I am requesting you to block my old uninor number [protected] which is found to be misused by somebody else. Previous same number was in the name of Krupali Joshi while currently found to be used by someone as the sim was lost last february2017.

    I aradhna rai w/o prashant kumar singh a science teacher in kasturba gandhi aawasiya balika vidyalay, manihari. There was biometric installation was going on in my school. My phone was lie down in charging. Someone called up me to submit my thumb impression. I went in another room to submit my thumb impression.
    When i came back to check my phone charging status. I did not find my samsung j7 prime phone.

    Why telenor company do all of my service off..if i have gaved all documnts right to the company..if i called customer care no one is giving response to me don, t picked up the phone ..this is not fair ..
    It has been 10+ days there is no signal in the phone, i am unable to use the phone for calling or receiving purpose. kindly, look into the issue asap.
    no network issue is causing problem for doing work also, for entering otp or payments also

      I am not receiving any signal, it is showing "emergency calls only". I want to port my number as i have shift dwarapudi village eastgodavari district and there is no network of telenor, but since there is no signal, i am unable to send port message.

      I have raised the issue with telenor customer care and also sent them email, but they haven't provided me any solution.

        This is regarding the telenor prepaid service my mobile no is of maharashtra circle my residential address is of ambarnath maharashtra dist thane.
        (My main balance on or before 13 dec 2017 was very low i. E. Rs.1/=.)
        If i have to move out of maharashtra circle i have to have my main balance above rs 10/= at least to make call or even receive call in mumbai circle.
        1. I have done recharge on 13/12/2017 of rs 128/=. I got rs150/= talk time as per i'd code recharge done rs 128.00 ([protected]@18%):talktime rs 150.00: 128 t2t local sms, valid till 00:01 12/01/2018. As currently applicable.
        2. I was in mumbai till 7 pm during which i have used rs 29/= for internet. Refer to my train ticket enclosed for your reference.
        3. Till today i am in maharashtra circle why my main balance is. 38paisa
        4. I have special recharge pack of rs 143/=. Recharge done rs 143.00 ([protected]@18%):talktime rs 0.00: 2048.00 mb data bal, valid till 00:01 25/12/2017. Unlimited local/std call & 2gb data, validity 28 days. T&c a were my all calls are unlimited and free of cost till 25 dec 2017
        Kindly stop cheating the valuable customer and refund my main balance with interest on speaking to mrs / miss madhuri call centre in charge she assured and accepted the mistake and asked me to wait for 5 hrs it will be refunded.

        Kindly look into matter or else i will move to consumer court.

        My telenor sim got deactivated and is there any way that we can reactivate it.

            Such a stupid service your providing.
            Daily 1 gb not activated and in addition to that your deducting my main balance.
            First improve service lines.
            We are facing problems that the signal automatically gone and we are not able to receive phone calls even we have signals.
            But you simply sending msg stating that "you get missed call from so and so number.
            Do u know how embarassing it is? People searching for interview or people who are working in any organisation.
            Do u know what is thw pressure faced by them and do you not what is the struggle caused to them because o[censored]r service.
            One sad thing is" you keeping msg stating that we are proud to announce that full coverage in ap and telangana.
            Plz improve ur services.
            Plz activate data pack in propper what ur activating other phones, i have an question do u feel my phone is so special for you.
            Why because your activating it on when your want.

            1week in network Problem per day costumer care today complaint is not satisfied & coustmer care agent throw me talk not network covereg area telenor company but me telenor costumer 6 years same palce / after 6 years telenor coustmer care throw not my network coverage area!

            I was ported from Idea two days ago. Still i cant receive incoming calls. When i approached the Service center they told we had put a complaint and its still in pending. Please resolve the issue immediately.

              Few days ago i got the message from telenor that if we recharge with stv 94 then i get unlimited loc/std calls for 28 days, when i recharge next day i got the message that the validity o[censored]nlimited calls is 7 days only, then i talked to telenor customer care and informed about it after he checked my mobile account and said that the validity will be 28 days but there is only unlimited calls from telenor to telenor and 1200 mi to other mobile networks per week for 27 days.. After 7 days there is no outgoing calls to other mobile networks and also to telenor to telenor.. When i again called to customer care they are saying that the validity is only 7 days, and they cant do anything.. So customers dont recharge with stv 94 and other offer they're providng they're stealing the amount from us

                I lost my mobile and after two months went to a telenor store to get back my sim card submmited a proof and paid sim charges got my sim back when i tried to recharge its not getting recharegd so till the time i reached the store they were telling that its been three months and your sim is deactivated though i actvated in two months on the other hand airtel sim which was lost in the same mobile at same time they activated my airtel number after 3mnths into postpaid but these telenor isnt giving my number back when i went to headoffice and xplained my problem they said they we cal mee in 15days bt nt recieved any

                        When my father applied for aadhar crd, above no was givren. At present, he is 90, he is nor able to move out, we can not get him new no. He has invested in mf. It is mandatory to link it with aadhr. I was told no has gone to trai. I request you to arrange for its relocation to me. Please take up matter with trai & help me get it back. This is no complaint but a request.

                          Coustmer may be diverted to another company, he is saying that this is my shop and i will do what ever i want.

                            I regret to inform you that redmi 2s mobile has been stolen by some one. Yesterday evening when i'm returning from koti i lost my mobile which has vodafone and uninor sim, i have already blocked the vodafone sim and now i need to block uninor sim.. It has many contact details, images.
                            So, i request you to block my uninor number and if possible please trace out where my mobile is there. Thank you

                              My sim card is not working now. I called to uninor customer care for this problem. They are told that submit proofs to neared uninor store. To day i am going to uninor store to submit idenification proofs but they told that this sim is not reactivate by them. Please reactivate my sim it is very very very important sim. It is linked to my all bank and mail... Etc

                                When ever i was maintaining balance in my telenor network telenor making a newsence that automatically activated vas charges to my mobile number [protected] using with sms. If i am busy to forgot to saw the sms they were going to deduct my balance with out confirmation. Recently on 06/12/17 one pack activated and deduct rs 15/- from my account. Please do the needful justice to me against telenor.

                                  On Dec 3rd I Have Recharged With Rupees 98.It Showed In "My Best Offers" As "Recharge With Rupees 98 And Get 2GB 4G/3G 28 Days.Everything Was Good Up to 1GB.And Then The Problem Started.Network Is Being Shown As 3G® But The Internet Is Running On 2G Network... i Called The Customer Care Of My AP Circle But That Lady Said That It Is 2G Balance...(I Have Recording).
                                  Issue Is Worse.I Cant Use 4G/3G???????
                                  Why???? Why Is It Showing As 4G/3G When It Is Not 4G/3G???????
                                  Also, It Is Being Shown As 3G® Roaming... Even Though Im Not...Why Is This So???? Can You Please Clear Me With These Issues? Also...I Have Recharged With ICR 4G...But Unable To Use...Because There Is " Fake 4G Here" You Have Very Low Customer Base From The Start...And Then You're Having These Issues To Your Customers?????

                                        Ye rule to mai nhi suna ki 1 mnth me hu dubara no bnd ho jaye ya 100 khali replcmnt aur same no activate krne ka aur us 100 me v mujhe na koi data na balnce na tarrif kuch na mile. Ya to ye varanasi j uninor dealer ki glt prakiya h
                                        Plz in sb ko check krwaye aur dhokhadhadi ka case bnaye aur mera sim wps se smbe no active jraye bcz mai abhi fr gya tha to dealer ka yhi khna h ki fr se 100 dijiye

                                        may name smd naseer hussain i have been recharge on monday 27/12/2017 and i didnt subscribe vas charge rs 5.00 and auto renewed at maximum of rs 5.00 cut from main balance and have recharge with rs 10 on wedsday and main cut from main and auto renewed at maximum of rs 5.00
