I don't know why my telenor number got blocked for outgoing messages though i never marketed any company info through my messages and i'm far behind those things.
I am a class representative of my college during my graduation and used to inform my friends regarding the exam dates and info regarding the class schedules.
I had a repeated discussions with the customer care executive regarding this but still there is no solution

    My sim card is New not working now. i called to uninor customer care for this problem .they are told that submit proofs to neared uninor store. to day i am going to uninor store to submit idenification proofs but they told that this sim is not reactivate by them.please reactivate my sim it is very very very important sim.it is linked to my mail..etc

      Using uninor sim card mobile number [protected] since last few years.
      As many of my customer having this number to contact me as business purpose. From last 4/5 days my card blocked by company resulting no body can contact me resulting i am facing loss in business orders.
      When asked in uninor gallery they told the number can not start again. Go any where. Please suggest what i do?
      My another mobile number is [protected] please suggest proper solution.

          My telenor no [protected] gujarat. I was talk with custmercare executive on date 11/05/18. About roaming rc with inform that "i will go to rajasthan". And for this executive refers me 37rs rc. So i do itself. But while i am in rajasthan today i dont get benifite because of this plane is not for rajasthan as said by your executive miss heena today. What is my mistake that my money lost due to wrong recharge.. Please refund my money as early as possible.

          So sir plzz help with a solution
          I am using sim [protected] (.) while using the same I am disturbed a lot.
          Un-necessary SMS, especially co.plans and co.calls receiving all the time.
          already given SMS as DND but no response.
          Due to disturbed service requested to convert the number to Idea but no
          action taken.
          Sir i had lost my cool pad note 3 lite mobile in which that the sim was inserted i didnt have the details of that sim

            Firstly i am very disappointing at telenor customer care service supervisors they are not literate persons and no response for my proper reaon it is port every tele communication i am talking very polite and ask the proper reason but they are very irresponsible for my port process if telenor can't solve this problem telenor is not working and very very bad experience in telenor service
            I think telenor is dead in telangana. I am sad about demise of telenor service if telenor is not dead solve my problem immediately my contact number [protected]
            And i am telling to my friends telenor is dead

            Last words i communicate telenor customer care communication totally recorded i am posting that conversation in media asap.

              I had ported the Telenor number [protected] to JIO, seven month ago. The service is going on JIO and successful recharge done by Jio on three times but Telenor has still kept my number active and my same number has been issued to the another one. I had complain to e -care @Telenor.in but there has no solution on this subject matter. Please solve my problem. My Telenor and Jio number is [protected].

                  Sir i haven't made any call or text for a month or two because i was in roaming that's why sim was switched off. But when i went to my regional place. Everyone tried calling me and it says incoming on this number is not aloowed. When i reinserted my union sim then the error popped up saying sim card registration failed. Please reactivate it asap.                       I have done a recharge of Rs 97 on [protected] which is showing on the website that we will get 250min u2o and 500min to u2u in Rs 97 for 21days but after the recharge cx service says there is no such offer available I have wasted my 2 hours on the phone with 5 different people and no one is ready to help and after 2 hours the person disconnected the call and now unable to reach that cx services number . This is pathetic n worst services n I will escalate the same to consumer that how uninor make people fool and earn money and I will write and show the same on social media and will share the same to every top outsource.

                        Myself rajendra kumar gupta, my mb. No. Is [protected].in the month of april'18 at least three times my money has been deducted, without my acceptance of value added service.

                        Upon inquiry it is conveyed that my music service was requested, so rs.30.00 has been deducted on 25th april'18. Earlier to this also two three times money has been deducted unauthorized.

                        I never sent any request for vaue addes service.

                        Pl. Refund rs. 30.00 deducted unauthorized at the earliest or otherwise i shall make complaint to the government of india concern authority.
                        Also pl. Do not activate or send any sms for advetisement / value added service on my above said mobile number.

                          Many times vas are automatically activated and i am not able to stop them and even if i stop them they do not give my balance back.

                          Sometime that also happens that you cut the balance automatically and do not show any response to ussd which is a very irritating thing.

                            On 25.04.2018 company debited rs 58/- in uninor mobile number [protected]. I want to lodge complain in c. C at 198 on 27.04.2018. But in vain c. C. Did not take it. I activated dnd in my number. I also activated spl/rate cutter plan on 19.04.2018.in spite of this company activated other plan and debit money without my wish. Its not single time so many time and with so many people company took that type of occurrence. Please help us.

                                I'm facing a internet issue from past 6months its showing the sim is in roam but actually the sim is from this circle only...
                                Recently i have recharged of 104rs=1gb data/day 2g but is not getting connected...
                                I also had a word with your customer care service person they said that it will resolve shortly... Still i havent get any resolution...

                                  Yesterday an sms came aproxx 1-2pm and given a special offer of recharge rs8 and 20p/min offer and at night i recharged of it then it doesnt provided me that offer.
                                  Today i called the customer care but she was mis behaving not answering properly as well as said this offer is not valid for you.
                                  So i request your to help me and provide nessessary benefits of my recharge or send back my money.

                                    My telenor mobile no is [protected]. My previous cash recharges are rs 94 in march and rs94 on 1st april. The march recharge gave 28 days unlimited talk time. The 1st april recharge gave wrongly 7 days unlimited talk time against the offer of 28 days. My complaint on 8th april for 28 days talk time gave me irrelevant responses with out giving my 28 days talk time.                                       I am a very old and regular customer of telenor. My mobile no is [protected]. I am using this number since 3 to 4 years. Regularly. But this sim has been closed by your end without giving valid reason and you did not give me any notice. This no is very important for me.
                                      What is this how do you do this without any valid reson. My number is always on and validity then why you close my number. It has illegal activity done by you. Without any valid reson you can't close any dim service. It's is against the rules of telecom regulatory authority of india.

                                      I extremely request to you please activate my number as early as possible because this number is very important for me.
