I ordered a Long gown on triviyaa on dated 18/04/18, but today 24/04/18 I received a garbage saree, my order no. 113704. Now I want to return it and want my rupees 747 back. I tried to search for customer care of triviyaa but there is no information about triviyaa customer care service, they do not have any customer care contact details and sending cheap quality products.

Triviyaa- Beware of Fraud

I ordered a dress on triviyaa but I received a Kids Saree.
My order no. Is 168704.
I saw posts with the same issue and fraudulently they are sending the same material to the customers instead of the Item ordered.
How do we catch hold of such frauds as there is no detail available in their Site and the number mentioned is never reachable.

I have purchased saree from triviyaa.com and today (24.04.2018) i got the parcel i got to know that no where similar to what was shown in the website.

I would like to return the product and i need the money back. My 750 back looks like this is a cheating website as they dont have online payment option, only cash on delivery available and no messages or mails once we book the product.

Number one cheating company i am going to file complaint against them, just they called me and asked me to give my debit card details for transferring my refund and looted my money of Rs.2000/-. Such criminal activity this is.

Order long gown and received cheap saree i want my money back. Order number 109154. I want the product to be picked up and money to be refunded back. This is totally misleading. Wrong products being sent. Why wrong product is being sent to customers this is very poor customer experience. Very disappointing please think before you order anything from this site very unhappy

See i ordered for western wear frock but u sent the sarees hence i need to return it within 2 days hence they have to come and take their very cheap and fake product. We ordered something but they provide fake fake products and i have paid 530 rupees for that cheap and fake product and they are swallowing lakh of the people money so consumer court should take the strict action of that fake company

I have purchased saree from triviyaa.com and today (24.04.2018) i got the parcel i got to know that no where similar to what was shown in the website.

I would like to return the product and i need the money back.. This is completely cheating as when i try to call the customer care given in the website it is triggering to vodafone customer care. I had ordered for a designer pretty kurti-001 from triviyaa

Description :
Type: kurti with printed long jacket
Sleeves: as in image
Color: sky blue & blue

Picture of the kurti is attached

And i have received a dirty beige colour cheap quality saree...

Its a total fraud, to delivery such ridiculous item against the ordered item.

Immediately get it exchanges, as i had paid cash of r.530/-

I have ordered one kurti with mixed colour. But i received very cheap blue colour saree by cash on hand. Money is not a easy matter to get. I had placed a black/white kurti gown 007 with a bag and belt complimentary for Rs.399/- (total Rs.539/-) order no. 101468 placed on 14.4.2018...which you had acknowledge via SMS.

Today (23.4.2018...5:00 pm) received a courier vide Express bees,
From TGG 53, Ganga Park, Chock Surat GJ . . Mobile- no:[protected]...without any order number.

This phone is not working.

It is not what I ordered. I have paid through COD, Rs.530/- you have to replace this item with my order...

What is the procedure to return? And replace my order.

Updated by Louid A guy Abishek [protected] called me just now 24.4.2018, 4:15 pm)and said will refund my money.(rs.530/-)...asked me for credit or debit card no...I said will call in half an hour. Then called the same no. But another guy answered but said he was Abishek... this time I gave him a debit card number...then he asked for the validity. ...then he asked for the OTP I received from my bank... I refused to give...this guy was very sleeky said he is giving me a chance to get my money back and that he is not forcing me there was no other way of refund...Again I refused he said he will forward my complaint stating that I was not supporting ... to his superior for further action. What a fraud?!... BEWARE of these guys.
