After this corona curfew i just started using this scooter and find the rear tyre air pressure low always. When went to puncture shop the mechanic found the tyre cracked asked me to replace the tyre. It ran only 10000 kms.

I bought a new Yamaha Pacino Scooter in June 2019 at the sambathraji Motors showroom in Kanchipuram. The vehicle was fitted with a TVS tire. When the vehicle was purchased they were assured that the tire would go from 15000 km to 20000 km. My vehicle is currently running up to 13837km. Currently the rear tire of the vehicle is fully bubbled and has gone to the extent of changing the tire so I request you to take appropriate action and help me replace the new tire.

It has completed only 5000 km till now

From 2, 3 days tyre pressure was getting less
So i went to refill it, that time i noticed about crack
Both tyres has so many cracks at side wall.
Regular service at tvs service showroom only.
Very disappointment with quality of tyre.

Activah 5g TVS Tyres — tyre bubble issue

The rear tyre of my Activah 5g tvs Tyres vehicle has got a bubble. I bought the vehicle 1yr back & 9000 kms are done. When inquired in Honda showroom they said they provide warranty upto 03.05.2019 to 03.05.2022 only. Don't know what kind of policy this is.When the tires were verified by the authorized dealer, they were taken by the company for the claim, then Mukesh Kumar with Maru and Other employees of Ganesh Honda also exploit the customer
According to tvs tyres policy the warranty is 3 years i think. Now please let me know where should i get my warranty claim then

Hi,

I have been facing issue with tvs tyres which i got stuck in my Honda Activa 125.
Both front and rear tyres sidewall has developed cracks and tyres started losing pressure over time which is really annoying.

The Vehicle is 2018 make and tyres barely ran for 4500 kms.

I need to know if there is some defect specific with my tyres or some inherent issues going on.

Tried contacting TVS at Toll free number and by email but no response. So posting it here in the anticipation for resolution.

Already complain to Mr. Dipjoty who is looking your market of Tripura 2 to 3 months before & also doing complain to him in every month. But not get any solution till date. More over we have got a bike from TVS EUROGRIP & Mr. Dipjoty told me that it will be deliver today. But due to non corporation of our distributor, I can't receive my bike today. They r doing totally non corporation with us. For your kind information, I have told Jamuna Motors today that I m going to stop business with them. Thanku.

This is a worst unexpected damage in my tvs tyre of my hero maestro edge which bought on 30 of jan 2019. My scooter has completed only 12000 KM and rear tyre has gone very bad shape now as there are bubbles appeared on the tyre causing abnormal shape of tyre. This is with reference to a worst unexpected damage in my tvs tyre of my hero maestro edge which bought in nov 2018. My scooter has completed only 8200 KM and rear tyre has gone very bad shape now as there are bubbles appeared on the tyre causing abnormal shape of tyre.
