    Dear Sir,

    I had purchased new TVS Jupiter Scooter on dt. 15.10.2017 from Sai Auto TVS, Bariatu Road, Ranchi.

    The scooter was fitted with TVS Conta 550 90/90-12 54J.

    During last one week, I was observing that Air Pressure gets lower within 1-2 days. Now while checking the Tyre minutely, it is found that Tyre has produced small bubbles on the outer surface of the Tyre. As I found that TVS Tyres are with 5 Year Warranty, please arrange for the Replacement of the Tyre. As I am using the Scooter very controlled and I always drive the scooter under 50 Kmph only.

      Hi,

      I bought new activa 5g on Sep-2018. When checked the tyre, it has cracks. It just completed 10000 kms. Seems to be manufacturing defect. I never expected this faulty product.

          I have purchase tyre in 2020 now last two month almost punchers 4 -5 times, puncher service man saying the tyre is loosing from grips then i went to distributer he is saying i[censored] want to replace the tyre u have to paid 1000 more as its use 1 year. is this is true? pls provide me warranty details.thanks

                I have purchased Tvs Pache Rtr 160 4v FI bs4 varient on 27th September 2019. I have rode it for about 7800kms till now. As I can see some major cracks on the front wheel. I have shown the same in the showroom I purchased the bike and they asked me to raise a complaint on TVS tyres website. So I am writing this to you. Kindly look I to the issue and replace my Tyre.

                  I have purchased my Tvs Apache Rtr 160 Fi bs4 bike on 27th September 2019. I have rode my bike for 7800 kms till now. I can able to find cracks o the front wheel near the rims. As the Tyre is having an Warrenty of 5 years I have raised the issue after getting the suggestion from RAMKAY TVS, Adayar, Chennai. Kindly look in to the issue and replace my Tyre.

                              I have purchased honda activa in 2017. Which has lasted only 15000 kilometers. But so soon, Scooty's front wheel and rear wheel have cracked. And the trade has broken in the rear wheel. The quality of TVs tyre is so poor. These tires can explode at any time and there is a great risk of accidents. Please take som important action...

                                Hi I have a 2019 march apache rtr200 ABS bike and it came with remora tyres on front and back. The Odometer reading is very less like 3900km approx. but i see that front tyres have small cracks all over the sides. Back tyres looks good. Both front and back have almost full treads. What should I do ? I guess I have warranty for the tyres ? How should I proceed ?
