With due honor this is to inform you that i am a cancer patient as such, i am not in a position to
Stand on the queue to draw my pension but i will be present personally to receive my atm card if
Asked for.

I have applied to the bm, united bank of india bankura branch in the prescribed application form for issuance of atm card but the dy. Manager bankura branch refused to accept application on the ground that family pensioners are not eligible to receive any atm card

I know that in other ubi, branches maximum wb govt. Pensioners and family pensioners are issued atm cards to implement digital india as desired by pm, india.

My application was refused in response of above ref.1 on the remarks by the bankura branch quoiting one outdated obsolete order which is furnished below

Quot as per guidelines issued by wb treasury no pen/coordn/4 vol x/193 dated 16.02.2007 atm facility provided to the pensioners/family pensioners was discontinued.,

But, is is not understood how the gm operations mr. Umesh kumar roy agreed knowing the facts that during this decade while pm is trying for digital india, most of the wb pensioners are using atm cards in your bank all over india.

Please look into the matter so that cancer patient wb. Govt. Family pensioners ate not harassed due to the vindictive attitude and negative motivation of the dy. Manager of bankura branch quoting a outdated and obsolete order only to victimize a cancer patient.

Otherwise, i would request you to follow the said obsolete order strictly for all the state govt pensioners and family pensioners and seize all the atm cards issued to them.

    Today on 23rd june 2018 at 1:10:17 time i went to withdraw rs 200 from ubi atm but there was no rs 100 notes in atm so the atm showed only 500 and 2000 allowed but after that i received a sms stating rs1000 has been debited from my account[protected]
    As the printer was not working i didn't get the txn page
    Now tell me what to do for getting my money back

      One of my family member has passed away and to continue his pension for dependant, we need an a/c statement of pension account. Bank staff keeps asking for a new document everyday and keep asking to comeback the next day with new ones. We have talked to branch manager. statement is in system, but they are denying to give a print out without reason.

        My account no[protected] ghilamara branch has been debited by rs 215 for irctc train ticket booking. But the digital tranction showing that the transaction is failed. I have done this transaction through my atm cum debit card (Rupay card). But unfortunately the ticket is not book in my name till yet and my amount is debited. So i want my money return as soon as possible and cradit into my account no [protected].

        Cradit the amount Rs. 215 in my account[protected] as soon as possible.

        I have tried three times from the IRCTC app but none of them were successes and the last time I tried the amount was debited. I am elosing the photo here.

          On 21.06.2018 i transferred 50000/- from my paytm wallet to united bank of india bank account no.[protected], but the amount wasn’t received in bank and paytm shows as its transferred. I had already complained it to paytm care couple of times but they shown that cash transferred by them in my ubi account through channel as given below:-

              There is some problem to registration of my rupay debit atm card of your bank. I have a ubi visa card previously but now the new plantinium rupa debit card is issue by bank. But i tried to register the card online. After complete the registration the reply was "your session has expired and contact your branch"

              So i contact your custom-care service for this purpose the customer care service telephone no is always buzy. What may i do.

                It is to inform you that from ubi nona chandapukur barrackpore branch atm i tried to debit rs. 10000 on date: 8/6/2018. But i didn't received any amount but my account showed a debit of the same amount. According to the ubi staff i waited for 48 hours for re-credition but no msg received. So i gave a written complaint to the bank and again i was asked to wait for 7 days. But, till today i have not received any amount back. So, it is very sad to say that this bank is unable to do anything regarding this where i have faced a good amount of interest loss. Thus, i want both my money and interest back. Please do the needful.

                  I hereby inform you that i have try to make a transaction via my atm card rs. 5100/- for my nearest atm central bank of india when i have submitted the details but at final atm machine shown transaction canceled and not to be amount withdrwal but few seconds after i got a msg for the amount is debited of rs. 5123.60/- but i cant received amount.

                  So, therefore please i request you try to refund the same amount in my account.

                    My a/c no is[protected]. I tried to book tickets using ubi debit card through irctc via paytm, but after giving otp irctc gives message transaction cancelled by bank, and my tickets also not booked, but my account debited rs 132 two times as i tried two times to book tickets. All the above scenario happend at 17/06/2018. Please credit back all the money in my account.

                          Letter given on 15th May 2018 to UBI Bank to unfreeze my account & transfer the same from Kolkata, Titagarh branch SOL ID 0119 to Bangalor Indranagar branch SOL ID 1477, with all the documents. Till date it's not done. My sister visited the branch but did not get proper response from Kolkata branch employees. Please find the documents attached given to bank for the KYC seal & stamp by bank.

                            On 17/06/2018 I tried to pay Income Tax of Rs. 6324/- online from my UBI S/B Account [protected] and the amount has been deducted for three times (total Rs. 6324 X3 = 18972) from my savings account but each of the SMSs received from UBI end for each time is showing Failed TXN Reporting- goo.gl/4G2wW3.Info: DTAX;CIN=[protected]. Please arrange for refund of the amount of Rs. 18972.00 in my aforesaid savings account forthwith so that I can pay the income tax within due time. I hope the refund will be made by UBI promptly and no legal action is required to be taken in this regard.

                              My a/c is[protected], my transaction at atm timeout, but my account debited rs 500 at 03/06/2018 near nagrbazar ubi atm. I frequently try ubi customer support no but every time it said invalid no. I also tried my branch no but nobody pick up the phone for register my complain. Please do the needful and credit back 500 in my account. It almost 1and half week.

                                A refund of rs.1253/- was initiated by amazon on 5th june 2018, and the refund reference number for the transaction is [protected].

                                I have called up united bank of india customer care service number - [protected] and highlighted about my issues, but the first customer care executives said that the aforesaid reference no. Has nothing to do with there transaction and if amazon has refunded the amount then it should automatically reflect to my bank a/c no.
                                After highlighting the said problem to amazon, i called up the same ubi help line no. Again and the second customer care executives told me to go to my respective home branch and resolve the issue. However, after visiting my home branch, they said there is no any such failure of transaction shown in their system.

                                I don't know whom exactly to blame (Amazon or ubi?) but between the two, i have come across that the customer care service o[censored]bi were not helpful at all, more over their helpline number [protected], is of no use. Every time i dialed, the line is always busy and has to continuously dialed again for atleast 30 minutes to speak to customer care executives.

                                It is my humble request to the management o[censored]nited bank of india management to make it customer care service friendly and to make it 24x7 availability.

                                Furthermore, in regard to my current issue, i would humbly request the concern authority to look into the matter and resolve the issue immediately.

                                  Name - siba prasad mandal, s/b a/c no[protected], ifsc-utbi0sbk933, used my atm o[censored]bi for withdrawal of rs.10000/- from atm machine of sbi, heria bazar, id - s1bw[protected] on 03/06/2018 at 06.16.04 but no cash was received due to link failure, but amount was deducted from my a/c. 2nd time i further used my atm card for same amount and it was successful, and no receipt was available there for the txns.
                                  But for the 1st txn, i have lodged a complain in my own home branch to return or refund the deducted amount of rs.10000/-, but till date that was not resolved.

                                    Myself samir das, an a/c holder of your bank. My a/c no. Is[protected]. My bank's ifse code is utbi0kere38. On 2nd may, 2018 i had placed a transaction for the payment of application fee of rs.550/- to hyderabad university through online. After feeling the form i paid this application fee but it showed unsuccessful for the 1st transaction though amount rs.550/- charged from my savings a/c. I placed another transaction for the same day to pay my application fee. But it showed unsuccessful for the second time too, even amount rs. 550/- charged again from my a/c. After a few hours i checked my application form and found that my application fee is paid. I didn't find any transaction details regarding this paid transaction. On 3rd of this month i told all the details to this bank's 2nd manager and he told me to place a complain consisting those prolems. He told me to place complaint for one transaction as he was instructed to take only one complaint from my side, though i was not confirmed which one was the successful from the two transactions. I complaint for one transaction only as per his instruction and he placed it without knowing which one was unsuccessful. On 2nd june i got a sms from vm-ubibnk consisting 'transaction successful for tran dt 02-may-18 and amt rs.550. Complain has been rejected." i have enclosed a image of this perticular sms with this complain. I did't get my amount rs.550/- for unsuccessful transaction yet. I want back my amount for the unsuccessful transaction.

                                      A ticket was booked through irctc on 11.06.2018 for rs. 250/- only, however a message "your ubi a/c xx5279 is debited by rs. 1415.0 on 11.06.2018 16.42.51 at irctc. Clear a/c balance..." however, as per irctc, the transaction is failed as per transaction id no. [protected]. The status is "amount not received from bankplease take the issue to refund the amount

                                        I am a customer o[censored]nited bank and went to the bank with 500 rupee and need to do a change but the cashier refuse to give change instead of they have a lot of 100rupee note. So this is a typical harassment from ubi bank. I didnt expect this from ubi. Not all bank do this thing. A bank should provide a change since
