An online refund from amazon.in was initiated on 29 September 2020 refund reference number- 30005402680262204782141 and has not been credited in my account yet. My account number is[protected] . I went to the branch and gave the refund reference number to the branch manager as well and he was very arrogant to the issue, without even checking he said it’s not there, when I asked him to dispute the transaction as refund not processed he said he’ll see what he can do. This has happened before too. The branch manager is very impolite to customers

I ordered a product from Amazon on 25 Jun 2020, 7:23 p.m. But my order was cancelled. I paid through debit card which amount is 1540/ this amount is not credit in my account till now.. The UBI bank of baishnabghata patuli branch saying that no money has come and Amazon is saying that they have returned the money.. My refund Reference no #BOOSB7160000KBLVV26D

after cancellation i get a msg that it will be refund to 2-4 business days. But then when i call to you your send me a mail that it will be processed on[protected]

i send you all proof of my bank details to you that still now on today i can't getback any refund to my bank account.
Do i get any interest on it if the declared refund date is completed?
plz do a step on it immedeatly help me.

I have done a mobile transfer of Rs 1000 from my savings ban ac no[protected] to ac no [protected] of SBI ON 13/10/2020 AT 17.47 Hrs.
i got a sms from ban that 1000 is debited with TRTR/[protected]/[protected]
But again I got a message that my trannsaction is timed out and to check my ban for details. My recipient had not got the amount and my amount is not credited yet in my account.
on same day I have done a compaint aso but not got any repy

Rs.17 is deducted from my savings account in United Bank of India without my consent. Please share the reason behind it & respond as soon as possible.

I did a transaction amount Rs.6000 from official UBI mobile banking app on[protected] around 1p.m. But the transaction was failed and money deducted from my Ac no.[protected]. so sir/mam kindly look into the mater as soon as possible..

I tried to recharge online my Airtel dTH on 10/10/2020. I am a retired employee and my SB a/c no. is[protected] with Bosepukur Rajdange Branch. Though the transaction failed and Airtel A/c was not credited but my SB/a/c is debited by Rs.1200. Twenty four hour have been passed and the transaction is yet to revers so I request you kindly to take notice of the matter and credit my A/c with Rs.1200(one thousand two hundred only) at your earliest. sorry to say this is not the first time but it happens now and then.

I placed an order for a product of Rs. 499 on Amazon.in but cancelled it. Usually it takes around 4 to 5 business days to receive the refund but Amazon did their part and provided me with a Return Reference no. on 27th September.
It's 9th October now but my bank United Bank of India still didn't respond to my emails also they don't have a proper online complaint redressal nor does any customer care executive responds to the call.
Please help me out with this mess.

My name is Ayan Chakraborti. My United Bank of India a/c number is[protected]. On 5th October at 7.29pm I tried a fund transfer through IMPS to a Bandhan Bank account (a/c number : [protected] ). I received a message that "Your fund transfer for Rs. 8000.00 on 05/10/20 is timed out. Please check with your bank (IMPS Ref no.[protected]".

On 6th October at 10.09am same thing happened again. As it was very necessary to transfer the fund, I tried again a fund transfer through IMPS to the same Bandhan Bank account (a/c number : [protected] ). Again I received a message that "Your fund transfer for Rs. 8000.00 on 06/10/20 is timed out. Please check with your bank (IMPS Ref no.[protected]".

But in both cases my account has been debited. So, 8000 + 8000 = Rs. 16000 total is debited from my account wrongfully. Till now the amount has not been credited in my account.

Please take the necessary action and revert the amount in my account as early as possible.

Amazon refunded my money to UBI bank. Amazon pay history shows that amount has been refunded to my account but when i get my mini statement although i talked to the UBI bank manager they told me that no money has came from amazon in your account. Please help me.

what this charge means?
