i had bought a apache rtr 8 months ago and from the first day
i am suffring from its front wobbling i had complaint lot to his dealer but they have no well traind machanic and my from problem is still there so please give the no.or add.the any concern person of tvs co.so i complaint there

I had bought a apache rtr 3 months back and from the first day
I heard a knocking noice from its front while driving in gutter roads i had complaint lot to my dealer but they have no well traind machanics and my problem is still there so please give the concerned person of tvs company.so i complaint there
yup all the complaints are true. Just visit tvs motor company's site n there in contact get the numbers and do complains
i am going through the same trouble, wobbling of the front, issue with the t bar, shocker rods slightly bent, everything in disorder. TVS, please stop making bikes.
I have purchased TVS APACHE RTR 180(MD634KE68C2D26241/OE6DC2152800) from HEM TVS, Satara on 25th May, 2012. I went to many other company showrooms and then decided on purchasing TVS APACHE RTR 180 based on the presales service I got at the showroom.

I was a happy owner of APACHE RTR 180 for last one month, but seems like my honeymoon with my bike was only for one month. It changed into a Nighmare when I went to get the first free service today morning. This done I then requested for delivery of the bike and paid the Rs. 375 /- bill(oil+oil filter) and took the delivery challan. I then went to the security to get my keys. He gave me some keys which I instantly recognized as not being mine. I told him the same, but i got the response that as the key has got some token number 36 attached it is my key. I then very politely told the security guy that this is not my key and it seems to be misplaced and let me check. I went through the box and found out the correct key.

I thought it is fine and this may happen some times so not a very big issue. I then went to my bike and tried to start the bike, I tried both the starters (Kick as well as self start) but it didn't start. I then told this to the nearby mechanic and told him to look at it. That guy then starting fiddling with the bike pulling the choke and trying to start the bike. He then very harshly pulled the spark plug and blowed some air by his mouth into it. I was shocked to find out that there seemed to some water on the spark plug which is not expected. He then put the spark plug into it`s place and tried to start the bike once again. The bike was starting and stopping for which he then pulled the throttle at the extremity, which I don't suppose is right for a new bike.

The bike then somehow started. Seeing all this ill treatment to the bike I just wanted to leave the service center, which I did as soon as possible. Just to check if everything is fine I then rode my bike for a while and it seem to be fine. I came home and thought that may god help me and the bike is fine.

In the evening I once again took the bike for a ride and what i came to know is that there is some kirr. kirr sound from the rear part of my bike. Now I don't know what to do as the bike was almost fine till the first service. I am very afraid to go back to the service center and increase the ordeals I am already facing.

Additionally now by bikes`s front is wobbleing like hell at the speed range of 50-70 KM/s. Now I fell like robbed and dont know what to do next.

Papers not received,Duplicate and sub standard accessories given

I purchased the Jupiter on 8th march 2016, still not received warranty card, also the seat cover accessories are all of sub standard and duplicate. I want to get the quality check done of the vehicle from authorised company agents who can certify that all standard parts are fitted

    Hi I had given my TVS fiero for servicing at MIDAS Motors lakdi ka Phul hyderabad. They said i need a engine rework and i was quoted estimation of 6.5 K which i agreed to. Later i was given a bill of 8.5K which was way high from the quotation.Why was i not informed time to time about the increase in the cost. An estimation can have +/-500 and not 2000. Also since the manufacturing of Fiero is stopped why are the customers who had earlier been your esteemed customers made to go thru pain in trying to procure the parts. It took close to 15 days for my bike to be done.

    Now my major concern is with the cheating happening to customers at the outlets service center. They had used 2 bottles of Engine oil of 750ml each when the engine capacity of Fiero is 1.1L. Now when i am charged for 1.5L of Oil where did the balance 400ML of Oil go. I am sure this is happening to all customers and end of day the service center ends up with lots of profit.

    When most of the bikes coming into showroom are of 1L capacity why are they maintaing stock of 750ML oil. Is this not cheating customers who may not realise this fact. So this is a request to all consumers to beware of this issue from the service centers. Before servicing the bikes make sure that the centers are keeping stock of suitable quantity oil and do not charge extra due to lesser quantity of oils.

    TVS Motors - Worse customer service

    I have approached one of the TVS authorized service center for

    1. General Service,
    2. Overhauling of fork and
    3. Replacement of shock absorbs.

    First 2 things have been taken care and for 3rd item they have asked me to approach them after 2 days. There was no use, again same excuse like come after 2 days. At last 6th day (26.06.2008) I was able to get the spare part and fitting taken care by themselves. Unfortunately spare part sold to me was too worse, worse than my actual part which is not in good condition, it was absolutely not functioning, hard and immediately I started getting body ache. I immediately went back to them with actual condition of sold goods. They said that the concerned person is on leave and you can come after 4 days or so. Every 2nd and 3rd day I have visited but there was no use. On 10th June I am able to meet concerned person. Immediately that guy said the goods are new and good. In fact your vehicle has got alignment problem. I asked him that what the connection between alignment and suspension is? (When his own person admitted that new product is not good)When my defected shock absorb can work why can’t new? He argued with me, I told him if I can prove that the old shock absorber is better that new (Sold to me)? He said let us try? I am sure you are wrong? They have fixed my shock absorber and it was really better than the new. Then I asked them for replacement, they came up with new excuse like you have used this for more than 15 days and replacement is not possible. I clearly proved that I have visited your workshop for more than 8 times in 15 days. After that he said that it cannot be done by them and I need to go to TVS Company. I said it’s not possible for me to travel all the way to Chennai to get help. Is that makes sense! i am looking for a resolution from TVS. Can anybody help me.

    I, am owner of scooty pep+.Basically i want to put forward a complaint for the improper services provided by service centres of south kanpur zone, namely mahindra motors(tvs scooty service centre) at kidwai nagar kanpur.
    I am the owner of maruti zen lxi. My vehicle was having an electrical problem. It was dut to the wire neare by the right fender damaged by the rat. I approached the Bagavathi Auto Works authorized TVS motors work shop, Medavakkam, Chennai-600 001 on 28.03.2009. They immediately put a job card and asked me to come at 2.00pm. I was also agreed and went to tambaram for my personel work. Within 45mts, one of the person from that auto works communicated through my cell phone regarding the aproximate bill amout of Rs.2000/- for that work and immediately I replied to stop that work. After 1hr, I went there and I knew that there was no work was carried on my vehicle and immediatly I asked that person responsible for that one regarding my veichle. He asked Rs.2000/- for that work. I refused to pay that one and he asked Rs.500/- for the regisration of job card and there was no bill was issued for the same. The same work was performed in the other place with Rs.100/-only. For the discharge of vehicle was also not recorded by them.
    Dear Sirs

    This is to inform you that I have purchased TVS Scooty pep+ from Subam Motors, Chennai-12 on 29/7/2008. After three months (after 2 free services) I had problem with my horn . When I pressed the horn key there was no sound. So on my return from my office I straight away went to the service centre and informed the same at around 5.30 p.m. They (Mr. Nehru) checked and found that the earth was not proper. Thery rectified the same. I went for the 3rd service on 2nd February 2009 and got the vechicle on that day itself. After 10 days again I had the same problem with my horn. While pressing the horn key there was no sound. I contacted Mr. Mohan, Service supervisor and he asked Mr. Nehru to check the same. He tried a lot for more that 1 hour and finally he made some correction inside the horn and made it to work and thry promissed me to replace the same during my next service. My 4th paid serive was on 30th April 2009. But the serive centre at Subham was closed and I was not able to give my vehicle on that day. Today it was opened and surprised to note that the management was changed. When I told about the horn problem for replacement they told they will check with the TVS company and made the necessary arrangement. But when I went there to take my vechicle they told me that they have tuned the horn and there would not be any problem in future and since this is a paid service this part could not be replaced. Hence I want to inform you the matter before taking delivery. Since this is under warranty I want to replace my horn. I request you to look into the matter and do the needful.

    The worst Service Center...

    The Kohli TVS Service Center (Lucknow) is always upseted me... I have make my vehicle serviced here for 3 times and everytime they have upseted... Firstly the service is worst and secondly they take too much time for delievery...

      I purchased apache-RTR 160cc from susheel show room, its really a worst bike in my life .

      I have purchased TVS APACHE 150 three year ago. Now from last six month maintenance is near about 200 rs per month. The wiring of this bike is worst.

        This letter is drafted in response to utter frustration given by TVS service centre Karamana, Thiruvananthapuram, kerala.

        I considered myself to be a proud TVS Apache (Frame No: MD624HE3062k56398, Engine No: 0E3K[protected] owner but the irresponsibility of the TVS service centre officials have truly let me down.

        I have approached the service centre a couple of time to get some urgent spares for the bike, they let alone, providing any valid reason for the unavailability of the same didn’t even respect the customer. When I asked them about the TVS head office address they just ignored to give the address. They also put a mockery which is quite a lot of frustration for me.

        Hoping this letter will do some good to improve the service that all your customers deserve. Or my options are few and I shall opt any other brand which has some customer value.

I have complainded him about the problems of the bike but they d't bother and refussing everytime by saying that we have no parts in our store and when the parts will availaible then you will come? they even d't want to entertain such type of complaints? plz do the needful...

        I have faced lot of problem from The beginning, since from my first service

        The following are the problems

        1.Mis- firing
        2.Head Light vibration Noise
        3.Getting Mileage only 45 Kms Right from my Purchase.

        I have approached the service centre, Everyf time of service,

        Even today itself my Vehicle is in their service Center.

        Problem not yet identified & Rectified by themselves

        They told me, that The complaint has been given to TVS motors & Engineers are not available right now.

        Till The date problem was not solved

        Is the vibration issue in apache solved ... i got a new bike and still i can feel the vibrations... why are the TVS ppl not able to solve the issue ...

        On 8th October, 2009 I got my 6th pay service done from the same place. During the servicing my bikes Speedometer was not working, I was told it is in the guarantee period get it replaced. At that time i was informed that in a weeks time the Speedometer will be replaced, but it is already more than three months and nothing has been done. Every time I followed up the same one week time they are harping on. I am quite frustrated, please take some action and get the problem rectified.
        Hoping that immediate action will be taken, and my problem will be solved.

        Iam Nithya I sent my vehicle (scooty Pep) for the paid service.While Iam leaving my vehicle the only problem was starting problem but after three idays i gone there to get back my vehicle. I was shocked because seat of my vehicle is teared. I ask the reason to service manager i got such an irresponsible reply that is if you are not satisfied then leave your vehicle and go.i got annoyed then i complained to HO Ambattur there also no proper reply.what is my question is if seat is teared while iam leaving for service then it will be noted in Job card but it is not they are simply passing the bug and spoiling the brand image of TVS. Atleast with this mail they can try something goood to the customers
        Totally irresponsible TVS dealer (SBM TVS - ayanavaram) and equally useless tvs officials.

          i had bought a apache rtr 160 five months ago and it had a defected digital meter despite of my rigorous complaints to the dealer they have not taken any action against it and are a sort of distrust for me

          and i am sure this will really affect your company as on my consent my 2 friends who were earlier thinking to buy apache have bought pulsar due to its great customer care

          I had brought apache rtr 160 last year on the occation of Deshehra. I only had its benifits few days after that Bike gives a lot of problems eg. brakes problem, engin vibration, shockupser problems, self starter problems, Now latest problem Iam facing in the Bike from last eight days that is engine is not proper functioning and it make a some improper noise, and oil leakage from the engin. Then, I went to service center from where I brought bike, they told me that spare part is not available from company to us, they named that part crankcase, and from 2 months they told me that they don't have oil seal packing.

          They also told me that come after 4-5 days we will give you service but after every 4-5 days I follow up but there is no responce. Now tell me what to do ? I am very fed up now and after very harashment I complaint to you through your wedsite. If you don't giving responce and not giving proper service, I will complaint to consumer court. and giving further reply through court.

          Hi TVS & CO,

          I bought a new TVS Apache RTR160 before a month exactly.I struggled hard to get the bike for the last two years & I won finally.I am a great enemy of PULSAR & generally BAJAJ over-all.
          But like disappointing me I am getting a kind of noice from the head of the engine from my new APACHE RTR 160 & the sound starts only after the engine gets temperature.I know pulsar is having the same complaint as my brother owns a famous mechanic shop in Bangalore.After a through discussion we planned & finalised to get APACHE 160 my dream bike.But it screwed all my dreams & happiness.I am really worried about the sound.Can any one help me in this???
          A small request to TVS...Please take care about this else you may loose valuble customers...& I dont want my dream company to get through such situation...Please

          i bring a new bike from shriraj raj tvs- trichy dealer.it is my dream bike.bike have lot
          problems.fisrt up all company asking to direct the customers feed back of service and sales.
          totally front side make a many problem.please give guidence and rectified the problem.
          i had bought a apache rtr 160 five months ago and it had wrongly alighined of center stand, the stand is not resting in propper place. It may give hazard in running time. Inspite of my rigorous complaints to the dealer they have not taken any action against it.

          i have problem in Apache RTR160 after one year use of bike battery problem started till continues. battery not charge yet i have change two times battery from bike also relative part for that charging problem.

            Engine noise, frequently engine off, hiling so high, pickup, vibration.

            This is Ganesh, i had bought a apache 160 in august 2007 in TVS GUPTA MOTORS, E.H. ROAD, VYASARPADI, CHENNAI-600039.
            From the starting first day itself the problems are there.
            The problems are engine extra noise, engine frequently off when closing the acceletor, hailing is not standard at "1" when after moving 20 kms it hailing goes to 3 or 4 like that and there is no pick up also. And when riding...
