Unit Trust of India Mutual Fund [UTIMF] Customer Care's response Units under the RUP 94 (II) certificate [protected] have been converted into ARS bonds vide bond certificate 32770088 for 46 bonds under investor Id no.[protected].

Maturity had already been processed under Id no.[protected] for the aforesaid ARS bond certificate. The maturity cheuqe was ssued vide MICR no. 552052 dated 01-Sep-2009 for Rs.4600/- and dispatched to unit holder's registered address, however the same is reported as stale unclaimed in our records. Further the interest amount of Rs. 151.80, Rs. 910.80 & Rs. 521.22 are unclaimed as well.

In order to release the aforesaid payments, kindly submit a letter mentioning complete address and bank details duly signed by the unit holder PRAGATI. The said bond certificate was dispatched to unit holder's registered address, however the same is returned to us as undelivered by the postal authorities.

In order to release the maturity payment and interest payments kindly submit the RUP 99 certificate or any other investment proof and ARS bond redemption form duly filled in all respect and signed by the unit holder KU MONIKA SHARMA. The signature o[censored]nit holder should be attested by bank manager under his official seal mentioning the details such as name, employee code & designation. Also submit the self attested copy of photo Id proof, address proof, bank statement or cancelled cheque leaf.

Sir this has been a issue for past 3 years now for my children unit growth fun unit scheme 1986 (Claise-8). After every single formality was done after the fund matured in 2014. My unit certificate no. Is[protected], name o[censored]nit holder is nirnay acharya. The date of maturity was given 28/06/2014 and we had applied for the same in that year itself on december. After every single formality was completed it has been 2019 now and still the money is not funded in the account. I would really want to know what has really happened and this is really being hectic if this the work process of government. I would want your immediate attention on my compaint along with a solution.

My grand father brought 200 unit (2000rs) on 3rd april 1997 as a plan of rajlakshmi unit plan (Ll) rup (Ll) on the name of member child barnali kirtania that is me. And after 20 years the bond should be matured. When l approached them for my money they said that the money has been paid on 2004 as the plan was canceled. Bt my grand father died on 2002 and i've my certificate too. Sir plz do something so that i can get my money. My membership no - [protected]

Why now i am asking because while i was going through my old documents, i came across your statement letter dated[protected]. Hence i am writing to you. (Now i am a retired employee and a senior citizen)

I had invested 1500 rs in 1998, the maturity date of the plan is Jan 18 ... Till date have not received any money from the scheme...is this a fraud or something...or should I complain to SEBI ...I have physical membership certificate as a proof ...the maturity amt is rs 21000..I want my money

I hold units under CCCF 93 on 27/11/1995 need them to be encashed please provide assistance for the same as no update has been received regarding for the same...I have 590.441 units and mode of pay was half yearly...I need the details for customer support team or the head office to speak regarding encashment of the bonds ..

150 Mutual fund units from Unit Trust of India were issued in accordance with the provisions of the Rajlakshmi Unit Plan II formulated under the Rajlakshmi Unit Scheme II to my relative on 21.11.1997 and the maturity date was 21.11.2014 but till date my relative have not received maturity amount and no details of the company is available for contacting. Please help
