I have done a transaction using phone pay but transaction failed and amount rs 6000/-has been deducted from my account on 9 Aug 2019.till today the money is not refunded to my account.
I have contacted the ubi branch mauganj, but no response is given by the branch manager.

Please solve this issue as soon as possible.

        I purchased one by cycle on 15th july from amazon which is received on 18th july paid through cod. But due to some issue i had to return the product and i got the mail from amazon that refund has initiated. On 25th again i got mail with ref no from amazon but didn't get the amount in the ac which is maintaining with union bank patna main branch. Kindly resolve the issue

        When I will get my money back

          Dear sir

          A refund of 1700 rupees was successfully processed on 25 july, 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my ubi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

          I have called the union bank of india customer service and also emailed the union bank of india of india. Including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

          I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

          Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                  I have visited the union bank number of times. The worker are very slow and lazy . They don't respect any person even the senior citizens . This is the worst bank i have ever seen . Even the machine are not in working condition . Please put rapt attention on your employees

                    I use state bank of india (Kharkhoda meerut uttar pradesh) atm for debit the money suddenly light has gone and the transaction is not completed and 10000rs are deducted from my account on 10 march 2019.
                    I inform the bank manager of (Sbi kharkhoda meerut) immediately and customer care also i fill the pre-arbitration form two times first 22 may 2019 and the second 27 june 2019 but still, i don't get my amount back. You can also check the cctv footage of 10 march 2019 from 2:00 pm and do inspection cash is withdrawn from atm or not.
                    Both banks (Sbi and union) and customer care will not respond to me.
                    I humble request to you please do something and give my amount back which is deducted from my account.

                      I twinkle vanjara customer o[censored]nion bank has deposited 20000 rs at sanjan branch atm cdm machine on 23 july 2019 around 6:30 pm
                      As per the deposit the receipt was not received from the machine during transaction.
                      An since the next day my account has still not reflecting the deposit amount which were deposited in cdm atm.
                      As per the issues i have discussed regarding bank an register complaint to bank but there is no positive repose by them. They are laughing actully

                      I cancelled the product on amazon on friday last week... I paid using my credit card.. 6 days have been over..There is no refund stilll but if i contact amazon they told that they have transacted the money to my account on friday itself.But why bank take a long time to refund itt when i will get refund back

                        Respected sir/ma'am,

                        This concern the loan account number [protected] with union bank of india, chinsurah, ifsc code - ubin0552933 under the name of sumit mahato.

                        I would like to bring this to your notice that i have been regularly paying installments against the education loan sanctioned to me. Despite being from a not so economic well off family, my parents had did their best to pay the interest generated upon my loan account during my education tenure. Post graduation due to instability of securing a suitable job, i was not able to pay my monthly installments towards the loan account. But ever since i secured a stable job suiting my educational qualification, i have started paying the emis (Rs. 7000) against my loan regularly (Every month starting from january).
                        Please note as per the discussion during the loan sanction, i was informed that the repayment tenure of the loan amount is at least 10 years. Despite that the bank has been repeatedly calling me and addressing me as a defaulter. First of all, this is the first loan under my name so technically i am not liable to be addressed as defaulter. Secondly, i was informed by the bank that my loan account has been made npa, to which i have least knowledge but i understand that even this doesn't makes me a defaulter, as the account was npa only in the fiscal year 2018-19. Based on that the bank has been sending me court's notice on the aforementioned matter which is so not necessary. Also note, that the bank has also been calling me from the last 2 months to increase the emi amount to rs.10, 000. I had informed the bank earlier and repeatedly that paying the said amount will not be possible for me as my salary is not that much.
                        I will like to bring this to your notice that i live in bangalore and i toil hard to earn a living here and moreover, as informed earlier i do not hail from a very economic well to do family background.
                        Lastly, i would like to assure you that i very well intend to pay off this debt on me as earlier as possible. I would also request your team to please do not spam me through calls on a regular basis and especially during my work hours.
                        Please note, that i come from an educated well behaved family up-bringing and i look forward to a peaceful and prosperous life ahead. Therefore, i would possible not even come across the thought of not paying off the loan upon my name.

                              I ordered a book and earphone, and i returned it to amazon. But didn't got my refund yet. I then contacted amazon regarding this, but they told that they have done refund process, it is my bank who is responsible for my refund. They told me to file a complaint. I have also contacted the branch manager but he told they are not responsible for this. Now i'm stuck with my payment refund. I request you to please take action regarding my issue.

                                    I deposited 14000 in CDM o[censored]nion Bank Of India with denominations of 500*12 and 2000*1 ... After filling all the details and putting cash in the tray ...machine start counting and then showed error and print a reciept of Contact To Bank Manager... I Complaint to Bank Manager he said that it will take 30 Days time and gives no surety of that...pls do something

                                    I write an application to Bank Manager, he said that ur money will be refunded to your account within 10-15 days... The date of incidence is 15 July 2019, the bank refunded money on 22 july2019

                                      On 8th of june
                                      I did two transactions 27470₹ and 27029₹ on amazon, but due to some reason i returned the products to amazon.
                                      They refunded me on 21st june with two refund reference numbers[protected] amount 27370₹ and[protected] amount 26929₹)
                                      These amounts are not credited to my account yet
                                      Its been more than 20 days but still i didnt get my money back
                                      Please help me with resolving this issue as soon as possible
