On 15 december, 2016 at around 12.30 in night while withdrawing Rs.1500 cash from UNITED BANK OF INDIA ATM the aforesaid amount got deducted from the account but cash was not dispensed by the atm machine and amount got deducted from my account. I complained the customer care but after two days they give the reply that i must complaint in Nanded branch and i did the same but still no action has been taken.

I would like to draw your kind attention towards my education loan account which has been marked as NPA since last 8 months even after paying EMI regularly in advance & i have been chasing the bank from last 8 month to correct the mistake they did and upgrade it to normal account...

1. Extremely difficult to reach the bank
2. Even if one manages to contact one, resolution will take ages.

The bank still expects customers to visit their branches( in fact just the home branches), stand in queue and request the bank staff to listen to their problems while other counterparts have moved...

I made a road tax payment of Rs 2610 on 15/01/2017 through union net banking but after transaction successfull page it shows a error. When i generate the receipt on odisha tax website it shows that bank transaction was not successful.
so i immediately contact union bank customer care he said after 7 days balance refund.
But after 10 days my balance not refunded.
so pleses refund my money because 2610 is very high rupee...

Today one of Union Bank of India's executive telephoned and did conversation without any clarity in voice. Even I have repeated several times for the clarity, he failed to communicate anything. I request you to please communicate the same through mail, which will become a record also for our future reference. I once again mentioned below the reference numbers in CIBIL.
