                Hello sir
                I ordered an item 8th march from flipkart. But then cancelled it due to delay issues. So flipkart has successfully initiated the amount of ₹674 on 10th march. I had to get the amount within a day (11th march) as per banking rules. But till now i din't receive the amount. I was told to contact bank as they have successfully initiated the amount. They have provided me reference number.
                Please help me to solve this issue.

                      My name is vishal ranjan and my account in union bank of india (ac/no. [protected]). i did one transaction of 2017rs on 26 jan 2021 on flipkart but due to some problem with order flipkart has refunded my money on 28 jan 2021 but if didn't got the refund so i complained on the bank with the given transaction reference no. which is[protected] and bank registered a complained with a complaint no. ([protected] and told me to wait for few days but after waiting for 20 days they told me to go and visit home branch 2 time for the resolution and when i went there they told me to contact customer care we can not do anything then after 20days customer care said that some issue with the complaint so we have to again register the complaint and they register a new complaint on 10 march with a complaint no. ([protected]) and after 15 days they again said me to visit home branch where they told me the same thing again that they can not do anything only costumer care will solve this and after 1 month customer care told me that we have seen your issue and problem is that what transaction reference no. you have provided we haven't got any money from this reference no. so talk to flipkart.
                      then i have talked to flipkart that bank told me that he hasn't got any money from this transaction reference no. so they asked me to raise a charge back dispute file from the home branch so i went there and asked for charge back dispute form then they told me they don't know anything about it and they said me to write a complaint for charge back dispute and gave me a claim ref no. ([protected]). when i share a copy of this application then flipkart told me that is not charge back dispute this is only an application so please ask your bank for proper charge back dispute so i again called costumer care with the previous complaint no. to raise a proper charge back dispute and now costumer care is saying that your complaint is under process and you are advised to visit home branch then i asked him that last month you guys told me that the transaction ref no. provided by you bank haven't received any amount with that and now your are saying that your complaint is under processing from 10 march and today is 1st may then they told me this information is showing and i don't know which person said you what. they again ask me to visit home branch and i told them in home branch i have filled application and gave then the claim ref no, i got from the bank and now again they are saying that your complaint is under processing it will take time.
                      Sir it already took more than 3 month and ubi bank registered my complaint 2 time and its more than 2 month they are no doing any progress on the complaint and asking me again and again to visit home branch where they tell me again and again that they can not do anything so please help me sir solve my issue they are mentaly tortureing me

                        I have the above mentioned account with your branch. i faced a problem on 01 july apply new pan card online processing incomplete While doing the transaction online through My debit card the amount has been deducted from my account 499 rs.
                        Till now the deduced money does not refund To my account. So, i kindly request you please take a look at this issue and solve my problem as soon as possible

                            Dear Sir/Madam,
                            Please note that we have submitted a form for branch and address change request to Beeramguda branch on 09th April'21 morning hours and they have advised to wait 10-15 days for update.
                            Today 30th April'21-Friday we went to the same branch and requested for the update - they responded in a different way and told us to wait more 15 days !!! It means address/branch change requested will be updated/confirmed in min 30-40 days???

                            We are not getting proper response from Beeramguda - Union Bank staff even after calling and raising complaints to customer / HO as well.

                            Please note that still we haven't heard back from Union Bank regarding this complaint/issue - today also we visited the same branch and they said to visit after 16th...WHAT IS THIS??????????????????

                            We had submitted required docs to Beeramguda branch team on 09th April'21...!!!

                              My self Gaurav Goel, i ordered a product (Ustraa Hair Wax worth rs. 385/--) from amazon on[protected] . But my product was totally defected so i returned my product on[protected] to amazon. I claimed for refund to amazon so amazon send me a message for initiating refund that they had initiated my refund on[protected] but yet i didn't get any message from my bank that for any transaction for rs. 385/- i called to amazon and they provide me a reference no.[protected] for my transaction. I called to my bank "union bank of india" they said there is no transanction on that date after that again i called to amazon and discussed with this problem they advised to file charge dispute, (Reference no.[protected] so i want to do charge dispute file.
