I have tried many times to link my aadhar card to my bank ( union bank of india) but still my aadhar not showing link to my bank on aadhar mapper site. What to i do .

    I have never seen such a reckless and lazy bank ever. They forcefully cut the withdrawal slip. App doesnt work on IOS. Its a bank with technology from 1990.

      If you do digital banking do not bank with UBI they give worst service if your net banking is having problems and it take them months to solve the problem

        I have made an NEFT Payment on 16/02/2022 with an amount of 1.4 lak and it's been 2 days amount is not credited to beneficiary . I have contacted customer care multiple times and there is no proper response about transfer so they created an complaint and told that it will take to resolve min 24 hours to 2 weeks. I haven't expected this kind of experience in digital banking.

        amount has reverted to my account now. Thanks for escalating with bank and issue is resolved now.

              My credit card got lost and had send sms to block my card and sent an SMS to reissue my card. All this happened on 2nd week of JAN we are on 14 feb and i have no news on my credit card several emails send to

                मैं श्रवण रवि दास, पिता स्वर्गीय गुरुदयाल रवि दास तथा हमारी पत्नी सुजाता देवी । मैं एक विकलांग व्यक्ति हूं, पूर्व रेलवे जमालपुर से 31 जनवरी 2015 में रिटायर्ड किया था । उसके पहले ही मैंने, यूनियन बैंक ऑफ इंडिया में[protected] को सुल्तानगंज ब्रांच में ₹ 500 से ज्वाइंट सेविंग अकाउंट ओपन करा रखा था । ताकि, मैं अपने जीवन भर की सारी कमाई और मंथली पेंशन इसी पर पा सकुं । मेरा खाता नंबर [protected], कस्टमर आईडी[protected], IFSC CODE UBIN0569976 है । फिर जमालपुर पूर्व रेलवे से 05 फरवरी 2015 से लेकर 12दिसंबर 2016 तक कुल रुपैया- 2030310/ निम्नलिखित प्रकार से भेजा गया - 05 फरवरी 2015 रुपैया - 1884907, 06 फरवरी 2015 रुपैया -20068/, 16 जुन 2015 रुपैया ब्याज- 13931/, 04 दिसम्बर 2015 रुपैया- 7479/, 09 मार्च 2016 रुपैया - 31096/, 13 जुन 2016 रुपैया -1196/, 26 सितंबर टैक्स रिटर्न रुपैया - 10630/, 14 नम्बर 2016 रुपैया - 53523/, 12 दिसंबर 2016 रुपैया - 7480/ भेजा गया ..। और उसके बाद से 31 अगस्त 2016 से मेरा सेवंथ पे कमीशन रुपैया -25520/ भी मिलने लगा । तब मेरे पापा ने 26 फरवरी को 2015 को ही अपने और मम्मी के नाम से रुपैया - 500000/ 26 फरवरी 2020 तक का जिसका अकाउंट नंबर --[protected], कस्टमर आइडी[protected] स्कीम MIS under, और दूसरा भी अपने और मम्मी के नाम से ही जिसका अकाउंट नंबर - [protected], कस्टमर आइडी[protected], रुपैया - 500000/ स्कीम DRIC under फरवरी 2015 से रीनुवल 06 जुलाई 2021 तक का पेपर बनाकर देता है । जिसमे से मेरा अकाउंट बलैंस 26 फरवरी 2015 के डेट में,[protected] = 1030310/रुपैया और हर माह आनेवाला पेंशन जो है सो तो है .. लेकिन मुझे पता नहीं था कि मेरे साथ बैंक वाले मेरे पैसे के साथ बहुत हेरा-फेरी कर रहा है ... इस बात का पता मुझे तब लगा कि जब की मेरे पापा घर के राशन -पानी के 30000, 40000 तो कभी घर बनाने के लिए 100000, 150000/ रुपैया निकाला करता था तो पासबुक प्रिंट करने पर उसमें ऑटो स्वीप तो स्वीप ट्रांसफर के नाम से अलग - अलग नंबर से जैसे - [protected] से 700000/रुपैया ऑटो स्वीप हुआ 03 अगस्त 2015 को तो अगले बार कुछ अलग ही नंबर से, ये नंबर हमेशा बदलते रहता था तो कभी 20000, तो कभी 40000, एक बार फिर 03 अगस्त 2016 को रुपैया-250000/ ऑटो स्वीप हुआ ये सिल -सिला ऐसे ही चलता रहता था, एक दिन बैंक मैनेजर से जाकर पूछा तो उन्होंने बताया कि आपका अकाउंट अब सेविंग अकाउंट नहीं रहा बल्कि ये अब न्यू फ्लैक्सी जेनरल अकाउंट बना दिया गया है जिसमे कम से कम 50000/ रुपैया अकाउंट मेंटेन रखना पड़ता है उसके बाद बाकी आपका जितना पैसा 50000/ से उपर होता है वह आटोमैटिक फिक्स हो रहा है आपका पैसा एधर-उधर कहीं नहीं जा रहा है आपके अकाउं में ही जा रहा है, पर मुझे संतुष्टि नहीं मिली ..चलो ठीक है ..कभी - कभी जब पैसा निकालने जाता था तो बैंक वाले बोलते थे कि आपके अकाऊं में पैसा है कहां जो ? तब मुझे शक हुआ क्योंकि इसी अकाउंट पर हर महीने पेंशन भी आ रहा है फिर भी ..तब मैंने पापा को कहा और कुछ लोग बोले कि आप एक काम कीजिए कि आप शुरू से लेकर आज तक का स्टेटमेंट निकाल लीजिए ..क्योंकि मेरे पापा पास बुक प्रिंट पर ऑटो स्वीप और स्वीप ट्रांसफर से मोटा - मोटा रकम ट्रांसफर होते देख कर मेरे पापा को बराबर तेंशन हो रहा था और रात में भी पास बुक को देखा करता था . तब जाकर हमलोगो ने जब[protected] से[protected] तक का स्टेटमेंट निकलवाया तो पता चला कि मेरे पापा- मम्मी के नाम से सो 10 लाख का फिक्स कराने के बाद भी मेरे अकाउंट से[protected] के डेट में इस नंबर से 7 लाख का
                [protected] से ऑटो स्वीप कर लिया गया और हमलोगों को पता तक नहीं ...तब हम सबको दाल में कुछ काला लगा और हमने पापा को कहा कि आप बैंक में जाकर ये ऑटो स्वीप और स्वीप ट्रांसफर वाला सिस्टम बंद कीजिए तब जाकर ये सिस्टम बंद हुआ[protected] को और पापा को बोला कि सबसे पहले फिक्स डिपॉज़िट तोड़कर सारा पैसा निकालने के बाद पता चलेगा की शुरू से अभी तक में जितना भी पैसा ऑटो स्वीप, स्विप ट्रांसफर हुआ है वो सब जोड़कर देगा तो पता चल जाएगा पर ऐसा कुछ नहीं हुआ हमसब बस इसी का इंतेज़ार कर रहे थे, जब हमारे पेंशन पासबुक पर एफडी का पैसा भेजा जाएगा तो वो स्वीप ट्रांसफर + ऑटो स्वीप वाला भी पैसा सारा जोड़कर भेज देगा ..पर ऐसा नहीं हुआ[protected] के डेट में अकाउंट नंबर [protected] पर 5 लाख का 5 लाख ही जो कि MIS था और दुसरा अकाउंट नंबर [protected] जोकि 5 लाख का था
                DRIC स्कीम का था जिसपर हमारे अकाउंट पर 5लाख, 9 हज़ार, 9 सौ, 92 रुपैया भेजा गया है प्लीज़ मदद कीजिए, साहब जी..मेरे पापा पैर से विकलांग होते हुवे उन्होंने रेलवे नौकरी को पूरा करते हुवे अपनी पूरी जीवन भर की कमाई के पैसे इस बैंक में रखा था जिससे हमलोगों को बहुत सी उम्मीदें जुड़ी है ...दो बहनें शादी करने को है, एक छोटा भाई है ( एक मंझली बहन का शादी करने के बाद उसको लड़का छोड़ दिया है, आज वो अपने पेरेंट्स के साथ ही रह रहे हैं) और घर - मकान बनाना आदि ...
                यूनियन बैंक ऑफ इंडिया ने हमारे पापा के रिटायरमेंट के पैसे + आने वाला हर महीना का पेंशन के रूपए को फ्रॉड करते हुवे पैसे से पैसे बनाया इन 06 वर्षों में, बदले में हमें एफडी की रकम देकर बरी हो रहा है ..
                जब हम स्टेटमेंट्स का जांच करते हैं तो पाते हैं कि
                (१[protected] से[protected] तक में ऑटो स्वीप से कुल रुपैया 5845000/ ऑटो स्वीप हुआ है ।
                (२[protected] से[protected] तक में हम लोगों ने कुल रुपैया 3743530/ निकाशी किए हैं अब टी तक ।
                [protected] से[protected] तक में कुल पेंशन रुपैया 2000739/ मिला है ।
                (४[protected] से[protected] तक में इंट्रेस बनता है कुल रुपैया 1983855/ ।

                    Sir, i had cleared all loans in my union bank, say from bajaj, hdfc, tvs accounts and also submitted noc in october 2021, but even after then my account was chared rs/-295 for 13 times for ecs bounce charges and debited a totalling of rs/-3835 my savings account please refund my ecs deductions as bank is unresponding in this issue

                          Sir/madam i have ordered a blackberry tshirt(rs 795) in myntra on 28th December I returned it myntra had initiated refund on 18th Jan but i didn't recieve money to my account from union Bank of India myntra initiated in two parts 719rs and 76rupees i recieved the 719 but didn't recieve the 76rs the reference I'd myntra gave me is[protected] please solve the problem fastly

                                I've complained in email many times. But not even single response from bank side. I've made transaction of Rs- 3, 250. On 17th January 2022. Transaction was not successful and it didn't reflect there. But amount was deducted. I have called Receiver helpdesk., They said if it didn't reflect in 3 days. I have to pay again and ask bank for refund. But no one is responding for this issue from bank side. Please check screenshot for transaction details.

                                I have complained in email but no use of it. I've made a transaction of rupees 1980 on 25 March transaction was not successful and amount had also been deducted from my account I have called to kv helpdesk number many times but they are receiving the call .                                     I have paid 1500Rs fee on union bank of india portal for my brother's Jan Feb and March session in kv Burhanpur. The transaction went successful but the ubi portal shows error and my money got deducted from the account.
                                    Please help in this regard...
