Unit Trust of India Mutual Fund [UTIMF] Customer Care's response Maturity has already been processed under Id no.[protected] for the aforesaid ARS bond certificate. The maturity cheque has been issued and same stands paid to unit holder's bank account at, ' PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK MADHUBAN, BASNI 342901 Savings 1000' vide payment details are furnished below:

Unit Trust of India Mutual Fund [UTIMF] Customer Care's response The details of the certificates are given below:

1. CGGF 86 certificate [protected]

Units under the CGGF 86 certificate [protected] have been converted into ARS bonds vide bond certificate 44019442 for 45 bonds under investor Id no.[protected].

Maturity had already been processed under Id no.[protected] for the aforesaid ARS bond certificate. The maturity cheuqe and consolidated interest cheque were issued vide MICR nos. 345681 & 274254 dated 28-Sep-2010 for Rs.4510/- and Rs.1485/- respectively and dispatched to unit holder's registered address, however the same are returned to us as undelivered by the postal authorities.

To release the said payments, kindly submit a letter mentioning complete address and bank details duly signed by the unit holder P MADHAVAN. The signature o[censored]nit holder should be attested by bank manager under his official seal mentioning the details such as name, employee code & designation. Also submit the self attested copy of photo Id proof, address proof, bank statement or cancelled cheque leaf.

2. RUP 94 certificate R[protected] – Id no.[protected]

Units under the above captioned RUP certificate have been converted into ARS bonds vide bond certificate 30542827 for 48 bonds under investor Id no.[protected].

Maturity had already been processed under Id no.[protected] for the aforesaid ARS bond certificate. The maturity cheuqe was ssued vide MICR nos. 37747 dated 02-Apr-2009 for Rs.4958/- and dispatched to unit holder's registered address, however the same is reported as stale in our records. Further the interest amount of Rs. 158.40, Rs. 158.40 and Rs. 1200.53 are uncalimed as well.

In order to release the aforesiad payments, kindly submit a letter mentioning complete address and bank details duly signed by the unit holder P SAVITHRI. The signature o[censored]nit holder should be attested by bank manager under his official seal mentioning the details such as name, employee code & designation. Also submit the self attested copy of photo Id proof, address proof, bank statement or cancelled cheque leaf.

The maturity cheque has been issued and same stands paid as per our records vide payment details are furnished below:

Further the interest amount of Rs. 151.80, Rs. 910.80 & Rs. 521.22 are unclaimed as well.

In order to release the aforesaid payments, kindly submit a letter mentioning complete address and bank details duly signed by the unit holder PRAGATI. The signature o[censored]nit holder should be attested by bank manager under his official seal mentioning the details such as name, employee code & designation. Maturity has already been processed under Id no.[protected] for the aforesaid ARS bond certificate. The maturity amount of Rs.12156/- and consolidated interest amount of Rs.3993/- have been issued and sent ot unit holder's bank account through NEFT at, ' INDIAN BANK AVADI 600071 Savings[protected]' with settlement date 28-Jan-2020.

Kindly note that all the payments have been made and there are no outstanding dues under the captioned investment.

The redemption amount of Rs.3156.79 had been issued vide warrant no. RD400113C00017109 and sent to unit holder's bank account though ECS at, 'THE VAISH CO-OP NEW BANK LTD (VNB), HAUZ QUAZI; NEW DELHI, Savings A/c no. 5374 with settlement date 02-Apr-2004.

The said bond certificate was dispatched to unit holder's registered address, however the same is returned to us as undelivered by the postal authorities.

In order to release the maturity payment and interest payments kindly submit the RUP 99 certificate or any other investment proof and ARS bond redemption form duly filled in all respect and signed by the unit holder KU MONIKA SHARMA. The signature o[censored]nit holder should be attested by bank manager under his official seal mentioning the details such as name, employee code & designation. Also submit the self attested copy of photo Id proof, address proof, bank statement or cancelled cheque leaf.
