Dear sir / madam,
I have purchased tvs jupiter 109cc in june 2018. Everything was good bubble suddenly today on 17 july 2019 (In 13th months since purchase or 14226 kms driven since then, i noticed there were multiple bubbles in my tvs tyre. I have to replace it with new one worth rs. 1400+100 labour charges. Request you to please look into the matter and either refund my amount or give me a new tyre.

Hi Team,

I bought a activa 5 g in july 2018, when i was travelling with my family suddenly i feel the bouncing feel . When i check near by puncher guy . He said tyre got bulged thats the reason its bouncing, might lead to burst out driving.

So request to provide an replacement imly .

Pm till now not come to power in my office, yesterday also eb officers saw my fault but all of these come to power but only my office only not come electricity in my office, please see that fault and issue on power immediately.

        I took honda activa in sept 2017 where in both the tyres are of tvs company (Tvs contra). Recently after 15, 000 kms my bike tyre pressure (Back wheel) was becoming less every 3 rd day whenever i used to fill tyre pressure.

        I contacted local activa dealer from whom i purchaed activa on 29th june and they informed me that they can replace tyre only if the kms are upto 10, 000.

        Request you to kindly advice if the tvs contra tyre is having lifetime warranty as other tyre companies are giving and also request you to compensate me for the same as i had to purchase new tyre from other tyre company.

          I have bought apache rtr 200 4v in 28/01/2019, and it ran only 4800kms. Now it get 2 puncture automatically so when i go to the service centre they told me that there is no warranty on tyre but when i bought it the dealer told me that there is warranty of 5 years. Now they are fooling me. As there is a warranty for bike and tyre i need tyre replacement as earliest as possible...

            I have bought apache rtr 160 in 2016, and it ran only 18000 kms. Now it get 4-5 puncture automatically so when i go to the service cwntre they told me that there is no warranty on tyre but when i bought it the dealer told me that there is warranty of 5 years. Now they are fooling me so i am thinking of going to consumer forum and file a case against them.

              I bought a radial 140/60 r17 tvs tyre dated 24/05/2019 for my fz v1, which has a manufacturing defect of irregular side surface and the same issue persist on the threaded surface (The area in contact with the road) is uneven which is prone to quicker wear of the tyre adversely causing accident. Give tvs tyre... Tvs tyre thickness is little low and strength also compare from ceat tyre... Im not telling that ceat is best and tvs is worse... Lastly my bike tyre was puncture only with 1 small line with no any metal...

                    I took a new byke shine sp shine on 04 april 2017 both front and rear tyre belongs to tvs. This is the 3rd year start and tyre is gonna pucture everytime and waste of money. I need it to replace with new tyre as the. I have asked to the showroom owner and he said to talk to tvs dealers for the same. Now tvs centre people also provide irrelevent solution and told us to purchase new one instead of replace. I am fed up with the product has been used in the byke and would like to raise an official complain against the tvs dealers for replacement of tyre

                        Recently i have bought new tvs apache 160 4v from shelar tvs, araneshwar branch pune and within 15 days i have found a cut in the rear tyre. Bike have not even completed 1 month. Totally disappointed with the tvs product (Tyre) quality. I preferred buying tvs as it is a indian brand and i expect same co operation from tvs.
                        As there is a warranty for bike and tyre i need tyre replacement as earliest as possible.

                            I purchase bike bajaj v15 on july 2018. Suddenly i saw a bumb in rear tyre. I do complain against this in service center but company provide me a letter and tell that go to that place and replace your tyre. He give me a number to contact that person who's process that all but today i call and tell him about our problem. So he said that you come and paid the charges and replace your tyre.

                            So one thing i dont understood. If my bike or tyre is in under warranty so why i paid the charges (Approx 1000+). Pls help me

                              I had purchased a tvs star city + bike on 3-aug-2017 from m/s shyam automobile barauli, gopalganj. It has run just 8000km and yesterday i realized that rear tyre has got bulge. Its giving a jump once the bulge comes in contact with the ground. I enquired the retailer. The retailer is not giving any clue about the resolution of the problem. I need replacement of tyre since it seems a manufacturing defect.

                                Hello sir,

                                I have fitted tvs dragon tubeless tyre (Rear) for my honda activa on 8th oct 2016. Its thread are still in good condition but it has cracks on side wall & these cracks get bigger day by day. I always maintain correct tyre pressure. As the tyre comes with "lifetime warranty". Then what should i do now?? Please help!!! Its dangerous to drive the scooter with such tyre. May it get explode!!

                                I received call from TVS customer support & they have forwarded my Complaint to Nashik Division. Then, their Nashik division executive called me & tell to visit the shop with Bill from where I have purchased the tyre. Then I visited tyre shop, shopkeeper inspect the tyre & talk with TVS care, Nashik division. And offer me 50% discount for new tyre to get replaced. Then, I have replaced a tyre. TVS Support is Good. Thank you!!

                                  I bought tvs jupiter classic november 2018.
                                  Showroom people saying there is no any warranty for tyre. I called bundle of time to customer care but resulting fail. After purchase bike i was facing engine heating issue, petrol neap is not proper. Now tyre is burst while running. Also after sale no any calls from showroom or company regarding feedback. I will tell to others for non-purchase of tvs vehicles.
                                  So, kindly help to replacement of tyre.

                                  Tvs company no trusted company because i am facing more issues about tvs jupiter.

But there is a big cut on manufacturing groove of my tyre of front wheel and the tyre had totally damaged. It is totally a manufacturing defect.                                       I have honda activa the rear original tyre was building cracks in design area, so getting puncture frequently, so replaced with new tyre on may 2017 and paid rs. 940 to d r tyre pune. I travel only 14 km daily. Now i have the same design block peeled problem for the replaced tyre, that peeled area is extra out no so bike wobbles while driving. Even showed to b u bhandari showrrom, they advised to replace tyre. My question is why we have to pay for replacing tyre when the warranty is 5 years. Then why the tyre dealers ask for charges. Who are fooling us for quality and warranty i want to know, till when i need to replace tyre every year, need your quick action.

                                        I am facing repeated tyre bulge issues in my bajaj v15 rear tyres. I am very unhappy with the quality of tvs tyres and this is second time's and bike is skidding because of bluge that's is life threating. Adn the guy at service centre is not answering properly.
