I have given a written complain on dated 14.7.2017 on account of wrong deduction dated 27.6.17 amounting to rs. 992 and dated 13.7.2017 amounting to rs. 2020 from my account but reply has not yet been received from bank / branch in this regarding.
I have again visit two times for this regarding but no response at branch level. Please help me and refund my deduction amount at earliest please.

    Hii sir i m sunil chauhan i have an account in uco bank at behlana chandigarh airforce station my ac no is-[protected] my mbanking app is not working and also my card has been blocked still its very bad for me that i have not reach to chandigarh as i am availabe at allahabaad my mobile no is [protected] as registered in bank please provide me guidence
    UCO Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Please provide the Generator in Uco bank branch sangrah IFSC - UCBA0000763. because your branch not provide the service of customer when goes electricity and shutdown the electricity for all day.
    I have put wrong ATM pin three times and it's locked. I have called many time to Uco customer care but they don't response. Now how to unlock my ATM card kindly suggest me as soon as possible.

      Sir,

      I sourav ghosh, an account holder of your bank brach - paikar (Ifsc code - ucba0000645) hereby inform you that this bank branch/ staffs are doing some tricks with their customers. They withdraw a low amount of rs.10 to rs.1000 from the accounts and then blame to those customers for the fraude deductions and avoid or hide their (Customers') all complaints by telling them "unconscious account holders." every week more than 20 such kind of complaints arise but sadly they just ignore it. "they all have cheated with many customers" i heard about this before but today i have realized it when rs.500 has been deducted from my own account automatically. They are doing something wrong because all the hapless customer are not to be liars. There is something unfair. Also the locals claim to have seen them doing some party or make the bank a pub in the late evening. Please take the correct action against the wrongs. And thank you for listening to me (Us).

      But message of withdrawal is came but i haven't received money.
      Yesterday about 5:55 pm i withdrawal 5500 with my nearest sbi atm but i haven't received money then i go to atm of syndicat bank then again i withdrawal money but i haven't received money. My atm is o[censored]co bank.

              I tried to withdraw rs2000 from (Axis bank ltd at bahadur pally villege, hyderabad, t. S atm id nfuc 0000) using my uco bank card the transaction was declined at that time (20:06) transaction was declined (Transaction no 1667). Later after 1 hour i recieved message from uco bank ltd rs 2000 is withdrawn from on my account. I contacted customercare but i dont get any help please sir help me return back my money as soon as possible

              500 rs deducted without any successful transaction in ATM. Msg received system error.
              I tried to withdraw money on 12th September 2017 at 05:30 pm twice. Both the time transaction failed but money was deducted. Kindly refund.

                        Today (11/09/17 at 7.04pm) i have tried to withdraw some money from my near by axix bank atm point (Bpcn159004) & do process as usual but print out came & shows that "transaction declined". No money came out afterthat i tried my uco bank, salkia br. That shows processor down.

                        Certainly i have got a sms that informed me rs.3000/- has been deducted from my said account. Few time later i have asking for a mini statement that shows another 1000/- has already been debited. Finaly i have lost rs4000/-, whereas i have'nt got any single money

                        All print out with me, how can i get back my money.

                        Today I tried to withdraw money from Baroda bank atm .transaction declined and amount Rs 1000 debited but no money /cash dispensed by ATM.
                        Rs. 1, 000 was withdrawn on your Debit Card 4283XXXXXXXX9031 on[protected], 16:59:17 at BOB, JAIPUR ATM ID-NFUC0000. Avl Bal is 34, 000.00.
                        Bank has not reversed this debit transaction yet.
                        Please help.

                          My card number no. Is [protected] in uco bank. I had transaction amount 8000 on 09/09/2017 at 10:43:20 at srinivas reddy bldng, bnaglore.
                          I had not received the amount as it showed transaction error but few minutes later the amount had been deducted from my account as i received the message. I am a student hence i request you to please look into the matter and refund my cash.

                                    I paid my education loan completely in 2 installments.
                                    For the first year i paid 1, 00, 000 and too the provisional interest certificate from uco bank online portal using y a/c number where the report clearly shows how much i paid for interest and how much towards principal amount.
                                    Now i paid the second and last installment and closed the loan a/c but i cannot take the same report online as the a/c is closed.

                                    I have requested the branch to give me the same report which i used to get online but they have clearly denied that they cannot produce the same statement through branch.

                                    All they gave me is a statement where there is no clarity how much i paid towards interest and principal. I cannot calculate manually that how much interest paid in my second installment as the statement is not giving clear data.

                                    Request you to help me getting a provisional loan certificate to do my income tax filling for this financial year 2017-18

                                      This is in mylapore uco bank branch located near luz corner. The lady who sits in the bank was very arrogant in answering the queries raised by customers. If there is clear indication on each counter or person what they serve for? Hence customers just ask a query & they are showing their angry on us. This has happened to my wife when she went to enquire about closing of an online rd account which she cannot do it via online portal. The same experience has happened to me once, i thought it was ok. But if it is repeated happening to others then it is the issue with the bank employee. Kindly give them sessions how to behave to customers
