Dear sir,

I am a holder of certificate o[censored]nit trust of india - children's gift growth fund, 1986, the details of the certificate are as under:-

Date of certificate - 01/08/2002;
Certificate number - [protected] (To be protected);
Date of purchase - 07/09/1993;
Date of maturity - 04/09/2013;
Rate of income distribution - 14.00%.

Due to shifting of our house, the certificate got misplaced, however, we have find the certificate, i want to know how can i claim the maturity proceeds of the certificate and how can i know the maturity amount as on the date of complaint... Kindly do the needful and let me know the procedure...

[protected] dates 09/03/1995, in my name m prakruthi date of maturity being 09/03/2015. Till date i have not received any status about this. I have heard that the scheme does not exist anymore. So kindly advice what should i do.

Unit Trust of India Mutual Fund [UTIMF] Customer Care's response Under Id no.[protected] ARS bond certificate 42499714 for 382 bonds is still outstanding (under stop) in our records.

In order to release the payment under Id no.[protected] for the aforesaid bond certificate kindly submit the CGGF 86 certificate [protected] or any other investment proo[censored]nder the captioned investment and ARS bond redemption form duly filled in all respect and signed by the unit holder PRIYANKA KUMARI.

The signature o[censored]nit holder should be attested by bank manager under his official seal mentioning the details such as name, employee code & designation. Also submit the self attested copy of photo Id proof, address proof, bank statement or cancelled cheque leaf.
