This was regarding the grievances related to UBI account, I am not able to perform any transaction since 07-Mar-2021 after my andhra bank account was migrated to UBI. I have dropped an email to the ebanking o[censored]BI but it went unanswered. I called the customer care several time every time they are enable the password and ask me to wait for 30 minutes. After which still we are not able to make any online transactions. Please help in resolving the issue at the back end.

      Money is debited from my union bank account... But page on the screen shows unsuccessful transaction and money has not receive at receiver's end

        I have ordered a product from flipkart. They have stated that the refund is completed but amount has not been credited into my account. Same issue happed woth jio app also. My amount was deducted but recharge was not done. Amount has not got credited. Please look into it.

            I returned my product with order id[protected] and got email on 7 June that they have confirm that refund for amount 849.00 has been successfully processed on[protected] and the amount should reflect in your account by now. And Refund Reference #[protected] this.

            BUT till today i didn't received my money.

              I returned a product which order id is 43133818 and which costed me 591rs and got email on 18/06/2021 that they(bewakoof) have processed my refund and which can be reflect in 3 to 5 day but still yet I didn't receive my refund.

                    I am holding SB A/c No.[protected] in Rajbhawan Road Branch, Hyderabad. I am not getting my monthly statements regularly. The last statement I received was in the month of Feb 2021. Earlier I gave a mail requesting the same but there was no response. Being a customer of your bank for so long I expect a decent reply to the mail, even if not for my grievance adressed.                         Union Bank internet banking has now provided option to login to income tax filing site from internet banking.
                        However after I select my customer id from the drop down, I am supposed to select my account number from the next drop down.

                        This is where there's a problem. The account number is never displayed in the drop down list. All it says is Select.
                        See the attached screenshot. Note that the customer id is masked in the screenshot.
                        Union bank is requested to fix this bug at the earliest Thanks and regards

                            When I login to my Union bank internet banking, i notice that there is no option to login to income tax efiling.
                            It's not clear if the option has been taken down.
                            Contacting ebanking/internet banking emails or branch are not responding.
                            I do not whom to contact now.
                            I called customer support of income tax dept and they said that union bank is available for e-verify return.
                            Union bank should either fix this fast or clearly state on their website that this option is no longer available.

                              My money RS 2500 was deducted from my bank account but order not placed on 20th april
                              Snapdeal already intiated the refund a months ago but bank not credited my account

                                I visited bank on 05/06/21 and requested for issue of tds form 16a and interest certificate for fy[protected] but bank official told thes are not available and he can not tell by which time these will be made available. Thus putting me at this age of 73 years in covid time to great harrassment. The bank manager or other senior officil was not availabl in the bank.
                                It is requested to apprise the status and send form 16a for tds and interest certificate by email at the earliest

                                  I have a debit card atm is working properly but during upi pin generation the card details are not accepted and it is shown you have put invalid card details.
                                  Upi pin is not been generated

                                    I ordered from home center on 23 April 2021 online. The amount got deducted from my account 4702 twice same day. but the order was not placed successfully i have receive a message that your transaction is failed. I waited for the refund. Then I have talk with customer care center o[censored]nion bank on 26 April 2021 they have registered the complaint, they told me that they have processed the refund and the outcome will be before 7 may 2021, on 7 may have contact with call center they have ask me to send the email to union bank Then I sent an email to Union Bank of India, till date there is no reply from bank and even the call center o[censored]nion bank is unable to resolved the issue, they have also closed my complaint which was registered without solving the issue on[protected] even i have talk with the senior call center team he also can not solve the issue ., it is almost 47 days since i have made the complaint .
