Wrong Charge Deduction

I have a Saving Account opened in Pashan Branch Pune. I got it opened as a Student Account, as one of the representative from the branch came to our college and told us that the account will be a zero balance account. Initially it was a zero balance account, but after some time it automatically changed into General account and I have been charged fine for not maintaining the balance. I would like to know by whose confirmation the account...

My ATM card was lost on dated 6.4.2013 in kurukshetra at 8.30 pm. After that ,I Iodged my F.I.R. in the near police staion and start trying to lock my ATM through customer care of the bank. But , their customer care officer was not connected for 12 hours.Therefore, some one has swiped my card, and take out Rs 5000.My card was blocked by the
customer care at 8.15am on 7.4.2013. Now bank is not responding appropriately.
Help me.

      I requested for a personalized ATM Card on helpline no they told me in next 7 working days card will be received on Branch but still after 50 days card is not received on the branch. I do not know where to complain for this because customer care did not gave me any docket no and branch have no clue about this. How to resolve this problem.

        My name is lalit kumar meena from ahmedabad. I have a union bank of india credit card that i have been issued some three years back from credit card department, Mumbai. I generally used that for railway e-ticketing and sometimes in some stores. In 2012 i did’t use my credit card for atleast 6-7 months because i have to gone for my studies at jaipur and credit card remains at ahmedabad at my safe. In oct 2012 when i came back i used it for one transaction and that for railway e-ticket of Rs.1300 something, but when next month bill came it was of Rs9500/- showing many invalid(wrong) transactions and all transactions were from foreign countries i.e international transaction seems like my card was hacked by some IT expert and used it. That time i immediately called up union bank of india customer care and told them about all this wrong happening. Customer care executive suggested me to block credit card immediately i followed him and instruct him to please block my card. Next day i mail to credit card department and told them about all this wrong happening. They told me to sent a written complaint duly signed by me. On the very next day i draft a complaint letter duly signed by me and mail the same to credit card cell. They replied next day that they will taken up the matter to visa authorities and settle the matter very soon. After few days bank sent a letter to me and instruct me to pay all the money. I replied back to them that why should i pay the money even though i did’t use a single rupee from that amount .it’s your system failure that somebody hacked your system and used customers credit card and its your responsibility to give full security to customers account so that no body used that for unfair mean. From that day i repeadetly mail to credit card department and cheif grievances officer but no result come so far. They don’t even replied to my mails. Few days back when i mail to chief grievances officer about all this he replied and sought new complaint letter from me. Once again i sent a letter through e-mail but nothing results come so far.
        Evermonth union bank of india issues a new statement and and charge service charge and intrest on that disputed amount that i did’t use. I told them please don’t sent me those statement because i am not liable to pay that money but they do not listen.
        Sir, its very IRRITATING,FRUSTATING AND CAUSED MENTAL DISTURBANCE. As a good customer i did what i can do i.e.block card, lodge complaint, follow up my matter. But thet linger my matter from last 4 months. Recently i got to know about my CIBIL REPORT and that showed me defaulter. I don’t understand till now what i have done wrong so that i have to face this bad situation. In future i have to face bad circumstances in dealing with banks for getting credit from them . I told them many times to please delete those entries from my credit card statement also service charge and interest charged on those invalid transactions but they are not interested in solving the issue. NOW ON 9/3/2013 I PAID ALL THE MONEY WITH INTREST AND SERVICE CHARGE THEY CHARGED TO ME FROM NOV2012 TILL NOW BECAUSE THEY ALREADY PUT MY DETAILS ON CIBIL THAT SHOWS ME IN DEFAULTERS LIST.
        What is my fault?? I do not understand why they do not solve my matter i called them many times but not a positive response i get from them. I mail atleast 40 times but they are not ready to solve the issue. Please help me out sir.
        I attached all the relevant documents(e-mails) that i sent to union bank of india below.
        Please find the attachment below.

        I hope i will get justice from this forum. Please instruct union bank of india to remove all this invalid transactions from my credit card statement also interest and service charge they charged on those invalid transactions from nov2012 till now.

        Credit Card — its about the wrong transection frm my account

        dear sir...


        iam a user of axis bank(abh).before two month i have used my ATM card for 5000 rs.but the ATM machine give a cash of amount 3500 rs. when i have check my balance, its 5000 low.so 1500 rs extra charged frm my acount no.[protected]. i have also given this complaint in written form to the respected branch, but bank do nothing for me.
        so pls help me for solving my problem.

          I got education loan from union bank of india modaiur branch at polur taluk thiruvannamalai dist in tamilnadu. i pay the due amount in every month. but they are send a warning letter to every 3 months once. and they add 600 ruppes in every month in my loan amount. so i realy worried and my good name is spoiled. so kindly take action for this issues....

            Hi,

            This is regarding a False debit of INR 10000/- for the amount which was never dispensed from UBI ATM.
            I am a Punjab National Bank account holder (A/c No.[protected] tried to withdraw a sum of Rs ten thousand on 30/12/2012 from a Union Bank of India ATM at Babulnath Branch. due to system failure the transaction was declined and no Cash and Receipt was dispensed from the ATM machine. I waited for few minutes, but of no Use.but later on i found that the amount was debited from my PNB account. when lodged a complaint on PNB customer service, they rejected the complaint after week time, saying that same has been declined from UBI bank as the withdrawal was successful.
            when I contacted my Branch at Deslile road, chinchpokli, the Manager directed me to UBI bank as they will be resolving the issue and when I visited UBI manager she refuse to entertain any help as the it was not there area of operation. Now both the banks are not Helping me to get my money back.
            I spoke to Both Banks managers & personnel several times, and also contacted the ATM and IT personnel to get the proofs that the cash was not dispense, but nobody is doing anything.
            also the IT guy said the transaction is of 30 Dec'12 so the ATM camera Images will be removed after 90 days, and this seems to be only proof that the cash was not dispensed. so kindly confirm what else can be done on this and ASAP. as I have very less time to close this.

                I would like to inform you that on 22.01.13, I withdrawn an amount of Rs.20000.00 vide record no.5171 from your ATM ID no.NRAN[protected] which is located at Hindalco,Muri (Ranchi) factory premises. I have been provided 40 notes of rupees 500 and out of which 1(one) notes of rupees 500 is duplicate and the same has been informed to the security personal and also informed the Union bank Muri Branch,they are asked me to submit a application.I submitted the same on 23.01.2013 but now the bank says that he can't do anything. As per my knowledge ATMs are meant for withdrawing money on urgent/emergency basis and if such incidents happens then how can we rely on this system. I request you to please let me know how to replace this duplicate notes.

                    My unrefund amount is Rs 3145.80
                    Till date no refund has been recieved from bank side and whenever i call they tell me to wait for another 7 working days.
                    I am heavily irritated due to this and need that money urgently.

                      respected sir/mam,
                      i mandeep singh ahuja customer o[censored]nion bank of india,sakchi branch(kalimati road) had booked my ticket on 21/11/2012 from new delhi to new bongaigaon whose pnr number is-[protected] of rajdhani expree.Due to some reasons i cancelled my tickets on 28/12/2012 and the amount was refunded by the irctc.co.in on 30/12/2012 but the bank has not yet credited the amount.The amount to b refunded is Rs. 10226,but the bank is making delay in crediting the amount.I am just being asked to wait for two days and check the balance again and again.I firstly complaint on 6/01/2013, but no action has been taken yet.

                      so sir/mam I hope that you take strict action against this as soon as possible.

                          Please note your bill for October 2012 was not received by me and I had complained vide my email dt.10th November 2012. Therefore your late payment charges are unjustified and should be reversed. Further in your bill dt.20th October 2012. 4 entries were “ BOGUS ”. I had complained several times on telephone emails dt. 12/11/2012, 12/12/2012, 13/12/2012 , 18/12/2012 & letters dt. 12/12/2012 & 18/12/2012. And had made payment of Rs.2,000/- on 09/12/2012 which was after deducting the BOGUS payment ( excess in fact ). Again you have charges interest & service charges of Rs.427.50 + 46.00 in your bill dt.20th Dec.2012.
                          Kindly reverse this immediately & oblige.

                            sir i have done online payment with debit card on 22/11/12 .my transaction was failed and then i complain this at union bank at 2 of dec 2012. they told me you will got refund with in 7 days but sir didn't got any refund . i complain my time .. on 11,14,17,20 dec regularly.. but i didn't got refund and sir they have not give me any reason. i do transaction at xatonline.net.in and i also complain there. but i didn't get any response

                              sir myself gopal ramani i had taken a bank loan for buy a flat at fixed rate of interest in the year 2005 and the bank had sent me approval letter of loan and after two or three years they made it floating rate of intrest and my emi was 8000/- but after paying emi's we were mentally disturbed how the loan amount is not coming down so we sold the flat to clear the bank loan as no one was ready to answer at the bank about intrest rates and tell us they have done it by mistake . so for that we lost our peace and sold the flat . we want justice from bank side as they took huge intrest as already i have full documents of loan approval and i can prove its bank fault as the manager is not listening since 4 years

                                I have made a transaction on Monday, December 10, 2012, at union bank of India ATM of Rs: 3000, but i only got Rs.1500 for that transaction but the slip which came out showed the full amount and showed transaction success alert. This was done at UBI KHARI BAOLI BR/KHARIBAOLI ATM on[protected]/11:16:37. Sir I have made a call at the customer care center of my bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, about this and they had given me a request number 1-[protected] for that. Please check there CTV footage for that cash withdrawn on that date of my transaction, because all of the ATMs have that facility and that will give you the clear picture of that transaction for all the matter.

                                  I'm raveendran from kerala .I tried to withdraw Rs8000 from devolopment credit bank ATM from bombay using Union bank debit atm card,but couldn't recieve the money .when I checked the balance after,it was shown that Rs 8000 has been withdrawn .when I enquiered in the union bank, the bank officials told me that the money could not be refunded .the transaction ID was [protected][protected]D-8000.kindly do the necessary action to refund my money .

Today on 1/12/13 time13.59 I tried to withdraw rs 10000 from PNB ATM ID p3460900' TXN no 9024' but I did not get money from machine, but got SMS on my mo no about debit of rs 10000.i got slip from machine stating TRANSACTION DECLINED, RESPONCE CODE CONTACT BANK. Pl credit my amount back to my account. Sanjay Nipane.

                                    i am retired central govt servat i am taking my pension form union bank of india medical collage road bashartpur gorakhpur u.p. my pension for the month on nov 12 is not cridited in my account tildate. on enquary from bank it found that conern bank not submitted alive certificate when i was submitted on 12.11.2012 in avov e branch please look into matter and make immidiate payment with interest my p.p.o.no.is[protected]

                                      I WENT TO UNION BANK WHEN THIS HAPPENED THERE THE MANAGER TOLD ME TO GO TO AXIS BANK
                                      BUT THE BANK WAS CLOSED,SO I WENT TO AXIS BANK BRANCH AT NEXT DAY,THEN COMPLAINT LOGGED BY THEM AND TOLD
                                      ME THAT U WILL GET UR MONEY IN BETWEEN 7 TO 10 DAYS..BUT NOTHING WAS HAPPENED IN THESE DAYS, SO I AGAIN
                                      CONTACT TO THE BRANCH ABOUT THIS MATTER THEY TOLD ME THAT IT WILL TAKE TIME ABOUT 15 TO 20 DAYS,
                                      I WAS LOOKING FOR RESULT ACCORDING TO THE AXIS BANK, BUT I CAN'T RECIEVE MY MONEY YET,
                                      NOW IT'S 2ND MONTH GOING ON AND THEY TOLD THAT UNION BANK REJECTED MY COMPLIANT 2 TIMES.
                                      NOW I M VERY DEPRESSED N FINALLY DECIDED TO GO FOR CONSUMER FORUM.

                                      I HAVE ATTACHED ONE COPY GIVEN BY AXIS BANK REGARDING THE REJECTION AND
                                      ANOTHER ONE IS MY TRANSACTION RECIEPT
                                      KINDLY GUIDE ME WHAT TO DO FOR THE SAME? WHEN MY MONEY WILL BE PAID BACK?

                                      I Visit in Ambala, i have swapped my card from SBI Bank atm and then from HDFc (Ambala Cantt Sadar Bazaar Branch) It was the matter of 31st March2010.
                                      Total Balance before Swapping the card is 6300/-
                                      Balance deduct from my Account -4000 Rs

                                      I Visit in Ambala Branch but No Response From
                                      Sir what can I do??

                                      Union Bank — Bank Mistake

                                      Sir,
                                      I had paid fees of Rs.300/- for the Union Bank Recruitment Project - 2010 Clerk, but your C.G. Road, Ahmedabad Branch personnel had not mentioned Branch SOL Id and Transaction ID on the challan.
                                      Due to this mistake I am unable to file my online application on 16/12/10. I am enclosing scanned copy oy challan receipt.

                                      Please take needful action and guide me to ensure my candidature in the upcoming Recruitment Project. I am very desparate to appear in exams.
