United Bank Of India [UBI] — not received the refund | |
I have ordered a phone from amazon dated 12th may 2017 price 7999. But the phone was defective so i returned it and amazon issued me the refund but till now i have not get it. I am trying to file complaint to the bank but it is getting rejected all the time. It has been 1 year and i have not receieved my refund. On 4th mukh i tried to book train ticket in irctc app through uni debit card .amount 1475.but it showed transaction failed.but 1475 amount was deducted in my bank account. I am trying to call in customer care [protected] but it is saying it's wrong numbr.what to do? Where to contact? I want my money back.
