Sir, I, Balasubramanian, has account with your Hasthinapuram Branch and stayingf at Krishna Nagar, Chrompet. A/c no.[protected], Customer ID 45272114. There are eight flats in the building I am staying "SARAYU" and we wanted to open account for building association and submitted all required papers to your Hasthinapuram branch on 24.05.2022. Next day your bank wanted PAN details. Since we did not have PAN, we applied for PAN for our association, and gave copy of same to your bank at Hasthinapuram branch. We are awaiting the PAN card. It is more than 10 days your branch office has still not opened account and given account number to enable us to deposit maintenance amount. I would request you to kindly see into the problem and ensure the account number is given to us immediately. We are sure you will cooperate and help us to solve the problem immediately.     Firstly, i would like to highlight the grievances that i have been facing ever since my Salary account is freezed without any prior notifications, the bank automatically did debit block on my Salary account.
    I am staying Other state so cant possible to visit at branch right now.
    I am very harrased due to unable to make any transactions.

      Sir i am paying 1825/- rupees for for son admission in 9 BRD KV -3. I am getting admission in 3rd standard. The amount was deducted from my SBI acoount on 07 May 2022 and transaction show initiated.. After some days my sister in law once paid same amount and the transaction shows successful. However, my family have twicely paid fees.. Kindly refund 1825/- My Son Name is Srujal Praful Karande

        I am Ankur khandelwal, yesterday 31/05/2022 i transferred 22000 from my ubi account to my own sbi account during the process transection timed out, then again I did the same transection & successful. On checking balance i find that amount deducted 2 times but credited 1 time only in my sbi Account. Till now 1/06/2022 (till 3:40 pm) amount neither returned nor credited to benifishry account.this msg i received yesterday about time out transection.

        Please resolve my query.

                  MY ACCOUNT NO.- XXXXXXXXXXXX88 will amount will debited in date 31.03.2022 147.50 in repet same date debited in 147.50. i will complain branch manager in this issue. but no response in this matter and intersted to this issue. i will many times go to branch.

                    I submitted kv fee Rs 1800 against students UID no -[protected], name of Divya kumari, class-4, kv Garhara Dated 11/04/2022 at 17.48 through UPI tansaction id[protected] for Quarte-1 (April-June) and fee got deducted from my account and tansaction successful and receipts not generated. After not generation of receipts I again paid Rs 1800 on Dated 13/04/2022 at 13.51pm for above id, UPI tansaction id[protected] and receipts generated for Quarte-1 so I paid total Rs 3600 .please refund Rs 1800 in my account.

                      My name is Pankaj Sharma and I had ordered phone's screen guard & back cover of RS.284 (119+129) in Amazon on 17th April 2022 and after I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 22 April 2022
                      Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number of both products :
                      [protected] &[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian Bank doesn't have such policy. So
                      please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My card number is [protected]

                        I want to make a complaint against the Cashier (Mr. Shyam Lal Sharma) o[censored]nion Bank of India, Branch Taraori (UBIN0562807). He speaks very rudely with the customers & I am the victim one of them. I deposited some cash on dated 07th May, 2022 in the Branch. But after checking the amount properly & giving me receipt, He recalled me even after attending one more customer & told me that there are few "Fifty Rupees" notes in the bundle of "Hundred Rupees" notes deposited by me. But I refused & asked him to check the CCTV futage. He did not check the futage but make an accusation on me that the amount deposited by you is short. But I constantly refused as I was sure. But now again on dated 13/05/2022, he again repeated the previous incident & insulted me before all the customers & staff of the Bank. I also met the Manager of the Bank, but he did not take any action against him. Please take an quick action against the said employee.

                          I was asking for new pass book for saving bank account in our home branch but bank staff and also branch manager said not issue more than one passbook in a whole year if you have required new passbook to upgrade your account saving to current account sir I am govt salary employees how to get passbook.

                            Sir mere account se paise bank ki galti se cut Gaye hai aur mere dwara waha lagbhag 4 month se complain karne ke bad bhi bank ka koe bhi response nahi mila hai jiski wajah se mujhe bahut problem hue hai aur mai mentali rup se mujhe paresaniyo ka samana karna pada hai atah aap se niwedan hai ki aap jald se jald koe karyawahi kare
                            Mere account me kisi dusare ka adhar number aum mobile number jod diye hai jis wajah se wah mere account se lagatar paise nikal raha hai
                            Bank ke kramchari se bat karne par mujhase bure tarike se gali galauj kar ke bat kar rahe hai
                            Bank karamchari ki galti ki wajah se ye sabh huwa hai
                            Jo ki ak achhe post par hai lekin unko bat karne ka tarika nahi hai
                            Sorry sir ye kahane me mujhe dukh ho Raha hai. !

                              I have paid the fees of my son on 18th April 2022. The amount was deducted from my account but the Fees Receipt was not generated. Day before tomorrow I checked again now it showing Unsuccessful Transaction but the amount is not refunded back. Now when I am trying to do a new payment then is showing "There is no payment is pending" . Please go through this problem.

                                  My debit card is expired in 2021 No one from bank approached for new one I have tried applying 4 times it shows it is already in process So how many months you take for issuing the new card If i dont receive my card within a weeks time I will close my account After merger I have been continously asking for my home branch for which Customer care executives are not aware What kind of bank you are running where people are not told their home branch Corporation bank was way much better in handling complaints Your custcare services are very poor they dont know how to address the query and give solution they only say we cannot do anything for this then why these people are sitting there if they cant resolve the complaints Why am I not able to apply for Debit card via customer care why that department is there How people who cant come to branch or use internet apply for the same very disappointing service

                                    I applied loan from PMSVANidhi amount 20000/-. When im applying the loan i mentioned my personal savings account number only but bank employees debited my loan amount in another account. I dont know about that account. I asked bank employees about that account they said it is opened in 2007 but it is not having any transaction since opening that account. Before loan debited it is in Dormant stage after amount debited they taken 1500 charges...

                                    Branch name:-CMS, sector-o, aliganj, lucknow. ON 26/04/2022 at approximate 11:20 A.M i got into a little argument with cash manager related to money counting which got resolve after 5 minutes.

                                    I left from counter to go home, counter number -07 lady called me and said rudely i saw what happened there and how you talked to him, i said " meri ek baar baat sun lijiye akhir unhone aisa kya kaha jispr ye react hua, baat choti si hai jyada badi nhi, i am just clarifying the things to him". without listening to my words, what i was trying to explain she yelled at me rudely and misbehave with harsh and defematory word upon my dignity. she said(did not listened me either) that "aap apna ladki hone ka fayda utha rahe ho, batmeeji kar rhe ho, ladki ho isiliye tamasha kar rhi ho: I was stunned at that time, do i have to change my gender if i want to explain anything wrong i found. There were lots of customer in bank who was listening the harsh and rude comments related to my dignity of being a girl. Repeatedly i said to listen me cleary but she just ignored me and ask guard to throw me out but i was fine but got hurt deeply that i started crying.ask guard about the manager but she/he was not there. ask name of the lady, they did not provide it(confidential they said) waited for 1 hour to meet the manager but no response. i am old customer of this branch but this types of behaviour, rude and harsh words or comments in 21st century related to a girl was disheartening.
                                    i want suspension or any strict inquiry against her.
                                    SHAME !!!

                                    I tried to lodge a complain online through union bank site but its always show invalid request, please try again later. i tried 7-8 times but did not lodge it. Poor site

I have not yet received new Debit card from Angamaly branch. I visited Coimbatore branch to get new Debit card. Coimbatore branch refused to 1) issue me new Debit card 2) accept my letter for transfer of my SB account from Angamaly branch to Coimbatore and 3) forced me to visit Angamaly branch. I am unable to visit Angamaly branch. Kindly help me to 1) get new Debit card and 2) transfer my SB account from Angamaly branch (IFSC UBIN0905615) to Coimbatore main branch (IFSC UBIN0533459)
