I HAd become member of tvs miles and smiles programme on 16 August 07 and on it was written that the membership is valid upto two years from the date of enrolment but when i went for servesing of my vehecle on 24 april 09 the tvs showroom people told me that the membership ends on 1 jan 09 but on the booklet it is clearly mentioned that the membership is valid upto 2 years from the date of enrolment so plz help me.

i have a apche it is 10 month old and, after 3rd service the piston is gone damaged, i have taken the bike to service center they changed my block piston in warranty but after changing the block piston the bike make noise it is vibrating more when i reached 40+ km per hour, i have make complain in authorised 2 3 times, in the service center they make some adjustment after some time it is vibrate again and make same noise .i don't understand...
