I am complaining about money deduction from my account on november 20 2018, time, 5:49 pm. I tried to withdraw rs 6000/- cash from the atm of punjab national bank, khirkhi extension, malviya nagar, new delhi but it didn't dipense any cash nor i have catch cash from the machine but my money got deducted.

    Today, evening I have done four online transactions using PhonePe and Google Pay.
    Today, the bank deducted extra amount during those transactions. It is never happened before.Today, I have done three transactions which are 500, 151 and 1 and the bank frequently deducted every time 503, 154 and 4. Every time 3 rupees extra deducted by the bank. Please take necessary steps regarding this matter and kindly inform me what's the actual matter which happened.

    Why my online banking transactions disabled
    Why today you are charge for upi transactions. Today I done two upi transactions 150rs each. But you charge for 153 for each transaction. Can you tell me reason for extra charges.
    exactly same thing is happening with me sincw 21st of November 2018 while using Paytm, Google Pay and Phone pe and bank have no answer for that, if you find any resolution please let me know to this mail gupta2.[protected]@gmail.com
    I too am facing the same problem... Extra Rs 3 is being deducted for every transaction... It's just with United Bank of India...

      Hi sir this is amarpreet singh hira director star realtech and developers pvt ltd company its a realestate company having head office and group housing projects in kharar, kurali, mohali.
      This complaint is about a loan case sanctioned by your bank united bank of india sector-70 mohali punjab branch. Mr. Ashok sanctioned the loan on flat of party vineet manchanda who bought this flat from our company at kharar district mohali punjab at western towers developed by star realtech and developers pvt ltd and did the required for sanctioning this loan. But am very disappointed when the bank told us that that they will release the last payment of rs-1, 70, 000/- on registration of flat and gave us the copy of dd after getting the copy of dd we put the dd number in the registry and get it done meand got it registered in tehsil kharar after its done first why am disappointed is that your bank employee was not there so that he could give us the dd after taking the original registry as its usually done neither he picked our phone calls as we repeatedly called him and after repeated calls he once picked it up and said am not in bank and drawer keys are with me so you come in morning and in the morning he said that the party told us not to give you the dd. How come the bank refuse us for getting the dd when copy of dd is given to us by bank and told by the bank to get the registration done and get the dd. Now this is something very unethical bank should have refused us earliar that dont get the registration done we will not give you dd. After getting the flat ownership on his name means on the party name we are standing nowhere. Its a game played with us and its fraud. The bsnk should not refuse us bank should take the original registry and give us the dd thats the procedure.in future i will never trust united bank and will never do anything like this as bank has broken our trust and involved with the customer the loani and got the registration done on his name refused to give us dd. It was very well planned game.
      Am very stressed your involvement is required or i will initiate a fraud case and will surely lodge a complaint and will file to cancel the registration deed done as its fraud of payment on trust breaking.
      I hope you being the very honoured senior in the bank should instruct the bank manager mr. Ashok at mohali to take the original registry and give us the dd.

        Recently i visited bank for loan but my loan was not approve as they say i already have an agricultural loan which was sanctioned in the year 2005 from united bank of India.so i check with the branch on this as i have not applied for any such loan and even my pan card got issued in the year 2014.
        The manager told me that he have checked the file and he found out that the loan taken by the person name and my name is same but other details are different like fathers name and address..so it proves that i haven't taken the loan but the manager is not able to answer how my pan card was used to get that loan.
        what shall i do to get out of this problem.

          With due honor I lay before you the following facts for your kind intervention to make an arrangement to refund Rs. 10000.00 debited from my ATM due to lacuna on the part of your
          ATM accessibility by ATM hackers
          1. On 14.11.2018 at 11:20:17 hours I have received one call informing me that ATM Card is
          Upgrading by the Bank authority and my ATM Card no. was stated correctly by him
          2. As he told the ATM Card No. correctly I was confused and believed that the man is from Bank concerned
          3. Then, one OTP came in my registered Mobile which was known to that fraud, and ask the OTP No. to up grade my Debit Card
          4. After some time I have received one message that Rs.10000, 00 is debited from my account
          5. It is not understood how the Fraud came to know my ATM card No. and Registered Mobile No.
          6. I have contacted The BM, UBI, Bhatpara who express his inability to realize and refund my money
          In such a condition I would request you to enquire how my ATM Card No and Registered Mo. is known to outsiders and also requested you to refund my money as it is laps of security on your
          Part.
          There is clear instruction of RBI to refund my money by the Bank authority.Request your earliest action to refund my money of Rs.1000.00

            Day by day I am trying to recharge any plan as per company policy I haven't been able to recharge.paytm official told me the problem aries from bank site, what should I do.my ATM card is rupay debit card, may I know online transation facility is available or not from this card .Look in to the matter.
            Please help as early as possible

                  my transaction password

                  After four time entry of my wrong transaction password, my ebanking transaction password has been disabled . I tried to reset it by using my debit card debit. But the system is showing error message "Can not Rout" after entering all correct information shown in the screen. Kindly help me how to enable my transaction password.

                  Failed transaction on 26 october 2018 with myntra shopping site but the money got debited. I contacted with them myntra didnot receive any amount. They asked to contact bank. I waited for 10 days but money not credited. Customer care number not working. Kindly help as soon as possible. I have been trying to call the customer care number o[censored]bi but that is out of service how can the bank be such careless so as to not help theu clients in need. Thus is really frustrating.
                  Pass book update only monday ... All customar are suffering .

                      Yesterday at 6.30 p. M. I made a withdrawal transaction of rs.1500/- from ubi atm of sector 6 karnal using my sbi debit card.in the said transaction i found that a torn note of rs. 200/- was delivered by the atm.
                      Thus it is requested that the banking authorities may please be got directed not to drop such type of notes in the atm, so as to avoid unnecessary harassment and financial hardship to the public, and to exchange my torn note of rs.200/- delivered by the above said atm.

                      On 9/11/2018 at about 3.00PM, I visited UBI Bank sector 6 Branch Karnal and met the bank representative dealing with ATM issues. Initially the said official denied to change the defective note on the plea that they drop cash into ATM duly checked manually and not through machine. But later on, after long debate and showing phone message of SBI regarding ATM withdrawal from particular ATM & debit card etc. the said representative exchange the said defective note but unwillingly.
                      Sir, please quickly deposit my money. Transaction id is- [protected].

                        For renewal of road tax of my car wb40z 1718 for 5 years w. E. F 14.11.2018. I had online applied to ministry of road transport & highway goi & payment of rs. 48166.00 made through ubi net banking from my a/c no.[protected], dt 05.11.2018, transaction id is s 69848164 and transaction description is[protected]/[protected]. Depositor id [protected]. Above transaction is still showing pending at bank side even after lapse of 4 days. Please arrange to return the amount to my account as soon as possible.

                          Yesterday around 11 a. M i tried to pay online in nykaa through ubi emv debit card an ammount of rs 853. I entered the top as well but the transection was shown unsuccessful. Later when i checked the balance of the same amount, 853 has been deducted from my account. I contacted the website customer service. According to them this has to do with the bank. Please look into the matter and refund the money at the earliest.

                                Atm withdrawal process tried from bank of india's atm located at satgachi, nagerbazar on 2/11/2018, time 20:17:59 hrs. Rs. 6000. On last leg of transaction the atm suddenly stopped working and restarted automatically. The said amount debited from the savings account (Sb accounts last four digit 2263). Kindly do the needful to get back the debited amount.

                                    The transaction details :
                                    Date : 9 oct 2018
                                    Time : near 12pm
                                    Amount : ₹6999
                                    Method : rupay card
                                    Then after the return i got a refund (₹6, 999) from 2gud.com on 23 oct 2018
                                    Which should be credited within 30 oct 2018 but its not.

[protected] I found an amount of rs.6062.00 has been debited from my savings account no.[protected] o[censored]nited bank of india bally branch, howrah-711201 on 30th oct 2018 for which I have no record. it has been debited for my online flight booking purpose but it's showing transaction failed but the amount has been debited with this link- goo.gl/4G2wW3.
