Account is debited by rs - 5006 on 06.06.2018 at 13.32.39 and the transaction id is trtr/[protected]/[protected]/gift for ei. Please credit the said amount to my account as soon as possible. It is festival time and i am having monetary problem. At this point of time that is on 07.06.2018 i am seeing that the said amount is deducted from my account. However the said amount is not transferred to the payee account as confirmed by the payee....

I am going to complain about the manager o[censored]bi of chandannagar branch. He is a ridiculous personality the bank have recruited over the years. He doesn't know how to deal with customers and does not even know his products. When i spoke with him regarding a home loan he seems he or the bank is not interested in giving it. Rs. 13941.78 (Three times rs.4647.26) had been deducted from my account on 19.05.2018 when i was going to paid the lic premium from ubi net banking. Due to some problems in net banking three times the premium ammount rs.4647.26 deducted from my account but premium payment not successful. Yesterday i was trying to pay money to someone through paytm wallet by using my debit card and the transaction was failed two times but amount was deducted from my account ₹29 per transaction it means ₹29 + ₹29 = ₹58 and please refund my money back.

Ubi cinnamara branch, cinnamara, dist. Jorhat assam, fooling the customers saying that there is voltage drop for running printers to update passbooks. If there is voltage drop how could they run the ir desktops?? A desktop consumes more power than printers. Its a newly opened branch in this place, we hope this branch will take care for its customers in a better way. Because your bank is serviving on our public money only....
