I have been drawing pension through union bank, north raju palem branch, kodavaluru (Mandal), sri potti sriramulu nellore (Dist), andra pradesh.

In the reference cited my date of birth is[protected]. I have attained 80 years of age on[protected]. I am entitled to get 20% additional pension for 80 years of age.
But until now as not at mingled additional pension i request your honour to kiny pay me 20% additonal pention on my new basic pension.

    UPI transaction failed but amount is debited

    I did transaction of RS.4000 through UPI android app on 15 March 2017 22:16 PM.
    Transaction status was showing failed but amount of RS 4000 debited from account and not credited in other account.
    I contacted customer care they "no service for UPI transaction issues", so
    Next day I contacted my branch manager for refund...

    With great pain am writing that i tried paying my son's kv fee through ubi site initially through credit card from abroad but it was not accepted for next ten tries... And then we tried through hdfc bank payment and it was initially showing pending transaction and then later after 3 days it shows as the fee is not paid.

    Now the fines are added to the fee on daily basis and it becomes impossible to pay the fees when abroad.

    Secondly, the class my son is studying, shown in the site is wrong.

    The site needs to improve much to accept the daily demands so as to enable facilitating easy pay either locally or through internationally.

      On 16th of march i made hp gas online booking using union bank netbanking option. But i got a message stating that payment has failed due to internal processing error. So i made one more transaction which was successful.
      Unfortunately money got debited twice from my account. It's been a month still i didn't my money refunded. Please look into it and do the needful. Please find my details below:

        On 5/01/17 the sum of 1100 x 2 times debited while swiping of my debit card with deepak iyer, but amount is not credited to the person, till now i complained with union bank n also customer care complaint no 19823336 date 06/01/17 n time 2.45 pm. Total amount has to be credit to my accoun is rs 2200,

        Please transfer the amount as soon as possible.

          I have recently downloaded union bank of india android application called "digi purse". After making an account in the app, i added ₹ 5000 from my sbi bank account into it. The amount was debited from my sbi account.

          Your payment of rs. 5000.0 successful. Amount will be reflected in your digipurse 4607 xxxx xxxx 8923 in 24 hrs. Info: topup/[protected]/

          It said that the amount added will be shown in my balance after 24hr. But its been three days. No money has been credited and no balance is shown. I have tried to contact the developer of the app. But there is no reply.

          I am thrown into an state of dilemma. I want to get my hard earned money back from a seemingly scam and fraudalent application by the bank.
          Kindly, please help me.

          The bank contracted me through email. The email address is [email protected]. Even after that it took quite sometime for the matter to be solved. But anyway it got solved. And iam at peace now.

          They only ask my register number and again and again and again abd doesnt say or do anything. Wasting my time, energy and money. I have given them the whole detailed screen shot of my account and still no reply.

            I am having sb ac for last 25 years in your fort branch having ac no [protected], i have submitted kyc norms more then 2 times { ac dorment, note bandi time } but the bank staff is harresing whenever i have urgency in doing banking transaction, i am really depressed by the service of your branch and non cooperative staff, i have total 18 accounts, the staff is not ready to do work in single shot by finding unnessecery mistakes in forms and procidure and are, very uncooperative, tommorrow i am submitting kyc forms for 3 rd time and hope it will be saved in system

              Today on 20/4/17 evening I am looking for withdrawal RS 1000/- from South Indian Bank ATM counter, but no money dispensed from atm machine, then I try two more times with different amounts, but as before no money came out from the ATM machine.
              Now the problem is that I have received several messages from my Union Bank is that money is debited from my account in spite of without getting money in my hand (failed attempts )

                I have a/c 12402 in the name of dalbir singh huf with lawrence road amritsar branch. I have a fixed deposit of 15lacs and i am getting monthly and quarterly interest. I submit 15g form every year for non deduction of tds. Being a handicapped i deputed my staff on dated 20/4/17 to get form for signing. But your official demands kyc. I talked her on phone and told her to handover kyc form and 15g form to my personal. I also pointed out that tds has been deducted in the month 4/17 she checked and confirmed that 15g for fy 2015- 16 is submitted and tds must be reversed and credit to my a/c but as she don't know procedure she referred it to sh. Harmeet singh i talked with him on phone and told him that i will complete all formalities however a notice for kyc was never given to me. But he refused to handover 15g form and insist me to come in the branch even though i am a divyaangjan. It is requested to refund my tds deducted a few days back and submit my 15g form and take action to these employees who do not know procedure and harassed me. If any tds be deducted will be there responsibility in future

                    My self ambar yadav, im a customar o[censored]nion bank of india. Im having an account in ubi phoolpur in utter pradesh acc no.[protected], presently im working in gurgaon evening around 7th o'clock i have tryed to withdraw a amount of rs 1500 from my account, from the indusind bank atm located at dlf phase 3 gurgon. When i entered the amount the atm showed your transaction is on process, suddenly it showed temporarly out of service. The ubi personnals not given any instruction that i should follow to gettig my amount back. Then i make a call to the call centre o[censored]bi they replaid me to complaint in the atm section. Iam requesting to u please consider my complaint and favour for my amount back.

Ofter onehour i have paid fee another time.That time the transaction says successfull. But two times debited our money.                         Hi,
                        I transferred amount of ₹1, 200 & ₹1, 500 by using umobile app. O[censored]nion bank of india on 20/03/2017.
                        Bank showed message of amount is swiped by my account through atm but transaction satus in app. Is to contact bank and your transaction is not successeful and amount of 1, 200 & 1, 500 debited from my account and not transfer to another account. Thats why i raised complaint. Then i visited branch they told me to complaint on customer care but i didnt get any reponse from there side so i again visited my branch then they suggest me to make online complaint and then i call to custmer care 3 times once they told "you will get money within 24 hours" and second time they told "call center can not help for case o[censored]mobile transaction fails. And you have to submit complaint via app only."
                        Then i send mail to [protected]@unionbankofindia.com on same day,...

                          I have done transaction of 700 rs in december 2016. amount is debited but transaction not completed.7-8 times called customer care and submited my complaint and they told me amount will be refunded in 45 working days but amount not refunded.
                          and now they ask me you are too late we will not refund your money.

                          now completed 5 months but amount not refunded yet.

                                My name is Sayyadali sayyad, i had very bad experience in the union bank at Goa, st.inez branch. Manager has no courtesy to clients she is very rude. We are corporate ppl we have to attend calls wherever we are but she talks very rudely to say go out and talk its very insulting.
                                And because of frustration i am closing my all acounts there and when i said this she was not bothered i think u should not keep such arrogant ppl.Hope u will consider my mail for betterment

                                KV school fees did not remit through making the payment ONLINE, due to curser did not go to the area of LOGIN. kindly rectify the server to easy login the making the payment to remit the KV school fees through online please.
                                After entering the UBI ID of the student, date of birth and capcha, the screen does not allow login for fees payment (9.4.2017 - 1.42 pm). How do you expect me to pay the fee before due date and are you going to charge penalty for delay which will not be acceptable to me

I have put the unique ID Number of the student and put the date of birth and filled up captcha. But the page is not allowing me to login. Please resolve the issue for making fees payment within the stipulated time.
