I am having sb ac for last 25 years in your fort branch having ac no [protected], i have submitted kyc norms more then 2 times { ac dorment, note bandi time } but the bank staff is harresing whenever i have urgency in doing banking transaction, i am really depressed by the service of your branch and non cooperative staff, i have total 18 accounts, the staff is not ready to do work in single shot by finding unnessecery mistakes in forms and procidure and are, very uncooperative, tommorrow i am submitting kyc forms for 3 rd time and hope it will be saved in system
