I have always suffered with the uco bank. But last few days were frustrating.
Following are the instances of failures of the uco bank that i faced:
1) on 12-sept, 2017, amount rs. 462 was deducted from my account at star bazar pune pheonix, but no payment was made to star bazar
2) on 21st-sept, 2017, amount rs 356 got deducted from my account when i was trying to add money in my paytm account.
3) on 26th-sept, 2017, i was trying to transfer amount from paytm account to this uco bank account but bank failed to confirm the amount or transaction. 16000 rupees got deducted from my paytm account but no amount is added in my bank account.
I want to understand why these high level of transaction failures are occurring.
I am very unhappy with uco banking services. I have already mailed this details to my bank but they were also unable to help and delaying the matter.
Please my refund my amount asap else i may need to switch account to another bank and uco bank will be my just loan account.
Please kindly look into the matter.
