I bought a alpha scooter in (2018) and its runs only9456kms which the tvs tyres are fittied and rear tyre having issue of bobbles and cut and the authorise dealer change it @ charge of 950. Please do some needfull becouse the vehicle only 1.5year old.
And i know why it is not cover in warranty.

I'm perched the my Honda activa 5g in March 2009. And my vechile run was about 8500 km and right now the back tyre has bubble issue let me know if is in the warranty or not or I can change it

    The rear tyre of my tvs jupiter vehicle has got a bubble. I bought the vehicle 1yr back & ~9000 kms are done. When inquired in tvs showroom they said they provide warranty upto 3000kms only. Don't know what kind of policy this is.
    According to tvs tyres policy the warranty is 3 years i think. Now please let me know where should i get my warranty claim then.

      Hello,

      I bought activa 5g from honda showroom at varthur around 9 months back.
      My activa tvs tyre began to bubble up and got puncture all of a sudden which is clearly a manufacturing defect. Now even the front tyre showing the same issues there is discomfort with the front tyre while driving. The vehicle has completed only 12k km this shows that the quality of tvs tyres seems to be very poor. As tvs is providing 5 year of warranty on tyres. When enquired at the showroom whr the vehicle was purchased they responded as they provide only 6 months warranty. Please contact me and arrange a replacement of the rear tyre and the front tyre as well if required. Because this kind of manufacturing defect in tyres are not acceptable from company like tvs.

        I bought new hf Deluxe in 15 January 2019. In October the tyre is worse. Side se fatt gya . I contact hero agency . They said that you may contact to tVS tyre company for change the tyre. New tire fatt gya .It is a manufacturer fault. I want to replace it.

        I purchased Activa 125 in Udaipur in the month of June2017. The tubeless tyres fitted in the vehicle are of TVS (Size - 90 x 100_10). The tyre is getting punctured again and again from a groove of the tyre design which is tearing apart again and again

          I bought the bike in may 2018 for my personal use and within 2000 km the the vehicle started woveling and so first complaint about the same with the service station and after number of attempts they suggested to get the tyres checked and so visited the officer and after the run he only advised to replace the back tyre and said the front one is ok. Now on visit the supplier found that the use of the tyre is less then 1% or 1mm though he charged me 10% and then replaced the tyre which is wrong as the tyre is used for less then 1 mm and within short period of time i complained. Secondly after the replace my vehicle is still not stable and still woveling so my issue remain as unsolved. Kindly suggest the proper way of inspection and inform me about the warranty policy of the tyre.

            I bought tvs jupiter zx in the year 2018. Within 6-8 months it got punctured 2-3 times. I got the puncture repaired but again and again the air came out from the same place. The mechanic told that the tyre had a big cut which is beyond repair. The tyre itself has to be replaced
            Kindly replace the tyre asap.

            I purchased this tyre from Amazon India on 3 Dec 2018 due to some reason I was not able to fit it on time on my Rtr 160 when it get installed after 3 Months it is giving issues of side wall leakage I make it checked several times but no solution till now 😔 very dissapointing for me . please help me if it get changed or repaired under warranty.

              I have purchased activa 125 on april 2019 from siliguri kaysons honda and today is 19th of october 2019.

              I had puncture once on rear tyre and after fixing it up my rear tyre unable to hold air.

              I was like running for air pressure check for every alternative day.

              Finally i made a time to check my tyre in details.

              I was shocked when i see bubbles coming out from middle of the tyre... There's nothing in there not even a single pinch of nails...

                It's been not more than 2yrs i have replaced my tvs tyre & suddenly from last 1 week i am fearing to ride my bike because it was shaking literally & when i took into the local mechanic shop they said that both the tyres were damaged ( internal cuts) & had to replace i was shocked to hear that because i cant expect the tyres to be damaged this was not acceptable please provide a solution for this

                  I purchased tvs sport bike in year 2018 in march and there is a problem with rear tyre due which it gets punctured several times resulting in changing of tube.
                  Rear tyre also contains a crack.
                  It seems there is a manufacturing defect in the rear tyre.

                  The rear tyre got atleast 5 times punctured creating a lot of problem for the rider.
                  It seems very unsafe for the rider as it gets punctured very oftenly.

                  Thus, we need that problem to be fixed.
                  It leads to a discomfort for the rider and pillion.

                  Kindly resolve the problem as early as possible.

                      My activa tvs tyre has big internal cut all of a sudden which is clearly a manufacturing defect.

                      Now i am feeling fear in riding my scooter with the bubbling tyre.

                      As tvs is providing 5 year of warranty on tyres. Please contact me asap and arrange a replacement.

                      Because this kind of manufacturing defect in tyres are not acceptable from company like tvs.

                          Dear Sir,
                          I purchased TVS Jupiter on Feb-16 it runs 21140km at present and maintain well. There is crash about 10" in rear tyre.
                          I rush to TVS dealer, the checked and issue letter to replace.
                          I reach to TVS tyre service center name Ishwarkrupa Auto (Nr Hatkeshwar bridge, Ahmedabad, GUJ). He said tyre warranty is over.
                          However on reviewing notification dated Feb-2018 from Head of Technician from TVS tyre refer that there is a life time warranty in two wheeler.
                          If authorised person check my tyre condition then he will realise that my complaint is worth.
                          Thus request you to consider this complaint and arrange to replace the tyre.

                            Hi, there are few deep cracks at both the sides of the rear tyre. Every week when i get the bike refueled i get the pressure checked every time.
                            The quality of tvs tyres seems to be very poor since i have been using the ceat tyre for my front wheel for last 11 years and had never faced such issue.
                            I request to please replace the tyre at the earliest.

                            I have bought TVs tyre l.k. automobiles from Bikaner Rajasthan for 10 months ago. But there is manufacturing defect in tyre. The dealer statement that currently purchase a new Tyre.
                            Later the amount will refund whenever the agent calculate the value of tyre.

                              Hello team,

                              I had purchased new yamaha fascino scooter on dt. 03/10/2018 from kavin motors yamaha showroom in dharapuram branch.

                              The scooter was fitted with tvs conta 625n 90/100-10 53j.

                              During last ten days, our customer observing that air pressure gets lower within 1-2 days. There was no puncture in the tyre. Now while checking the tyre minutely, it is found that tyre has produced bubbles on the outer surface as well as inside of the tyre. Please arrange for the replacement of the tyre.

                                    I have bought tyre of tvs company as i heard it is good but within 2 year it has damaged from side therefore my vehicle got puncher every time i'm not satisfied from quality of this.

                                    I think i tyre atleast should give service of 4 years, dont know will it resolve or not but i want to share my experience with tvs

                                    I purchased tvs jupiter 4 months back but tyres quality is really worst i would say, every after maintaining air in them proper usage every week if any second person sits on it the tyre will get puncture .
                                    This is happening continuosly from last one month.

                                    Hi,

                                    I think tvs company has to stop making of tyres for two wheeler, for my yamaha ray scooter tyre got puchered and post punchere its started linking from rim due to its poor quality, i that i have replaced with michellen tyre and its working fine.

                                      I have bought hero spl + i3s in aug 2018, and it ran only 6450 kms. Now it get 5-6 puncture automatically and two tube change so when i go to the service centre they told me that there is no warranty on tyre but when i bought it the dealer told me that there is warranty of 5 years. Now they are fooling me so i am thinking of going to consumer forum and file a case against them.

                                        My tyre is having pores unnecessarily and every week i need to fix the puncture. I have buy this tyre from tvs dealer surat before 1.5 years ago and now today my tyre was just puncture automatically i have contact dealer for this but he was saying that no i can't help in this, i really not getting understanding that what type of services you are giving. I have told him to check the thickness of this tyre and according to that take half money and give me new tyre but still he was not agree. Can you please help me regarding this still my 3 years warranty left and according to tvs they were giving 5 years warranty.

                                        I hope that tvs will help me.
