        While i was on the way the rear tyre of my scooter swollen like a football & restrict the movement. At last that was replaced by a new one for my day to day usage.
        The scooter was purchased in the name of my son on dt.01.03.2019.
        Please help me in this regard.

        After filling the complaint before the forum, they had phoned me & called to their depot at I/ Estate, Jagatpur. Reached there with the defective tyre. They evaluate the tyre & charged Rs.215/- towards depreciation & given me a new one. Mr. Deepak Banerjee, phone no.7397753858 phoned me, he perhaps the incharge of the depot. He called me on 19/06/2020 & again a reminder call on 22/06/2020 & I replaced the tyre on 24/06/2020. Thanking you. With regards, remain.

          I have received the approval letter of my bike tyre replacement from the showroom, but local tvs tyres showroom is denying to replace the tyre and saying they will not take the warranty cases till 15/20 this month. I am having trouble everyday in running the damaged tyre. Please help.

              Hi Team,

              This email is regarding the warranty issue for (3.00-18 TVS Jumbo (TT) SET).

              I bought this tyre on (28 April 2017 6:31 PM) from "SANGAM AGENCIES" Sangam corner, 47, Saravana theatre road pirivu, Gobichettipalayam, Erode (Dt) - 638452.

              I'm Safiullah M. I'm from gobichettipalayam. I bought this rear tyre for ( TVS Star City Bike). Im working in Bangalore and I was hardly using this bike when I come to gobi ( monthly once ). From beginning I was facing this Wobbling issue but I thought it was happening becoz of the bike. Due to this lockdown I moved to gobi. I gave my bike to service center and I got to know that "Wobbling" is not because of the bike it is because of the TVS tyre. I took the tyre & receipt and went to "SANGAM AGENCIES" to ask about the warranty. They denied to claim the warranty stating 3 reasons 1. TVS New tyre point is 10 but your tyre point is 4, So the warranty won't be claimed. But as per the TVS warranty procedure we can claim till rim.
              2. Warranty period is over, for TVS tyres warranty period is 3 years - In case if it is only for 3 years. I bought tyre on 28 April 2017 and warranty period ends on 28 April 2020 but because of the Covid19 lockdown the shop remain closed so I was not able to claim the warranty before the warranty period.
              3. Wobbing wont be considered as Manufacturing defect and TVS tyres won't consider Wobbing issue for warranty.After this I ask them to claim warranty but they ask me to speak to another person who claimed himself as ( Saravana Kumar - Sales, Teritory Manager for TVS Tyres, Erode District. His phone number : [protected])Saravana Kumar told it's waste of your time and my time TVS Tyre won't claim this for warranty. I asked him to provide me the written statement that TVS tyre company won't accept this for warranty. He told that he will check with service team and get back tomorrow morning.

              Meanwhile I want to get in touch with TVS tyre customer care team to demand a explanation and warranty norms.

                A new two wheeler Apache 180 CC purchased from a dealer in Madurai during May 2017 having rear wheel tyre size 110/80-17 M/c 57P Tubeless tyre got air bubbled. The vehicle was used only around 13000 kms. by single and soft handled. The tyre got air bubbled and it has more than 50% buttons. The tyre registered design number ATT 455R 244364 7 and E4 75R-0006885 and[protected] TVS Tyres REMORA. For which photographs have been attached for the view from inner and outer. This incident happened just two days back. So, we request you to refund or return the new product.                       I purchased ntorq in solar tvs on 15th oct 2019. During 4th service i found a crack in rear tyre and i reported same to service manager. He replied it is stone damage to tyre or could be cut due to some metal object.

                      Since i had to no clue how it happened i accepted and moved further. Vehicle was done near 10000 kms.

                      Later during 13000kms i found those cuts developed in all the groves of rear tyre. When asked during service they replied this is because i drove with less air. This i did not agree because every time i fill fuel i check the air pressure. I fought with them and later they assured this will create any further damage or air leak.

                      It was 17000 kms when i noticed that cuts got severe with both front and rear and air started leaking very slowly... When contacted showroom saying that this quality issue of tyre because cuts are developed in every groove of tyre which clearly indicates that it is poor built quality. They say vehicle is out ot warranty. I had fought with them finally they say contact tvs. Now i have to replace both the tyres as it not safe to drive anymore

                        I have a complaint for tvs tyre and delar...in my back side tyre there was air problem and tyre shape change which i attached with bill and warranty card... I also went dealer shop... First they reject then i explain details after he say i pay 800 rs extra for new tyre.. Tyre situation is good and only 1.5 year old... So its make a bad image of tvs tyre and customer buy tyre by company logo... So pls solve the problem and inform to delaer how to talk with customer and how to run shop of other company's tyre. Call me asps...

                          I am a regular customer of tvs tyre... But that time there was a problem in tyre like air problem and vehicle's behind tyre shape was change so i attached tyre images and bill with warranty card.. Company give a life time warranty and its make bad image of company i want quick solution and revert asps... I also try to contact shopper but they not received... Tyre old 1.5 year only...

                                15 days back I have raised a complaint regarding cuts in my TVS tyres, It was having 13 cuts. Still, the issue is not resolved, TVS salesperson told me to visit the local dealer in Pimpri area & he told me company (TVS) has a policy that if a tyre has less than 4 cuts then only they will replace else nothing. I have informed the TVS salesperson about that, he told me that engineer will come & will look into it, more than 10 days have gone but I have not received any call on it. If TVS cant replace my scooter tyre then pay me the money that I have put in making the puncture for those 13 cuts. For every cut, I have paid 100 rupees. It's very annoying.

                                  I have bought my bike on 20th january, 2020 from sai baba sales, pune, hinjewadi. Right from the second week onwards i am facing issues like the pressure in front tyre goes from 30 to 0 in just one night.

                                  Tried reaching out to the tyre shop that tvs company has given jurisdiction but got very unfair and unprofessional response.

                                  Worst service and response from the company.

                                  Need tvs tyres to replace my tyre, if this is the issue i will face just within one month of purchase of bike and within 500km

                                    Tvs ntorq scooter i bought 6 months before and it ran around 10 k kilometere and my tyre got bubble and swollen due to which bike cant run and got fall down. I asked service center they said it will get replaced in warrenty but they are unable to provide the proper address for center bcoz they dint have address and they are saying battery and tyre issue we hv different center but they dont have address for the same.. I dnt understand what kind of service it is.. Plz help me with this

                                      I had given my rtr 160 for servicing at arunagiri tvs hbr layout bangalore.. I had mentioned to the service advisor vinraj [protected] that i had replaced my chain sprocket newly just a week ago..
                                      Just because i told him that he has asked his service boys to take that and replace it with some other worne out chain..
                                      Now my bike sounds like a tractor it's so noisy...
                                      I know how it sounded before a week and after i took my bike delivery from you guys so please dont tell me that chain noise is common in rtr series...

                                      The other theft they did was on the t stemp and bend removal. I had a minor accident and my handle had some issues so i asked him what needs to be done.. Again vinraj.. He said we have to remove the bend and weld it and then change the t stemp he has billed me exactly for the t stemp change and 2000rs separately for the bend removal and service charge for that..

                                      But the end result is nothing my handle still looks not aligned and the front doom of head light still touches the body faring on the left side when i turn the handle to left... So literally they have done nothing to remove the bend.. They have replaced my t stemp with some other old stolen from other bike t stemp and billed me for that..

                                      Thirdly i am sure that they have done something with my bike engine that it has reduced the power and literally no pickup at all as compared to my bike before giving to them for servicing.. I have been driving on the same route to my office for the past 7 years and i have driven with my colleague i know how was the bikes pickup and power before and after the servicing i dont know what the hell they did with my bike but they have made it like a 80 cc bike which is my 160cc rtr...

                                      I also observed that almost all the people who had come there for their bike servicing had mentioned this in common that after 1st or 2nd or 3rd service their bike pickup and power is reduced my question here is if you dont have the skilled labor with you then why do you take bikes for servicing and why do you call yourself a authorized service center..

                                      We common people do not trust the local garages and want some kind of assurance for the repair of our bikes that's why we come to authorized service centers but if you people are so very cheap and stealing money and spare parts from us then i local garage people are much more better than you guys..

                                      Tvs is such a good reputed company and because of you arunagiri tvs, you are spoiling their name... You should be ashamed of yourself to employee such people like vinraj and the unskilled labour to work on the bikes and steal money from us... Instead you can literally beg to the customers saying you have no money to feed your children and we customers will give you money... Dont cheat in the name of authorized service centers..

                                      Finally i had given my bike for servicing and the advisor said it would take 4to5 days.. I agreed because of the crowded situation.. Then when i called up vinraj after 3 days he said the parts have not come and they have not touched my bike till now... Then the 4th day morning vinraj himself called me and said that one part is taking time to deliver i asked him what part was it he said it was some plastics engine guard.. I said it's ok assemble the other parts and give me my bike the same day evening he said my bike was ready.. How can this happen when he estimated 4 days to repair my bike how did he complete that in just one day... So it meant that he had stored my vehicle there for their boys to steal all the parts and replace them with old worn out parts and then when i called he gave my bike..

                                      You cheaters and thieves must be sued and given proper punishment otherwise you will continue to do the same to everyone...

                                      I want tvs to take action on this and if possible look at the cctv footage for the 3 days my bike stayed there simply.. What did these unskilled labour do on my bike and whom should we blame for the pathetic condition of my bike now..

                                        I bought a activa in (2018) and its runs less than 14000 kms and the tvs tyres got bubbles and swell. Please do some needful help. My activa complete 2 year and 3 year is running now. So my contact no is [protected]
                                        So can you please exchange my tyre as soon as possible because tyre has 5 year warranty and it get swell in less tha 5 year so dear sir please take serious action on this.
