind can't you recheck what the customer has ordered before packing and dispatching.
