Hi,

I am Arun. I bhought TVS Apache in Dec 2009. After 3rd day (I only drove for 80 km) my engine bold was gone and all the engine oil went off. It seems that this caused because of bad component fixing by the TVS or by the show room.

Please do not buy TVS vehicle from SriHari Motors, Bangalore (Opp: Forum Mall). The service is very bad. These people took money for additional parts like indicator buzzer and laddy handle but these were not really installed in my bike and they closed the shop and kept my bike outside on the day I purchased the vehicle. The response was so bad.

I request TVS, please take care of this kind of bad show rooms.

TVS apache — regarding proper functioning

sir,
i bought a new APACHE RTR160 and right from the next day I am experiencing problems as follows:
1. There is noise coming from the disk brake at equal intervals of movement of front tyre.
2. its pickup is very low. after 1 hour standstill, it has to be forced start with the help of choke.

I was having Apache 150 before and with a good wxperience, i tended to buy a new one but unfortunately this bike is giving so much of problem.
As thid id the manufacturing defect ,i want to ask you that is there any procedure i can imitate to get my bike replaced..
please make my problem fixed as soon as possible!

The worst product, worst area sale manager Delhi and the worst, worst after sale service. Every one whoever purchased TVS apache is repenting of the black day of purchasing. I purchased TVS apache in Nov 2008 from SK Traders, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi.

About service

I had an accident and i gave my bike to the given service center. Its almost 20 plus days till now my bike is not repaired. When ever i call the service center the told me always its take 3 to 5 days but its almost 20 days crust it we not getting service in time so why should we purchase TVS .

    MY BIKE'S front has been changed before it was sold to me. I have informed the TVS company in the initial 7 days of purcahse that either there is some fault in the bike or the parts have been replaced but they do not admit to the fact. One showroom in panchkula says that there is some defect and has changed the front of the vehicle however the CMPL TVS showroom in chandigarh denies the fact till date. I had never thought that it is so unsafe to buy products from shwrooms. It means stand at the showroom door and wait for the delivery truck. As soon as the truck comes buy the bike else some changes would be done to your bike.

    I have written complaint to the TVS authorities thrice. I am pasting the emails to this complaint. Please help.

    Sir,

    I really disappreciate the kind of importance given to the cusotmers in TVS.

    I am wring down my story once again and if you understand kindly give an immediate response as 60000 rs of mine are lying at home, standing in the shape of TVS apache.

    i PURCHASED APACHE RTR 160 from CMPL AUTOMOBILES CHANDIGARH on[protected]. In the initial days as it was mentioned that the bike needs to be driven slowly I did not drive it at a speed of more than 40km/L however after the first service when i drove the bike at around more than 50 km/L i and my friends experienced that the bike is not stable and is bending on one side. After driving the bike for 10 kms at a stretch a pain used to emerge in the left hand of the driver. I took the bike to CMPL and told them regarding the issue. The mechanics and the head of the agency there said that there is no issue and the shaking of the bike is only because the tyres are having a defect. They gave me the number of the tyre engineer([protected]. I kept on calling the engineer but to my misfortune he was always travelling and we could not meet for a week. In the end i got the tyres replaced from outside.

    Now, the bike was still instable and the pain in the left hand story did not stop. I took the bike to EKAM AUTOS IN PANCHKULA and they admitted that there is some issue in the front of the bike. I then wrote a letter to your company stating my problem. I did receive a call from an engineer in Delhi and some people in chandigarh and was finally told to give the bike to CMPL for repair. I went there and the service engineer Rohit Aggarwal checked the bike and said that there is no issue and the bike is perfectly fine. I was so disgusted with his reply that I literally wanted to take the bike and go back home and write the incidence to a local news paper but rohit told me to collect the bike in the evening. They softened the rear shockers and gave the bike back to me. There was no difference in the running of the bike. Same instability, pain in the hand, bike's face dropping on one side. I then came to know that ROHIT ([protected]) and AREA MANAGER Mr. Bhatia ([protected]) are going to do nothing about this issue. They are just trying to passify me and finish this complain.

    The CMPL people asked me to write on a paper that the bike is fine now and then only can i take the bike. I thought that it might be the regular procedure so I followed it and the very next day I took the bike to EKAM auto in panchkula. The EKAM people said that they will change the front of the bike and the problem might get away. I was not at all ready for the repairs but as the problem was not shedding away I agreed so that I can at least ride my new bike at ease.

    TO MY AND AGENCY PEOPLE'S SHOCK, when the bike's front was opened for changing the t and the shocker rods the bike was found to be pre-opened. The support under the front mud guard known as the chimta was missing. It clearly states that the bike was opened and while fitting back the parts the mechanic forgot to put the chimta in place again.

    Your company authorities, rohit and Mr. Bhatia are not listening to the issue at all. I will go to the court, to the news paper authorities and to everyone possible to get justice in this regards. I have spent good 60000 bucks for my convenience and not for harassment. Please LISTEN TO MY COMPLAIN AND CHANGE MY BIKE. I HAVE TOLD YOUR COMPANY MY PROBLEM IN THE INITIAL WEEK OF PURCHASE, MANY TIMES ON THE EMAIL AND NOW LAST TIME i HAVE TOLD YOU THE STORY ONCE AGAIN. i REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY TAKE THIS CASE SERIOUSLY and ask your dealers not to touch the bike until sold. i need immediate justice in this regards. I will not drive a repaired bike.

    I am very disappointed at the quality of service given to me. Your service engineer Mr. Rohit Aggarwal and are manager Mr. Bhatia is not able to resolve my problem.

    It has also been proven that the bike which has been sold to me was opened before being sold. The service people of TVS at panchkula have themselves checked that the front portion of the bike was opened.

    Is this the kind of crookedness being carried out at the TVS showrooms???? The chandigarh showroom owner has got this bike opened and parts replaced before it was sold to me.

    I had a problem in the bike handling since day 1. I reported the problem to the showroom people in the initial days of purchase but nothing happened. They kept on saying that the problem was in tyres and not in the bike. I got the tyres replaced from outside and the problem still persists. Now, the panchkula service center of TVS opened up the front of the bike and replaced the T and the shocker rods. Still the problem is there. Why should I drive a repaired bike when I had reported the problem in the first 15 days. How the hell a showroom owner has the guts to get the brand new bike's parts replaced. This is the final letter which I am writing to the company. In case you do not give an ear to my problem, I will go to the consumer court

    I will make sure that each and every news paper in chandigarh knows what happens in the showrooms at TVS outlets. I have been harassed many times now. 6 holidays from my office. Leaving important work, and what i get is only assurance.

I took it to the dealer (CMPL in chandigarh)and he told me that the tyre needs to be replaced and i should speak to the tyre engineer.     my tvs apache 160 RTR, in their problem is piston, vehchle dhuan de raha hai. my complain no. is 125(reference no.)complain date is 17/7/2008. i bought tvs apache 160 RTR tvs showroom in dak banglow, patna, bihar.you change my piston.
    I have been trying to contact the TVS main Office but there is no information available regarding this. I am a VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER of TVS.
    I have purchased the RTR 160 Yellow Apache, double disk from A. K. Automobiles, Kirtinagar Shahadra, Delhi on 20th September 2009 and still have not received my RC till date. I have contacted them every week since the purchase of my bike for the RC and the number as well. I received the number in 25 days!! Due to which the bike was parked at my house for over 2 weeks!!
    As far as the RC is concerned as I mentioned above I have been calling every week and the personel there tell me to come to their office either a saturday or a sunday of that week and when I go there they tell me that I will have to wait for another week, so I have been going to their office every week since the purchase of the bike.
    I purchased the bike from TVS due to their image but now will suggest against using the services of TVS as they are tardy, time consuming, irresponsible and bothersome.
    I have one problem. My bike (TVS Apache RTR 160) gets started with any keys you want. I was afraid when i first noticed it. Now im really scared because my bike is not secured. I tried to start the bike with a key of Bike named "Global 125cc" and it worked, then i tried with another key that was of a locker and it too worked. Anyone can start my bike with any keys and take anywhere. Im afraid that my bike gets stolen. Now Im looking for a new set of keylock if i can replace it. I dont know the fixed price and the sellers have different rates of that lock. Some says more and some says even more. There is no fixed rate in here. So i want to know the actual pice of the keylock. How much does it cost? Will there be any problem if I changed it? Please reply me.

      I had purchased tvs teenz electric battery moped from east efrica motors Baroda .my no is GJ6 CN 5128.
      this vehical has main problem of charger brake down and the connection point melt frecuently.this is main headak. aftre the one year and three month battery loosing its ampear and it become risky to go in the nearer areas due to weak battery it hsah 20 A. battery .costing of the battery is 5000.00 dealer say Lakulish motors. no other option with the coustomers.
      I would like to ask this treenz control circuit support the 24A or 33A battery which use in YO bick.which givesvery good perfomance. if the circuit support i would like to fit 33A battery. pl give complet electrical detail of the vehical so that i can do some thing new in it.

      i purchase tvs teenz electric scooty in july 2008 from raviraj automobile BHARUCH. at the time of purchase sales representive said that battery life is two years or 15000 kilometer.my scooty is running 7000 km.main problem is scooty run only 5 km and battery discharge.service centre tell to me to change battery.i want to exchange my electric scooty with other petrol scooty so pl gide me.

        THEY SAY IT IS NO TENSION BIKE ON ROAD AND TRAFFIC BUT IT IS TENSION EVERYWHERE ELSE.

        they keep on saying the parts has been ordered and the parts will be coming soon in the work station at Mumbai.

        i don"t understand one thing that it is a Rs 100 part accelerator cable which was damaged they don't have in spare . then why you make them your dealer.

        why the company make such product in which they can't supply normal basic parts also.
        if there would be any machine problem i think i have to wait for a 2 months or more...

        People please don't buy bike of these company. NO PARTS IN SERVICE STATION AND COMPANY.
        I also have the same experience I bought a Tvs jus print KP 3150 which is not working after three months. Posted complaint after several attempts and they told your complaint no. is LO 1109 and told they will replace it with a new one but weeks paased nothing happened my work is getting terrible effected

        i will never recommend TVS printers again, their service is hopeless

          I have puchased TVS apache RTR 180 just a month back from Tanya Motors. At the time of purchasing there was a yellow spot at the front tier matgard of my bike. & the dealer Mr. Sharma (Tanya Motors) given me in writing that he will change it when the part is available. But today when i went to him to change the part he said that he will not change.
          So Please take a serious action against the dealer.

          dear sir
          i wish to bring to your kind notice that tvs dealer in karaikudi and their behaviour is worst. tvs company should rethink on appointing such dealers and it is loss for the company. i booked sooty pep plus and they promised they will supply within 15 days even after 100percent payment but he gave me some other color after three months of continous shouting. i will never forget this in my life. a dealer who has money and many business shoul be avoided by giving dealership. give dealership to a young graduate and help him in growth? whether tvs authorities will look into my suggestions.

          from rastogi motors haldaur distt-bijnor u.p . My bike engine is in gauranty of two years.
          But my service period (19100km to 21600km) but my engine seal due to the lack of mobile oil on
          20800km due to mistake of dealer Mr rastogi the dealer rastogi said what can i do.
          So please take a serious action against the dealer.

          Petrol Leaking

          From 2 days on wards i observed in my TVS jupiter bike has petrol is leaking when i start engine. Once i stopped the engine the petrol leaking was stopped.
          I enquire the repait person near my home, he said Float pin problem. Can you please provide me the solution to solve this issue.

            This is reference to services provided by the company ADITI TVS in sector 10 noida. the services provided by the company is patehetic. i gave my bike for servicing on nov 15th, it was my 9th service, what the company did was replaced my original working part that is right hand ignition switch to the older non working one. i got my bike checked before submitting it to get serviced and then also they gave me a call at evening that my bike's righ hand ignition switch is not working, which was working properly in the morning before giving my bike for servicing.
            i complaint this to the owner mr arvind as well but he instead started blaming on me and not his mechanics. the manner he spoke was really arrogant and disgustful. I would request everyone not to give bike for servicing to ADITI TVS. the services are really bad and this is turn makes the product of TVS company have a bad name in the public.
            At last i bought it from CASTROL Bike Zone and got it fitted.
            it is not the first time it happened, every time i gave my bike for servicing something or the other part which was working properly earlier got damaged and replaced.
            The owner Mr. Arvind is also not cooperative and instead says that we don't issue any guarantee certicate that the part which was working before servicing will remain the same till it gets serviced.
            Pathetic and very pathetic service is provided by the comapny, instead you can do the servicing of the bike yourself rather than getting it done by the ADITI TVS.
            This company will make the product of TVS company have a bad image in the public

              This is to bring to your notice how lethargic your attitude has turned out to be . I am not sure how far this complaint would be taken seriously , however I need to express my anguish .I had given my Apache Bike for Service on 28 Nov 2009 and they gave the Bike on 1 Dec 2009 . They gave it back informing that the Battery needs to be changed and they don’t have the Stock .I need to tell you that the Service was absolutely Sloppy and they Charge Rs 300 . I am willing to pay not an issue however there should be service and the Foremost everyone should be customer centric .
              I had a New battery fixed from outside and the person told that Battery is not charging since a Gadget which charges the Battery while the Bike is running is conked out and this can be done only at the Service Center and which is only 15 min job. Hence I took the bike to your Goodwill Automotive and the arrogant attitude shown by the staff was alarming . They don’t care for the Customers . On top of it they asked the Leave the bike for 1 day . Why should I ? When they have already taken 3 days and this being a 15 min job . Not only me there were 2 other Customers of yours Yelling on Top of their Voice when I went in to take delivery of my vehicle . All your Customers are taken for a ride by this careless and lethargic behaviour . No one is looking at Goodwill Motors, we all are looking at TVS as a Brand and going and ultimately it is TVS Brand which gets Bad name for itself .
              For a Paid Service they take 3 Days and Free Service they give it on the Same Day ? Why is this Discrimination . Arent we giving our Hard earned Money . Ideally speaking it should be the reverse , Paid Service should be given on the same day and Free Service should be taking 3 Days.

                my bike viberates above speed of 50km per hr. i have been complaining it to tvs speed hazratganj since 2nd service as it is an authorised tvs service centre but no actions have been taken until yet. this niglectance of these agencies may lead to change in brand prefrence of your customers, so its my humble request to you to kindly look towards my problem.
                You are absolutely right friend. The TVS apache RTR HAS SOME manufacturing defect. The handles of the bike are not placed in the right angle of comfortability.

                I think the issue your bike has is that either the chassis of the bike is not straight or the front is a damage in transit case.

                TVS is the worst experinece of my life too, , , , ,
                I want justice from TVS myself. I have written many complaints but of no use. This time I have tried to get to the consumer court. I had purchased bike on 10 nov 09 and since 17th nov 09 i am lodging in complaints.

                  Dear Sir,
                  I bought a TVS Apche RTR 160 FI in February 2009. The rear disc of the bike is wearied out again. This the fourth time it is happening. the disc has been replaced already 3 times. The disc is still in the warranty period. When i asked the service center people they have been keep on replying badly and the service center name is Ajay Motors, Mysore Road, Bangalore. I expect it to be replaced within a week. otherwise i would need to move to consumer court. I want a immediate reply to this mail.

                  I am also facing the same issue with TVS RTR 180 rear disc brake. The entire brake (shoe n plate) need to be replaced. But i am not getting the spare parts from last 2 months. I searched all the dealers in Kolkata. Surya TVS Shah TVS. I purchased the bike in Aug 09 and the problem started in July 10. I believe the part was in warranty that time. But i didnt get the part then and now today the bike is more than 1 year old. I dont know whether they are going the charge me or not. I also recieved very bad behaviors from Shah TVS which was not expected. I expect them to replace the brake free of cost ASAP

                  i brought apache rtr160fi on 09/2009 .
                  services are done regularly. at 16000kms problem occur in engine .the problem with engine bearings.two bearings are lost . and i pay RS.800 for two bearings and i totally paid for that problem occur in engine RS.1600.

                    while giving service my apache bike in good self starting condition but while taking delivery after service it was found faulty i asked the dealer regarding this but i recived a very irresponsipile answer from the dealer and deliverd the same faulty condition

                    here after i cannot get justice from the dealer so i request you kindly replace my self stater and satisfy your customer who loves the bike

                    TVs apache motorcycle — delaying to give claim

                    last month 10th april i meet an accident in jandiala taran-taran road, i repaired my m.cycle(pb08-az-4309) from taran taran sant tmotors, and i give the 1200 rs to survevor for my insurance claim of motor cycle after the all processor i take my motor cycle to home and whenever i call the Rajiv Babbar(the oriental insurance survevor) about my file status, he always told me an excuse, what is this, he didn`t tell me anything clearly, give me suggestion i go to counsumer court or meet the head of department
                    after purchasing "TVS APACHE FI" i am facing so many problems, but the authorised workshop named "TVS-SHAH' at kolkata not taking any response as per my problems.

                    1.front disc break is not working
                    2.rear disc break is not working
                    3.sometimes ignition is switched off on running period.

                    at the time of first servicing i talked about these problems to the above mentioned workshop but they said there is no problem with your bike, they commited that they will change the break's disc system during warranty period, but till now i did not get any response from any person from the workshop.

                    i am requesting you to take necessary action as per my say.

                    Sub: Self motor Condmned by the dealer-Reg.

                    I am glad to say that I have purchased a TVS APACHE RTR160 (vehicle No: TN 45 AL 0812) one year before from M/S Shri Raj Agencies, Trichy.We are also doing the period servicing from the above company.

                    Recently I gave my above motor cycle for checkuping and servicing on 20/11/2009 to the above dealer.While giving the vehicle the self motor was in good condition and there was no starting trouble.While seeing the jobcard also we found that there was no complaint about the self motor also.Wile taking the delivery from the dealer only we found that the self motor is not working.They did not inform it even.After saying this complaint they need two days time to attend.We went to the dealer after two days, but the dealer is saying that the self motor become condemned and they are not responsible.They are not hearing our words.

                    It is a shame to say that while giving the motor cycle for servicing the self motor was ok and there was no starting trouble but while taking the delivery the self motor become condemned.We are also likely to say that there are lot of complaints from the customers about this dealer like this.

                    So I hereby request you to look in to this matter and help us in this matter.

                      From the last one year, i m having a lot of problems with its engine, as it never starts sometimes & sometimes its engine stops when we are on the drive. I have visited a lot of workshops for the same problem but none of them give me the exact solution with this problem. I also visited Delhi TVS workshops but there also, i m not able to find even a single engineer from the TVS who can fix this problem completely. Some says its STARTING COILS are out of order, some says that its CLUTCH PLATE is out of order, some says the problem is with the PISTON. Noone guides me correctly.



                      Even i also mailed to TVS 5 times for the same problem but they even not respond me for my mails. I m happy with my bike & TVS quality but from the last one year, i have suffered a lot.



                      I request to the concerned authorities to take the corrective steps against my problem & fix it as soon as possible.

                        tvs rtr160 — bad service and engine complaint

                        hai i am dixon i bought a rtr160 from cochin motors edapilly. from starting onwards engine provide lots of sound . i inform that to the show room officials but they trying to aviod me. and my rtr have vibration too . when i put my vechile to 2 nd service they did nothing to my vechile . they just washed and give it to me. after that my vechile had lot of trouble and did not work self start. it has gear problems too. my vechile was turn off in many times. it has lot of engine problems. the company trying cheat me. they give me a poor byke.i gave 65000 rs for that. what can i do . will u please give any guide line

                          I have purchsed TVS apache RTR 160 in Aug 2008.
                          Since 6 month, I am facing one problem that speedometer not working properly. It indicates speed sometime for fraction of second.
                          I went to TVS service center, they told that we have to change whole kit of speedometer & price is Rs.2400. There is no serviciability of speedometer.
                          How is it possible?

                            i paurchased apache 150 ,in the bike engine head oil leak found in the second service,the company repaired at their own cost but it is a regular complaint of all the model bikes when i enquired many apache oweners.and also the bike gear shiftting from 1 to 2nd on traffics it is also very difficult .so buying an appache think about these problems.

                            yeah agree, it looks like head oil leakage is a common problem of Apache RTR. Even I suggest buyers to think twice before buying it.

                            If common problem is related to engine then in my opinion it doesn't qualify as a Racing Bike. I don't know who rates all these bikes...

                            I recommend not to buy TVS APACHE RTR...
                            Ya, i agree too... i hv same problem ... not solved by kataria ... pl do not purchase apache ... and also suggested that pl do not purchase any bike/cars from kataria ... service is too bad ...

After 2 years of purchase, its black coating of silencer has removed. I think life of this coating is more than 4 or 5 years but your quality is not good with comparision of other motorcycle makers.                                 My Bike Has Became a Crap just in a year, the engine of my bike vibrates drastically and got heated just after a run of about 10 kms, Problem in gear shifting, headlight is headed towards sky rather than road, there is no wheel balance, horn does not work properly, digitalmeter stoped working. When I bought my bike, just after a day self start of its stoped working, i took my bike to the service center thrice to resolve the same problem, every time i went for the servicing in service center they people added some more problem to my bike. then after some time my bike get sparked under the seat, they did not corrected it insted they have done something else to my bike due to which, something inside the engine got burnt. At last i refused to have services o[censored]r recognised service center, i have not even completed my free services. And this is not only a story of mine, this is a common story to those who ever comes to MAYAPURI service center to get their bike serviced. And i always suggests people not buy a TVS bike...

                                  I bought TVS Teenz Electric on 2nd July 2008. Since from the very begininig here was charging problem. The vehicle never completed 30 kms in one charging. The position was pointed out at the time of service but your Chandigarh unit i.e CMPL Automobiles Private Ltd. / Ekam Auto
                                  Pvt. Ltd. Panchkula put off the issue on one pretext or the other. When it was repeatidly complained they replaced the charger but actually it was not replaced or some defective peice which only worked for a month. By the time warranty period of one year was over.Since the defect of charging the vehicle is con.tinuing from the date of delivery, the problem is deemed to be covered within the warranty period. The company is therefore liable to replace the charger at the earliest.

                                  I have purchased a TVS teenz - electric exactly one year back i.e.on[protected]. At the beginning the vehicle a mileage of 45-50 km per full charge. Now a days it is giving only a mileasge of 25-30 KMs per full charge. I have contacted your Warangal show-room. But, they were not able to say exactly what is the problem. Hence, I request you to kindly inform me the exact problem and the remidies to overcome the problem. Further, my 2 other friends have purchased the same vehicle before me.                                       Hi i have purchased my RTR 160 on August 2008 In between i have to replaced my chain set 2 times & there is always problem in pick up after or before each free or paid service.Their is big problem of chain & maintenance in bike it is not upto satisfaction & i fill i have been cheated. U & ur technical team should work out problem of chain & provide cover over it or make some arrangement or fluid by which the chain cannot be dust & become loose.There is a chance of getting hurt on drive. As usually their is a problem in speedometer the side single indicator & neutral indicator r always on.I am not satisfied with ur team & service station in whole surat district. All the other service station tries to cheated person as their free service has expired.So please do need full
                                      Hi, , , , , the problem is true...we to are facing the chain and servicing problem. No proper service and no proper answers to our queris...for changing chain TVS says due to KMS that means the racing car should be drived less and by not using apache we should go by walking. this is the soln.
                                      if there is chain problem it should be solved not by changing it because cycle chain too dont get problem in a year...other vehicles are long lasting for 10 yrs. Its not because use of vehicle its due to not paying attention to the quality it should need a production soln it should be closed or while servicing proper maintenance.

                                      I bought TVS wego 1.5 months before and in short period of time the Fuse wire burnt and fire was sparked near silencer.

                                      This is very bad and can't tolerate this type of problems.

Ramu from trichy.This January 19th 2009, I had bought my "TVS APACHE FI 160" Bike from Sri Raj Agency, Karur Byepass road, Annamalai Nagar, Trichy-12. After 6th month, i have changed my rear Disk Brake, But Now (October 1st 2009) i had a similar problem, i am unsatisfied with the product, the service and warranty problem. Within one year, whether i need to change the disk twice is a necessary one? I need a satisfactory reply! I request you to take immediate action for this step. I have a hope that TVS will take necessary actions?

                                        Hi Guys,

                                        You absolutely right on everything about Apache. I love this bike's performance & everything about it but I cannot deny the service is poor & replaced spare parts are worst. Everytime my bike is giving some or other problem. I got my meter, fuel gauge & ECU sensor unit (Fi - Version), silenser, front liners twice in 11 months & what now. I am sick & tired. TVS is giving very bad quality parts to us & service centers fellow are my my my...they feel that they are god, even god some day might agree that he/she may be wrong but TVS people won't ever. Now I am getting problem of poor front braking as usual they telling to change liners...huh!! My rear disc brakes are gone, I have to get a new one. My front jumpers dont work that affective & of course vibrates like hell like every Its not even 1 year since I purchased this idoitic beast...Apache. I am sick & tired my friend & I don't want any help from them through this. I just want my fellow Indians to know the things which I went through. So pls don't put ur hard earned money on this bike. Its worst although performance wise none can match this bike. But this bike only gives problems...so guys don't go for this bike, it will make your head turn...its upto u to 'BELIEVE ME OR NOT'.

                                        Hi all, I am also one of the owner of this pathetic TVS products. I bought the 1st TVS 150 on the 28 Jun 2006. It was going smooth for 2 yrs, but after that it gives me alot of troubles. Ever since I had to replace the magnetic coil every year. The new parts will last only for 12 months & that too was done at an authorised TVS servicing center at Wanourie(SAMARTHA TVS). Also the performance is way below Bajaj Pulsar 150, it does not have a good pick up & there is no comfort in riding it.Their spare parts are also very expensive compare to bajaj pulsar. They priced their Bikes as if it is a branded one like Honda. So, who ever have any plans to buy a TVS product, please opt for another brand, you will not regret on it, cos we had already owned a TVS product & it is very expensive in maintaining their bike. Every year I had been spending at least Rs 6000 on it for maintenance & changing parts. The worst thing is their spare parts are not easily available in market. Bajaj Bikes are a much better & efficient Bike than their so call APACHE. APACHE SUCKS UR BLOOD & UR WALLET... TVS are u listening ? I guess you really need to pull up your socks now if you still want to stay in the market or else you will end up like LML Vespa, remember?
