Sir, tje product which was ordered by me is not that product which delivered to me. I ordered wedding code lehnga in green colour but there is a black saree in my parcel. So return my order as soon as possible and return my money. Bcoz i m afraid with that order. Its full wastage of money. Its a heartly request to return my cash nd take ur order back please sir do it fast as possible. I order green lehnga but there is a black saree in the order that i have taken.

      I placed an order on april 18 but till now i didn't get the tracking or delivery date details. I tried mailing them on their mail id provided in the site but it just doesnt deliver everytime it bounces back telling that id is having error. As i have cancelled the same order so why should i receive.                         I had ordered the product of triviyaa designer kurti on 11.04.18 and received the product on 17.04.18 by paying cash of rs.530/- order no. Was #109544 but, after opening the packet, designer kurti was not there which i had ordered. I am order kurti but u send me a black colour saree. I don't want this saree. Therefore, the authority of the company is requested to take return back the product by giving cash back to me immediately

                            I was looking for a gown online and I saw this advertisement of triviyaa which was showing gowns at 599 on FB and was pretty good looking.I went through the site where I added the red gown no-104895 to the cart and I didn't find a sign in option and thought to fill the details to sign in and mistakenly pressed the buy now option.After that, I received a message showing the price of 746.92 which included 100 as the delivery charges and tax total rs746.92 on 15th of april .i wanted to cancel this order but found that the no. provided on the site is fake and also the email id was fake.There was no way to cancel it.Today I received the order since it was COD with no[protected] thinking maybe the product might be good and found a piece of cloth green and pink dress material was damaged and of very cheap quality instead of the gown.The no provided on the shipping details that is the RTO no is fake which shows the address of Surat.I want my money back as soon as possible.
                            I suggest people not to buy anything from this site, its totally waste of time and money.Please beware of such fake sites on any social media

                              But product is in yellow or sikn or dupatta green colour i didn't open that that looks very cheap please solve this problem.

                                      I have order for a pretty kurti product[ code 008] but i get received a very cheap cost saree on[protected] i do not like to take or keep this product
                                      With me but on parcel no sender address nor any despatcher address so how n where i send it. Back.
                                      I like to get my orderd product code 008 pretty kurti or get my money back but it is very confusing and no response frm courrier service no address of triviyaa to where product can send back
                                      If time will compelete company will held responsible for dealy because no response frm triviyaa pls guide n reply as soon as possible what can i do for same

                                        The product is totally different from which i ordered. I ordered a suit of cream colour
                                        But product is dupatta or saree in green colour i didn't open that that looks very cheap please solve this problem.
                                        Change it or please refund my payment
                                        I also want to buy one more gown but my first product experience was very very bad please help so i can buy more products.
