This complaint is about the bijnor branch in lucknow. I had opened my savings account 3 days ago but i haven't got the passbook till now. Whenever i go to the branch they just make excuses. One time they say to give welcome letter and other time they say printer not working. Branch address: Bijnaur, Lucknow near priyanka boys hostel. Branch No. [protected].

Account [protected] I have complaint UBI call center many times regarding my remaining balance of 9000.logged a complain 21540505, spoke to Deep Gupta on 5.4.17, spoke to Sumaiya on 13.4.17, spoke to M Aslam on 15.4.17, spoke to M Aslam again, Sateen on 28.4.17, Simran but still amount is not credited. Please credit my balance 9000 urgently,

      Sir, i applied for a D.D, but in hurry i wrote the wrong name of the branch where the D.D was to be send. so, next day when i told them to change one staff started yell that can't you even fill a form? and some other things. their tone was not right. so, i just wanted to say if they want customer to come to their bank then they should be as polite as they can.otherwise the customer would not come to their bank. i too wanted to close the bank account but i just wanted to complain, so next time they won't behave like this to me and others. there are many other banks, where i never saw any bank staff to talk to customer like that. they talk very politely. thank you.

        श्रीमान मैं UPI APP से अपने खाता संख्या [protected] से SBI के खाता संख्या [protected] IFSC CODE -SBIN0012499 में पैसा जमा कर रहा था मेरे ACCOUNT से 40000 रूपया कट गया लेकिन SBI के खाते में पैसा नहीं गया क्योकि TRANSACTION करते समय TECHNICAL ERROR का मैसेज आ रहा था ।
        अत। आपसे विनम्र निवेदन है कि मेरा पैसा मेरे खाते में वापस भेज दें

          Sir,
          I have Transacted my amount from union bank to other bank account using chillr app about Rs.2000 the transaction get failed and the amount got debited from my account again I tried for the same amount and it also failed same amount get debited from my account I tried about 4 times like wise 4 transaction got failed each time I transacted 2000 but only 2 times the amount got debited from my account i.e totally 4000 amount got debited from my account in between this transaction I got one message regarding refund i.e the amount of rs.2000 credited to my account at the same time I check the account balance but only credited message came but no amount got credited back to my account. The transaction was done at Friday i.e May12.I contacted your bank toll free number but there is no clear response.i am in need of that amount rs.4000.Please solve this problem.

            I have subscribed to ubi rupay prepaid card. On the website of irctc it is mentioned that top up of this card can be done by making payment in cash at any nearest branch o[censored]bi. However, when i approached ubi;s branch, i was told that facility of top up by cash is not available and top up of this card can be done by net banking only.
            If the local branch of the bank is giving me wrong information or the information given on the website of irctc is wrong.

              I am a. Venkata ranga teja. I am writing this complaint to get my money refund in my account.
              On 30/03/2017 i applied for the passport seva to get my passport. I booked the online slot and tried to pay the money of rs-1512 from my union bank account number:[protected]. The transaction was failed. But i got a message that money was debited from my account. So i locked a complaint on 06/04/2017 with the complaint number 21547348 to the union bank customer care to give the refund of my money. As it was one month to till date i didn't my money back. I had came in contact with the customer care members so many times but i am only getting "you should wait for 30 working days" as answer.
              So i request you to kindly refund my money back in my account as quickly as possible.

                Sub: wrongly dishonour of cheques due to insufficient funds, by you, as per details:
                1). Cheque no:097012dt.06042017 for rs67, 400/- from a/c
                No: [protected] in the name of lisa suri.

                2). Cheque no:092917dt.06042017 for rs67, 400/- from a/c
                No:[protected] in the name of taran suri.

                This is in reference to the talks we had with you.

                As per your records dt. 03042017 there has been sufficient amount to the credit of the above two accounts, yet the above two cheques when
                Presented, were dishonoured due to insufficient funds.
                This has brought a lot of inconvenience and mental tension, plus loss of reputation to us.
                You have also dabited the above two accounts with rs.230/- each (Totalrs460).
                More over the school has imposed bank charges and late fee amount of rs 500/each account (Totalrs 1000/-).

                We have suffered a financial loss of rs 460+1000=1460 on the above cheques.
                Kindly reimburse 230+500=730 each in the above two accounts and confirm.
                Also, how do you propose to compensate us for the inconvenience, mantel tension and loss of reputation.

                  I have a SB A/c. no.in UBI Br. Samata colony Raipur C.G. I have also a Demate A/c opend from this branch. The BO ID is-[protected]. I want to close this A/c. because of so many problems I am facing from the Bank. I had submitted a application for closure some one & half year ago, no action was taken. The employees have changed. Again I have submitted a new application for closer some one month ago, but till date no action is taken.I have no proof of submitting the application because they had not given any receipt of the same. At the last I am writting to you for closer of my DEMATE A/c.

                      I did a transaction on *99# of ₹1000 to a adhaar number. But it failed. ₹1000 debited from my account and still not credited to that adhaar number. Please return my money to my account as soon as possible.

                      In Union bank UPI app, there is a page of complaint status, but no option to submit complaint. I have that screenshot, will share on demand.

                            I have complaint UNION BANK OF INDIA's toll free number and UBI's Senior officer but nobody reply on my complaint.by ATM transaction from HDFC ATM showed transaction has been failed but 10000 has been deducted from my account on 13.04.17. The lapse of 1 month, my account has not been credited/refunded to my account which is effecting my financial crisis.

                            Kindly refund my amount 10000 which is deducted from my account by failed transaction as soon as possible.

                              As ur bank in our city is new and i was there to open a new account in ur bank but i could not open an account, because ur manager told me provide an introducer to this bank but i went through my friends but no body has an account in ur bank,, so pls let me know how such problems has to be solved
                              I hope i[censored] go in this way i dont know how many customer u will gain or before giving an application and wasting customers time u should ask either knows any one is there to interduce u to union bank

                                        Dear sir,

                                        Sub: wrongly dishonour of cheques due to insufficient funds, by you, as per details:

                                        1). Cheque no:097012dt.06042017 for rs67, 400/- from a/c

                                        No: [protected] in the name of lisa suri.

                                        2). Cheque no:092917dt.06042017 for rs67, 400/- from a/c

                                        No:[protected] in the name of taran suri.



                                        This is in reference to the talks we had with you.

                                        As per your records dt. 03042017 there has been sufficient amount to the credit of the above two accounts, yet the above two cheques when

                                        Presented, were dishonoured due to insufficient funds.

                                        This has brought a lot of inconvenience and mental tension, plus loss of reputation to us.

                                        You have also dabited the above two accounts with rs.230/- each (Totalrs460).

                                        More over the school has imposed bank charges and late fee amount of rs 500/each account (Totalrs 1000/-).

                                        We have suffered a financial loss of rs 460+1000=1460 on the above cheques.

                                        Kindly reimburse 230+500=730 each in the above two accounts and confirm.

                                        Also, how do you propose to compensate us for the inconvenience, mantel tension and loss of reputation.
