This is to inform that from amazon an amount of rs. 1757/- was send to my account on 30th june 2018. But the same is still not credited to my account. I had several phone calls and emailing with them but they are acting very reluctantly on the matter. I am waiting for the same for 2 months.

      Concern my problem as my transaction failed but the amount was deducted. Than next day try to payment p. Tax that’s time transaction failed but amount was deducted.
      I found the p. Tax is due or they haven't received the payment so unable to issue refund confirmation. Following information have been provided please refer and solve the problem:
      1). Transation date 30/07/2018 time 18:09:36 and 31/07/2018 time 18:43:38
      Both time amount 2500 and 2500.
      2). Both time amount payment for p. Tax (W. B.)
      3). Saving a/c no.[protected] purulia branch
      4) name: kartik rajwar
      I have try to ur SBI ATM cash withdrawal.that no cash received .than my account debited my cash 6000/- so my cash return my account.

I have submitted an application for house building loan amounting to rs 38 lacs on 16 th may 2018 and the same has been forwarded to the head office on 1 st july 2018 for sanction. But the present status of the said loan is not known to me. Maximum time has already been taken to sanction the loan. I do not know how much more time will be taken to sanction the loan. The agreement between myself and promoter will expire on 7th day of august 2018. I have decided to settle the finally with the promoter on 6th august 2018. May i know the present status of loan?               Your Aranghata branch (0223) IFSC UTBI0ARG910 has misspelled the name of SAYAN MALLICK.as Sayan Mullick.The matter had brought to the notice of the branch several times as well as to you and to your GM (HO). But we have been observing with utter surprise that the matter has since been unattended since 2016.

                I have paid NIOS 2nd Examination Fees of rs.510/-, transaction is not successful, it's showing that TXN reporting goo.gl/4g2wW3.info: EAZYPAY[protected] at 17:25:45 pm...The amount of rs.510/-has been debited from net banking, , , But NIOS 2nd Examination Fees don’t make payment success. Please let me know how i can get refund money against the avobe.

                  On 26/07/2018, as i was booking an air ticket on yatra.com, the amount Rs.3142 has debited from my account but the ticket was unable to booked . and the third party was AVENUES INDIA PVT LTD. I had made a phone call to yatra.com, and they told me to contact my respective bank.Today i went to the bank and the manager told me to go to the consumer complain site and file a complain there.

No. Is[protected] and the amount debited by bank from my account and paid to wbsedcl paytm although i have no paytm account. Till now wbsedcl showing electric bill rs. 409.15 is pending. I, therefore i request you kindly refund the above amount rs. 409.15 and credit to my savings account no.[protected] immediately and inform me.

                        Sir/ mam I am Kavita Kumari almuni of St Xavier's college Ranchi.On 24/7/18 an amount of 1500 is autodebited from my account and on 26/7/18 rs 23.6 is ten times is debited from my account showing ATM withdrawal without swapping of my card.in due course I tried many times customer care no.but everytime it either goes busy or temporary out of service.In this situation I tried another helpline no. I accidentally hotlisted my ATM card.so I request you to deblock my ATM card.

                              I have submited fee from union bank to kv ioc haldia on 13.7.2018. Ihave 2chid i have submitted fee of my both child fee amount is 3675 of per chid but wrongly it was submitted four times of both so when i check my balance the money was not refunded in my account. So my demand is to please refund my money to my account. I think that it was refunded but it was not.
                              My money was deducted due to atm error bt i did not receive my money.. atm was central bank of india lal ganesh guwahati assam.. time was 19:48:09, date was 17/7/2018

                                I infformed the matter to the branch manager. but he told me that he did not know the reason and he is not responsible for this.Rather he assured that only the head office could solve the problem.
                                I therafore, request you to look intothe matter and return the excess amount into my account as early as passeble.

                                  I am abhijit jana...11july 2018 I deposit R.S.-12000/- in jyangra hatiara branch through CDM machine.but after money deposit it is not showing my account..After money deposit CDM issued a silp uneble to process..then i was going to the bank manager..i told him my problem he told me to submit a application about my problem and money will be credited in 3 days, i was submitted the application in the same date..but now its about 9 days passed away.. im not getting my money back..im not a reach person..12000/- is huge ammount for me..and i need the money urgently but bank is not helping me..
                                  I had tried to pay the Electric Bill to WBSEDCLfor Rs.3448.42 on 03.07.2018 at 14-13 through Debit Card. As the transaction failed, pl arrange to refund the same at your earliest convenience. WBSEDCL office showing failed transaction.

                                    My UBI AC no[protected].i have transfer RS 2500 dated 17.07.2018 for Bhim apps for SBI account his AC no is [protected] & IFSC SBIN0005680 .this amount is debited my account, but no credit SBI account.so please refund my account earlier possible.my branch name is matiary & his IFSC CODE IS UTBI0MTY041.so I heartily request to solve this matter earlier possible
                                    I transfer rs. 115000 fro my sb a/c no[protected] of your uttarpara branch through net banking to motilal oswal securities . Though the amount is already debited but it shows that trxn. Failed and no amt. Is credited. Please refund my amt. To my a/c no.

                                      On[protected] while I was booking tickets from SEALDAH to KRISHNAGAR at Bhagirathi Express through IRCTC WEBSITE, money was deducted twice @Rs495 from my account being no[protected] o[censored]BI SILDA without booking tickets. I contacted at IRCTC customer care for this and I was informed that money will be returned within three days no money has been refunded to my account til 18-07-18. Pl. do necessary action to refund my money i.e.(2×Rs495=Rs990) to my account at an early.
