I am Kuntal chatterjee, yesterday I was reservation at IRCTC web site and payments through online but suddenly transactions are failure my reservation ticket are failed but that time a bank sms received to me and debited Rs 4520/of my saving account.This time i will call IRCTC toll free number and the IRCTC authority in from me, our company not received your debited amount, this is banking problem, you may go your bank.afterthat i am going to my bank and speak to details of my bank manager.he advised me to that wait for 24 hours, afterthat 24 hours I am not received the debited amount, today I am going to bank and manager will advised me to complaint submit online. My saving account no is[protected]. United Bank of India, Bolpur station road branch.My bank registrar mob no - [protected]. therefore I request to you pls take a necessary action and credited my debited amount and obliged.
