Telenor network is worst in our area. Not able to call a person, no value added services working at all. Either provide airtel or telenor network through this sim but please solve our problem. We are in a very bad condition even not able to make a call through this network. Even we are unable to send a message through this network nor to receive a message. It is a worst experience and we are unable to talk to our family in needy conditions. As a girl, it's very difficult for me to deal with this, so please clear this network problem.

My telenor sim suddenly stopped working since few days and it is written that airtel sim is being inserted; however, I don't have any airtel sim in the phone. Kindly tell the solution.

      I want to port my number by messaging buy there is always showing an error found, after this i talk to customer care but they also not giving any help for the same problem.
      I am doing everything but i am very upset about the service of customer care coz they don't help me in any way.

        Hi,

        I have a telenor no. [protected]. I am facing huge trouble from 6 days as my sim have no network in pune city. Actully i tried several times to change network operator manually as per sms i got before this problem occur. I request concerned persons to take seriously this matter. I am facing huge problems... If no action taken within 24 hrs i will port this number to other operator.

          I have to tell everyone that No 3G or 4G Signal is frequenting with My Mi Note 5 as well as on Samsung Galaxy J6 since 11/06/2018's evening and when I made a Call on [protected] to Telenor Customer Care Service where an executive named Mr. Surjit didn't solved my issue even he told me that your SIM is 2G. But I have to tell that I used 3G or 4G network with that SIM till yesterday evening. I should say that Costumer Care Representatives are not present to help their customers even they are only present to avoid you and your issues. Each and Every Company teach them that "How to avoid customer's queries and issues by giving him same old excuses". I don't know how to make Representative understand that there is an issue really existing with customer. Please solve the issue as soon as possible. Please never ignore and never avoid any customer by giving him/her silly cum meaningless excuses.

            Today at evening i did an online recharge on the telenor website and money was deducted from my bank account but recharge in my telenor number was not received and it showed a error.

            Please​ do the recharge or offer the money back to the account.

            I request you to please resolve the issue as fast as possible as the amount was of rupees 128/-.

              Sir, i have called customer care lots of time but they are not listening. My sim card was deactivated before 90 days. I was out of india for some time and when i returned it was deactivated.i went telenor customer center with my documents but they said to talk customer care. I called customer care but they say it cant be reactivated. I dont know what to do now as this sim is pretty much important to me and everything is linked to it. My deactivated telenor sim number is [protected] and my alternate contact number is [protected].

                My sim card is not working now. I called to uninor customer care for this problem. They are told that submit proofs to neared uninor store. To day i am going to uninor store to submit idenification proofs but they told that this sim is not reactivate by them. Please reactivate my sim it is very very very important sim. It is linked to my all bank and mail... Etc

                    This is bhupendra singh, my cell no is [protected], is getting very low signal on call, it's fluctuate when dial a another no. It's showing full signal when it is in rest, but when dial a number, it's sucks.
                    So resolve it asap.

                    Sim is showing emergency calls only, since yesterday. I have tried switching on-off my phone and removed the sim and again inserted, still it's not working.

                      I am the customer of teleport company i am not enjoying the network of company from one month i had call customer care but no work please solve my issue or how to port number
                      My uninor SIM is stolen so I want to deactivate it as soon as possible. SIM number is [protected].

                            Hello my name is niraj gurnani my telenor number which is [protected] was deactivate by telenor company without giving prior knowledge for the same, and now when i asked customer care for reactivating my number they are giving excuses that they cannot activate my number again as i was not regularly using/recharging it, this is not a valid excuse/reason, i want my number back, please do take this complaint into consideration and provide me with the process of getting my same number back because i have make this number as my identity in many places, waiting for your positive response or need to take action further.

                              Dear telenor, i am receiving too many calls from last month to my telenor number. I am requesting to you please block all the international calls from my number permanently. My number is [protected].
                              Please make me confident about it, i cant tolerate such activities. I am your customer since 5 years ago. Please take care of me. Stop international calls for me no matter from which number. Please do it for me and ensure me that telenor is safe.
                              I am getting a call from [protected]. Each and every time person focused on reading quran and whatsapp me some videos showing abusive content.
                              Dear telenor block such all matter pleaseeee.
                              And he also start calling me from midnight to 4 am usually

                                  My friend, Arif Rajkotiya, went Ajmer Sharif in March with his wife. His wife lost her mobile there. They used telenor sim but didn't link with aadhar . He didn't remember the three numbers and two last recharge . He regularly went to your retailer for his number [protected] but they tried but didn't solved his problem please help us to give my that number

                                    Last week suddenly my phone drop the network and afterward i tried to restart and xhange the phone but still no netwrk or sim is showb in my phone please help with it. I tried to contact to customer care still i was unabke to do and i want my this number as its is really important to me.

                                      My name is surya prakash. I stay at vanasthalipuram, hyderabad. I am using mobile number [protected] from 8 years and i have ported to uninor to vodafone and then to airtel and then i have ported to bsnl recently, but i have not recharged frc. From last 3 weeks my signal is not showing. I have contacted all network customers and i went to all stores, they said it will go to parental sim uninor which i was first used. I went to uninor store, he said no records available in this number, it is hold for 3 months, after 3 months number will sent in new outlet and it can go in anywhere in india. So he told go to begumpet main office in hyderabad and there is a chance to get your sim by officers will process and they will raise request, so that you can get your sim in outlet to your nearest store. I went to office, most of them resigned from office. Some people are there but no one is processing. Due to their negligence, customers are suffering like me.

                                      It is very critical situation for me because i have given that number in all government offices and interview calls will come to that mobile. And i have applied passport. Police verification can call to that number. It is very important number, and it is seriously critical situation for me.

                                      I mailed to uninor customer team and appeal authority team but they also not giving response. I called customer care, they also not responding. All are not processing my number. Other networks are helping this issue in few days. But telenor (Telenor store, customer care, begumpet telecommunications office) not at all respoding. If telenor will not help in this issue, i will file a complaint on telenor and team in begumpet main office.

                                      Please i am kindly requesting you to process my number to get into my nearest store as soon as possible.

                                        I mr devendrasinh m surve. Having a prepaid telenor no [protected] ported this no from vodafone. My no has been discontinued from service without giving any prior information, this has caused me a lot of inconvenience. I complaint this to telenor call center and ask them why they did not inform me inspite having sufficient balance they are just saying we are sorry and your number is gone. I said i want my no back they replied sorry it was vodafone no and it has gone to them i have recording. Kindly give my no back as i want to retain my no. Thanking you in advance.
