Today when i went for my f. D renewal the staff is not giving any response to me and even is not doing anything and he was just using his phone during his work time. He was not giving any responsing what ever i say and due to him i am not able to renew my f. D and he was not focusing in work.in place of doing his work he was using his phone in work time. He was just thinking that i am like a dog who is barking. It is first time in 19 years...

I had gone to open a new accout and submitted all the documents and detailed.. They told me to come when the verification letter will come... But that i didnt received. After about 22days again i went to bank.. And this time they r telling that they didnot have my documents. They lost it. How irresponsible they r... The branch is mahesh serampore branch... Horrible service. They even dont work after 3pm.....

I transfered money by bhim but unfortunatly it was transfered in diffrent account (I want to transfered in ubi account but it was transfered in sbi account because of same upi id ([protected]@upi) and now i just want my money back because it is mistakenly transfered. By this transection id

From my sbi account deducted about 49000 by fraud.
In this amount two transactions done by fraud in ubi account through mobikwik.
Transactions amount 5000 and 1000.
So pls hold this amount and block account . And take action as urgent.

And didnot any sms or otp on my registered phone no.[protected] and we subit a complain on 13/7/2018 in bank branch but no any response till now so please resolve my problem rapidly...

On 10 th july 2018 i'm recharged my mobile by using paytm apps of rs159/. Unfortunately my account was debited 2 times against 1 recharge. I'm complaing to paytm for this issue. But they advice for a complain to my bank regarding this issue. Because they had received one amount. So please scrutinised the matter and arrange to refund my extra amount of rs159/ as early....

Dear sir, i am a customer of your bank. Today i went bank to deposit cash+coin but they clearly deny to deposit coin they said i can deposit only notes not coin. I said that means coins are valueless they said we could not hear any excuse. I said them to written this problem, so that i can complaint this to the higher authority they also deny to write....
