Dear Sir,
we have received a notification letter from CDSL in January month for updation PAN, Name, Address, Mail Id, Mobile number, Income and Nominee details in my Demat account which was opened in Union Bank of India and last date o[censored]pdation is till 31st march'22 otherwise CDSL will freez my account if the above details will not updated in the account.
And from the day of receiving this letter from CDSL I have started visiting Union Bank (Janakpuri branch) for getting form to mentioned all the above required information for updation in demat account but they don’t have any information regarding this and I am dependent on Union bank as they only can update my account or give direction how to sort this.
Now I am in a such condition where I don’t know how to manage my demat account or can’t withdraw my savings from it. Union bank is not providing any information to keeping active my account.
I am mentioning all the information for your necessary action. You are requested to help me to resolve this.

I had submitted the fee of my Daughter Kamakshi pandya on4 th of April 2022 by Internet banking payable to KV no2 Eklinggarh, Udaipur .Amount also debited from the account but still fees showing pending or defaulter list .if amount is debited the why do I pay fees of late fee charges . It is not fault of my side .So please do the need full account detail and amount details is attached.
