I lodged a complaint on 27.07.2018 regarding my electric bill payment to wbsedcl on 04.07.18 through my debit card of united bank of india rs. 409.15 which was debited from bank account, a/c no.[protected] but till now the amount not credited for my electric bill account (Id no.[protected] nor refund my bank a/c. Please take immediate action and inform me through sms /e-mail :[protected]@gmail.com...

Concern my problem as my transaction failed but the amount was deducted. Than next day try to payment p. Tax that’s time transaction failed but amount was deducted.
I found the p. Tax is due or they haven't received the payment so unable to issue refund confirmation. Following information have been provided please refer and solve the problem:

I have paid NIOS 2nd Examination Fees of rs.510/-, transaction is not successful, it's showing that TXN reporting goo.gl/4g2wW3.info: EAZYPAY[protected] at 17:25:45 pm...The amount of rs.510/-has been debited from net banking, , , But NIOS 2nd Examination Fees don’t make payment success. Please let me know how i can get refund money against the avobe.

On 26/07/2018, as i was booking an air ticket on yatra.com, the amount Rs.3142 has debited from my account but the ticket was unable to booked . and the third party was AVENUES INDIA PVT LTD. Ihave 2chid i have submitted fee of my both child fee amount is 3675 of per chid but wrongly it was submitted four times of both so when i check my balance the money was not refunded in my account.
