Updated by dasavishek Mysel[censored]jjal Das, a customer o[censored]BI of Hasnabad Branch is totally fed up with the service provided by the UBI to its customer .
Yesterday 28.08.2020 I went to the branch to open a FD & as per the procedures I took a form from branch, filled up & given to the Assistant Manager o[censored]BI who is responsible for this . That amount was 10000/- . The concern manager took my form & told me that he will have it done but I'll not get the FD certificate right now as the bank does not have that certificate . Hearing that, I agree with him because I'm staying just 5 mins away from branch & can collect the FD certificate at any time .
There after, I waited for the entire day & expecting that my amount would be deducted but still it's not been deducted which proves that the Assistant Manager didn't open my FD & left for the duty without completing his daily work .
Now, just because of bank irresponsibility, I'm going to miss 4 days interest as it's a holiday from 29.08.2020 to 31.08.2020 .
Being a leading bank is this the way you guys are treating with your customer ?? Is expecting a most normal service from bank our fault ??
I'm not gonna tolarate this kind of service from you guys .
Henceforth, I would like to get the solution ASAP & Kindly take the necessary steps against the concern assistant manager .
