I am unable to do any transaction on my card not able to debit any amount from ATM with this card. I have recently replaced my card from my base branch and no such information was delegated to me for any other requirement. Also, I am not intimidated from the bank about blocking my transaction. I have tried reaching out to customer support multiple times, however they reject query with an excuse of system failure at their end....

With a wave of demonetization and cashless transactions eventhough India is not prepared for it, I made a debit card payment on an HP petrol pump to fill petrol of 100/- expecting I made a cashless move. I had tried to make a transaction from an ATM in Varanasi UP on 14 April 2017. I have been trying to contact the customer care since then but they don't respond.

I went for making my DD for a certain organisation.
