Our Company Ravidas Industries Limited is having Over Draft Account Number [protected] at the Opera House Branch and we had already paid our Outstanding / Backlog / pending dues of OD Account Number [protected] on 4th January 2022 inspite of Covid-19 pandamic losses indured by Ravidas Industries Limited and till date there has been no service activation for the Over-Draft Facilities & Services, Nor is the Union Bank of India, Opera Branch denying our Company Ravidas Industries Limited the Over-Draft facilities nor giving a proper reliable answer or reason of non-activation for the last 5 months till date. My Company has only suffered due to such non-co-operative action from Union Bank Of India. My Company Ravidas Industries Limited have lost huge Orders, Lost a lot of workers due to non-payment of workers salaries which was cancelled by Union Bank Of India at the last moment, also business payments through RTGS/NEFT and all this action resulted in closure of our office in the Respected Sir/Madam,
With Reference to the above Over Draft Account No. [protected], I have to state and describe that the state of condition (Communication between Customer and Union Bank Of India) as pathetic and discomforting. With reference to many letters including 24th January 2022, 4th February 2022 etc. etc. till date the list of letters goes on with a silent, inactive, sleeping non- co-operating feature from Union Bank of India, Opera House Branch. Each and every response from Union Bank of India was to produce certain new documents every now and then, which Ravidas Industries Limited have produced every time, without any failure from our side and each and every time after production of documents, Union Bank Of India would always commit verbally to activate the Over-draft Facilities & Services, but would always fail to do so for some month of April 2022. We had only one Account in the name of Ravidas Industries Limited and this state had made matters even more difficult for the Company.
Respected Sirs, we find no further reason for Union Bank Of India to continue this Non-Co-operative movement with our company Ravidas Industries Limited. As of now, the request to active the Overdraft Facilities & Services so as to bring the Company Ravidas Industries Limited back on track has fallen on deaf Ears. Union Bank Of India, Assistant General Manager Mr. Anand Kumar from the date of joining the branch has only made the matters worst by taking the matters into his own hands by assuring to reactivate the Overdraft Facilities & Services for the Overdraft Account No. [protected], Opera House Branch and after that he has even refused to entertain our visit i.e. M/s Ravidas Industries Limited at the Bank branch as well as always used to ask for new documents which were not a problem before March 2022 and from and after 31st March 2022 new documents were suddenly necessary or new queries as well as avoid our phone calls and this already has only consumed and wasted our time with no reliefs from Union Bank of India, till date as well as neither any refusal nor any acceptance for the Overdraft Facilities & Services of the Overdraft Account [protected], Opera House Branch which only further destroyed M/s Ravidas Industries Limited financially, business relations, reputation, our orders, clients, staffs and it goes on.
We would be highly obliged if you could give us a final call over the status of this situation and the reliefs and a necessary lesson towards Banks for miss-using its own powers.

              Sir, I, Balasubramanian, has account with your Hasthinapuram Branch and stayingf at Krishna Nagar, Chrompet. A/c no.[protected], Customer ID 45272114. There are eight flats in the building I am staying "SARAYU" and we wanted to open account for building association and submitted all required papers to your Hasthinapuram branch on 24.05.2022. Next day your bank wanted PAN details. Since we did not have PAN, we applied for PAN for our association, and gave copy of same to your bank at Hasthinapuram branch. We are awaiting the PAN card. It is more than 10 days your branch office has still not opened account and given account number to enable us to deposit maintenance amount. I would request you to kindly see into the problem and ensure the account number is given to us immediately. We are sure you will cooperate and help us to solve the problem immediately.                   Sir i am paying 1825/- rupees for for son admission in 9 BRD KV -3. I am getting admission in 3rd standard. The amount was deducted from my SBI acoount on 07 May 2022 and transaction show initiated.. After some days my sister in law once paid same amount and the transaction shows successful. However, my family have twicely paid fees.. Kindly refund 1825/- My Son Name is Srujal Praful Karande

                    I am Ankur khandelwal, yesterday 31/05/2022 i transferred 22000 from my ubi account to my own sbi account during the process transection timed out, then again I did the same transection & successful. On checking balance i find that amount deducted 2 times but credited 1 time only in my sbi Account. Till now 1/06/2022 (till 3:40 pm) amount neither returned nor credited to benifishry account.this msg i received yesterday about time out transection.

                                I submitted kv fee Rs 1800 against students UID no -[protected], name of Divya kumari, class-4, kv Garhara Dated 11/04/2022 at 17.48 through UPI tansaction id[protected] for Quarte-1 (April-June) and fee got deducted from my account and tansaction successful and receipts not generated. After not generation of receipts I again paid Rs 1800 on Dated 13/04/2022 at 13.51pm for above id, UPI tansaction id[protected] and receipts generated for Quarte-1 so I paid total Rs 3600 .please refund Rs 1800 in my account.

                                  My name is Pankaj Sharma and I had ordered phone's screen guard & back cover of RS.284 (119+129) in Amazon on 17th April 2022 and after I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 22 April 2022
                                  Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number of both products :

                                    I want to make a complaint against the Cashier (Mr. Shyam Lal Sharma) o[censored]nion Bank of India, Branch Taraori (UBIN0562807). He speaks very rudely with the customers & I am the victim one of them. I deposited some cash on dated 07th May, 2022 in the Branch. But after checking the amount properly & giving me receipt, He recalled me even after attending one more customer & told me that there are few "Fifty Rupees" notes in the bundle of "Hundred Rupees" notes deposited by me. But I refused & asked him to check the CCTV futage. He did not check the futage but make an accusation on me that the amount deposited by you is short. But I constantly refused as I was sure. But now again on dated 13/05/2022, he again repeated the previous incident & insulted me before all the customers & staff of the Bank. I also met the Manager of the Bank, but he did not take any action against him. Please take an quick action against the said employee.

                                        Jo ki ak achhe post par hai lekin unko bat karne ka tarika nahi hai
